Great metaphysical store with a good variety to choose from. I actually found a tool I was not aware of, and the lady got out her laptop and researched more information about the product. I did purchase it and some Dragons Blood incense and would definitely shop there again if I was in the area.

Ive never been to a store, where they give you 3d glasses to view the tapestries on the walls, and they start appearing psychedelic.Varied and really fashionable clothes to choose from here, ranging from yoga pants to tops to gowns.They also have necklaces, stones and other miscellaneous holistic stuff here.In short.The coolest holistic clothing store Ive ever been to.Period.🙏😌😇

The staff member running the store was very polite and helpful, making what was already a fun visit into a positive connection with a good soul. We were given an enthusiastic demonstration of the 3D tapestries, a quartz singing bowl, and a lunar cycle guide. We browsed the store for a bit before finding a few gifts for family members, the challenge being deciding what NOT to buy amongst the plethora of interesting and fairly priced items for sale.

Cant say enough great things about the store or staff! Well definitely visit again! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and most friendly!

Absolutely love shopping here. One of my favorite places to buy a unique gift for someone or myself lol. Prices on their sterling silver jewelry is the best. The owner is a dream and the staff is very friendly and helpful. And I was very impressed with the safety measures they are taking, masks required and only allowing a small amount of customers at a time in the store.

As often as I go there, the customer service is unusual and people seem exclusive. Today, when I was finished shopping and ready to purchase, the lady said she was checking out someone else but there was no one at the cash register. I thought to myself, is she seeing ghosts? But then the other lady behind the desk ask me if I was ready. She took care of me immediately. I dont know what was wrong with the other lady who wouldnt check me out. She probably needs more training.

Went and got some energy work done by Rita Thrall and she was the real deal! Ive had reiki done before but not like this. She picked up on stuff no one couldve known and honed right into the problem. Well definitely be coming back 😃

The place has a lot of really cool stuff but this is the second time Ive went in there and she completely insinuated that I stole something. The first time I was there she said there was a ring missing from the slot when from which she pulled five or six of them out and put them on the glass for me to see and then put them all back away herself. she said... hand over that thing you just put in your pocket. My hands never left the glass. This last time I was in there, Im looking at stuff and she said... can I help you with something thats in your hand right there... and I open my hand and my hands are empty. Paranoid.

I love this place but have never been to the west Asheville location until recently. The sales lady was rude and her energy was really off putting for a store where you’d hope the vibes would be good. I left and won’t be returning.

This is the Spirit of Asheville right here! Hippie dippie spot with colorful apparel and unique gifts and accessories! The staff ROCKS! They are helpful when asking questions about CBD and crystals. They also support local artisans and practitioners. You can get oracle/tarot/spirit/aura readings at either the downtown or west locations. Groovy shop!

I love this shop!

JUST had a horrible experience. Walked in to buy a ring and have been a consistent customer of instant karma for a year. The lady at the register mentioned to a customer “I don’t know who let her in here.” The customer was very put off by the comment and I thought it wasn’t meant for me. I went in to buy a ring and they were sitting on top the glass table right next to her. She moved a potted plant out of the way I guess to tell me she was watching. I think she was shocked when I came up to pay with my rings in hand. Idk it put me in an uncomfortable position and I won’t be returning again. Why would you talk about a loyal, paying, customer to another customer?

West Asheville is just THE place to be and Instant Karma fits right in. Its funky, fun,and full of really interesting items in the store. The clothing looked like it all belongs in my closet! Beautiful tapestries, hilarious greeting cards, oils, incense, jewelry, candles, more! The staff were like our new friends as soon as we walked thru the door. So knowledgeable about everything in the store. Visit Instant Karma!

Fall back into the 60s. I love this shop. From The Faint smell of incense, to the huge psychedelic art posters, Grateful Dead t-shirts, and locally made jewelry, its just a fun place to shop. Friendly staff, something and every price range. Its an explosion of color and fragrance. There are two locations, one in funky West Asheville and another nestled between other eclectic shops in downtown Asheville. Its a perfect fit for the local vibe.

The stuff inside is pretty interesting, although, a bit expensive. The one woman who works there was nice but made an assumption about my little brother and kicked him out of the store due to a misunderstanding on her part. I can understand her reasoning slightly due to similar incidents they have had to deal with, but she should have talked to him first before resorting to kicking him out. Other than that, it is a cool store and has 3D tapestries.

Instant attraction! New items coming in all the time. Knowledgeable, friendly, funny and courteous staff. Store is organized, well-stocked and kept to a high standard.

Randomly decided to check out Instant Karma, and I am so glad I did! Jerry was so informative, helpful, and inviting. He gave a demo of some of the products I bought and gave me a suggestion to see Queen Jess for a reading! It was my first one, but it wont be my last. Jess was supportive and walked me through the whole process. She made the experience so comfortable and it was more than I could have ever hoped for. Instant Karma has employed some amazing people that really cultivated a unique and warm atmosphere. Although I dont even live in the area, Ill be making trips back to specifically to go this store!

Get your hippie store on. Priced right and everything you ever needed to feel like youre back in college. Nice crystal selection fo yo vibes. Small obligatory glass selection, but thats not what theyre about. Bonus: you leave smelling like patchouli!

This is my favorite store in Asheville. Sadly I can’t go often or I’ll end up broke by the time I leave, that’s how much I love everything they have! And I love how they’ll give you 3D glasses to look at all the cool posters and tapestries. If I won the lottery, I’d probably never leave the store. I’d have to buy every cool item.

Such awesome​ place. We saw a t-shirt in the window but it was the wrong size. So the girl went and found one in the back in the right size. and I called the next morning and Mike custom made another T-shirt for me and had it ready for that afternoon. They have 3 D wall hangings I had never seen before and an amazing collection if cool clothes. Super nice people.

Tanya Rodriguez with connecting with your ancestors. She is judgmental and tears down women. She said that because I am white, I cannot claim my Native American ancestry or my Peruvian ancestry. She mocked my faith, and made fun of me. Very mean woman hiding behind a spiritual façade.

I live in the DC area, and bought a 3D tapestry from here. When I got home, I went to hang it up and saw that there was a hole in it, as well as white paint in blotches all over it. I called the shop and they are shipping me a replacement tomorrow, free of charge. This is a great little shop, and Im so glad to see they care about their customers!

While the staff is excellent and very knowledgeable, the customer service of the owner on gets 2 stars from me.I bought a moldovite ring there, a few weeks later the stone fell right out of it. That ring cost me $39! I took it back and wanted some sort of refund for the less than average made ring they sold me that couldn’t even hold the stone it was intended to hold. Even half back would have sufficed, seeing as I had a worthless piece of metal now that cost me $39. But I got nothing. No apologies, no refund. I would never recommend buying jewelry there. Go to Cornerstone Minerals Downtown instead.

I have been patronizing instant karma for over 10 years. Is the west Asheville location for tourists? The employee seems over the top friendly. Not the laid back vibe I used to get from the downtown location.
