Adam answered all questions I had, and the car was even better than I had hoped. Very responsive even after the sale, and the paperwork arrived exactly when they said it would. Its a shame such a nice car ended up at this dealership through a consignment Refused to allow a test drive of the car. Questioned who was paying for the car stating your parents can test drive it... which would have been great execpt I would be the one buying the car not my parents.. man I spoke to was very rude on top of that. I honestly feel bad for the owner of that car... They will never sell it at a dealership like this...

We were traveling from Myrtle Beach to Nashville. Blew a tire on our tow dolly. We were staying at the Asheville KOA. It was 4:55 and I went over to the Goodyear which was right around the corner, they closed at 5:30, went in and the guy behind the desk said that there was no one around to repair a tire. He said that he could do it but didn’t want to leave his desk. He told me to go to the T/A center. The guy in there was a total idiot and gave me a valve stem and wanted me to change it myself. I then went into town and found Wheels City Motors. I explained my problem and he grabbed my tire and was back in about 10 minutes. When I asked him what I owed him, he just smiled and said not to worry about it and have a safe trip. That was appreciated more than you could imagine. This Canadian couldn’t say enough about them and would recommend them to anyone if I lived there. Thanks again!!!

This place has lots of great cars that come straight from local dealers and have not been to auction before. This isnt the type of dealer who spray paints the frame under the fender well either. The place is always busy, but the great price was well worth the wait. Mike got me in and out the door within thirty minutes when I was ready to pick up my Subaru. Happily bought a RAM 3500 SRW about a year ago. Last week I started hearing bad noise. Found an after market exhaust hangar in the middle had rusted through (it was a hollow tube not solid like normal hangars). The rear one had pop out of its support and was held up by bailing wire which had broken. It cost $68 to have real hangars installed. Seems like thier inspection should have at least identified the bailing wire as a problem needing to be fixed before selling the truck.Update: After seeing my review the Wheel City Motors manager contacted my and arranged to reimburse me for the $68, no questions, no receipt needed. When had that ever happened before?I would deal with them again without hesitation.

They gave us a great deal on the 2011 Nissan Rogue SV AWD we purchased from them. The mileage was low and into was in good working order. We never once felt pressured about anything including using their financing over our our own credit Union to finance through. The guys that run the place are very friendly and act like they genuinely want to help you find a vehicle. They told us repeatedly how much they dont like to use tactics like DOC Fees to jack up the final out the door price. Our credit union required a visual inspection of the vehicle before financing and its about a 45 min. drive from the dealership. When we got back from the trip to the credit Union I informed them there was a brake light bulb out and the nitrogen filled tires were low. While we were finishing the paperwork, they ran it out to a local station to get those two items fixed. When we got back in the car when we were ready to go we were happy to see they had given us a half tank of gas which is a huge favor in the used car game. All in all it was a pleasant car buying experience. I hope I can give them my business in the future.

My wife and I had been looking for a Subaru Crosstrek for months. Everytime we would search the internet for this car the price would be outrageous,wrong color but mostly to many miles.One day my wife told me to look at Wheel City Motors on the web.Sure enough they had the car we had been looking for. A 2014 Subaru Crosstrek one owner, right color, low mileage and priced lower than any car this type we looked at.I made the call and spoke with Adam a very professional man .he didnt try to push anything on me about the car like alot of salesmen do.He told me that he would hold the car until we could look it over.We got to look at the car that day and everything was just like Adam had told me over the phone.After the test drive he told us that we could take it to my personal mechanic and body shop and have it checked which was 75 miles away.he even had the car rechecked for us.It all checked out great.Sorry about the short story, but i just want to tell people that Wheel City Motors is all thumbs up in my book.Just want to say thanks Adam for being patient with us because we had alot of questions .Great place to buy a vehicle. Took a flight in from New York to Purchased a truck price was fair! Was Promised a wheel key still waiting and the key to my spare tire that wasn’t there! And the second key to the truck! Got home and have a puddle of break fluid in my driveway, the seal on the caliper was blown out then was told it had a 10” lift on the truck its a 6” lift with 2” extension on shocks and spring witch only come to 8” all pieced together very dangerous at that height wheels don’t count to a lift height . Best part was I found this all out when the rear U bolts that holds the rear axel were loose and there was only 3 U bolts holding the rear of a 7000lbs truck! Thank god I didn’t loose the block it would have been bad! But Rushed me out the door that I just flew 5 hours in from NY and made sure they told me it’s as is as I’m signing There no warranty! cast me $7,000 on top of it all to fix the mess.... but tried to get me to leave a google review wile I was there.... Be Aware, Dont Rush, Not Bad guts just car salesmen promise you the world but just looking to make the sale!

Great personality, great place. I was told Truck had no leak, they would replace back rear window motor. 4 weeks passed I was supposed to call manager at shop, i have called and Im tierd of waiting. Had to fix it myself. Also never got the promised second key I was supposed to recieve. I will say I regret giving my bussines to them.

Their prices are INSANE. Why do people buy vehicles from them when you can buy NEW from a dealer for the same or even cheaper. What am I missing here?

If youre going to run a small business, you could at least pretend to care. Stood there while the only guy there ignored us while talking to some guy about a Corvette (hire help, perhaps?). Finally he decided to acknowledge us. We looked at 3 different cars... 2 of them wouldnt start, so Id say you have a 30 percent chance of not buying a beater. Those arent good enough odds for us. Left and went directly across the street to Skyland. Ahh, professionalism...refreshing!

Customer service? Nope. Friendly? Nope. Knowledge about the models that they have on the lot? Nope. I spoke with both Chris and James about a particular vehicle on this lot, and within 2 minutes of talking to them, I could immediately tell that they had no idea about the options that are available on this vehicle, which options this one may have, what that option does, doesnt do, etc. When I asked them about it, they both got argumentative and confrontational. Avoid this place.
