I will never go to another dealership because everyone on the sales team makes you feel like family and doesn’t pressure you into a purchase you don’t want to make. Ray immediately signed me in upon arrival and asked me what I needed. I told him that I needed an oil change with synthetic oil. While in the waiting room he advised me that the battery needed changing due to low charge. I was on my way home within the hour. At home I looked at the bill and realized that the oil listed was not synthetic oil so I called Ray and he assured me that it was a mistake in the billing office. I then called the service manager who checked on it with Ray calling us back stating that it had been typed in wrong on the bill. Ray was very courteous.
While traveling for a weekend trip to Asheville my 2001 Jeep Cherokee experienced some problems. After nursing it on in to Asheville late on a Friday afternoon, Fields Chrysler Jeep was the only shop capable of assisting me. I had to wait til Monday before getting it in but they were able to slip me in their full schedule and make the repairs. Special thanks to Deatra in the service department who personally diagnosed the caliper issue on the phone and worked my Jeep into their schedule for the repairs. Thanks again.
Caleb was an awesome salesman. Another salesman Kevin started the process on this purchase but had to leave town and Caleb took over the paperwork. Caleb did an awesome job and helped us get in and out quickly. Taylor in finance explained everything quickly and also helped us get out the door. My son-in-law and daughter got a beautiful Chrysler Pacifica. They are so pleased. We are so pleased with the professional and courteous way they handled the sell. I’m still amazed by the speed of the whole process.

Needed a used car for my daughter and Gage was super helpful with a no-pressure attitude. He let us take the car to get some lunch so we had time to test drive it. He stayed after hours to make sure everything got finalized okay. Unfortunately, after 2 days owning the car it wouldnt start, but he was helpful in getting the problem diagnosed and fixed. Excellent service!
2hrs for an oil change and tire rotation = unacceptable. Made appointment over a month ahead of time and arrived at 720 for my 730 scheduled time. When called forward to meet service writer I was told tech do not come in until 800 or 815. Why would they allow for 730 time slot if no one is there to do anything. I realize the oil change and rotation are covered by Jeep Wave but, 2hrs of my time is not worth the free oil change and rotation.
Chris was an exceptional salesman who from start to finish heard me express the car I wanted, gave me a great trade value for my Jeep and he was very motivated, a great communicator and a person of his word. Ive dealt with other car salesman over the years and have never had such a great experience purchasing a car. Kevin was also very very wonderful to work with. If I was to purchase another car in the future I would definitely call Fields and work with Chris and Kevin again.
Just bought two 2021 jeeps from curt and Kelly. These two got us into the perfect jeeps and really help us out. They wasnt like most dealers they listen to you for your needs and wants and didnt push us into anything that we wasnt comfortable with and respected us. I recommend them both 100% if your looking for your next vehicle.
I called Fields after a bad experience at another loca jeep dealer. Curt answered the phone and from the beginning us up front and honest with me about everything. When I arrived at the dealership he had the car I was interested in pulled up front and waiting on me for my test drive. From there the process was seemless and I couldnt be happier. I ordered my 21 Wrangler with Kelly Rock earlier this year and flew in from Florida to take delivery. She kept me up to date on when it was to arrive, sent me pictures, and kept it out of harms way for a month before I could get there to pick it up. On the day my wife and I arrived, there was a massive wreck on the interstate and we could not get a ride service from the airport. Kelly jumped in her Jeep and drove 45 minutes each way to get us. Once we arrived, we hit a small speed bump with our insurance. Kelly got on the phone with State Farm and got everything sorted out. Curt Brown had our paperwork ready to sign, and we were off to explore NC with friends in our new Wrangler. Easy buying experience and a no-pressure approach to financing made this a very nice buying experience.
Drove from Memphis to buy my Jeep from Curt Brown. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! The easiest car buying experience ever and I was out of town! My Jeep was just as promised and as pictured. I was in and out within 5 minutes! Even had her cleaned and gassed up! I will definitely be back! Going to curt was worth the drive from Memphis lol.

Kyle spoke at length on the phone, looked up our warranties and explained them. When we arrived we were in a loaner car (a/c running, pulled into the bay) and out the door in 15 minutes. Kyle continued to communicate with us throughout the entire process. Arrived for unscheduled (but due) oil change/tire rotation on Jeep Wrangler. Was checked in immediately, advised would verify what service was due and given approximate wait time then escorted to waiting area. I received a text message from the technician (Ray) during that time giving me access to him if I had any questions or concerns.Service was completed quickly and Ray reminded me of what services remained on my contract and when they would expire.Visit was at a clean and CDC compliant Jeep dealership. Personnel and technician was personable and professional.

What a beautiful experience our family had today at this dealership! We are traveling in our handicap van, Chrysler Town and Country and experienced a coolant leak. Despite being very busy, they graciously agreed to look at our vehicle and provide a diagnosis to help us. We are extremely thankful for their help and more importantly for the grace and mercy they extended to us in our circumstances.
I brought vehicle in for a diagnostic last month. Fields didn’t make me aware that my vehicle has a safety recall or offer to fix the recall on my vehicle while it sat there for a week and now i have a car that can stall while driving causing a safety hazard for me to go to work. It’s really sad a dealership failed to inform someone of something that can cause them to die. I did decline the repairs that costed $4600 dollars but a safety is free and that wasn’t offered to be fixed. Just because i didn’t want to fix my lifter tick doesn’t mean i want to drive a vehicle that can kill me.
Micheal in the service area for Ram products is the real star. He helped me out when I was in a real bind with my only vehicle. I had an unsuccessful attempt at another dealership, and he was able to get truck serviced properly. Really great was the texting contact as the day unfolded so I knew exactly just what I was dealing with. I also asked for a good lookover as the vehicle needed to be used on a necessary long drive. They found a safety issue which made total sense to me and were able to fix it right away which was extremely helpful considerig the situation. Five stars this go round!
So far Fields Chrysler Jeep has come though. Bought my Jeep Cherokee at another Jeep dealership (Waynesville, they have horrible service, they dont even answer the phone NOT even for corporate office).Fields Chrysler is coming through. Windshield has manufacturer defect, Fields Jeep took the time to really look at it. Having it fixed this week. Do yourself a favor and check out Fields Chrysler Jeep. I had a great experience and I want to share it with everyone. I have been trying to get a car for a long time and I have a lower credit score and have never had any luck. Even with a co-signer, I had lost hope and gave up. Recently my fiancé, with a 600 credit score, talked me into trying again with her as a co-signer so I did and to my surprise we got approved. Keep in my my credit score is around 560 and hers is only a 600 we were able to get approved for a $21,000 car with only 500 down! It was a wonderful experience and our salesmen Chris was amazing. Super nice and patient throughout the whole process. I highly recommend coming here, especially if you have questionable credit this is the place to go!

I explained that I was looking for a Mojito green Jeep Rubicon and we had seen it online. We developed an interior noise after 6 weeks ownership of our new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The service consultant (Erik) took great care to understand our observations such that their technicians would address the root cause, which they did. He was also able to arrange, on short notice, the inspection required for registration & property tax formalities coming up soon. In addition, he informed me of an impending software update for the vehicle that will improve upon some of the onboard systems. This kind of attention to detail, transparency & ease of doing business is increasingly hard to find!
I found the Jeep I wanted online, I then inquired about it and was contacted by Joe Belcher who suggested I come in person to look at it. When I arrived, he had the car running and ready to drive. Of course I loved it, and told him what I needed for my financial situation. He not only made sure I got the car I wanted, the offer was better than I ever expected!! I went in for a recall, and was very pleased with the service given. Michael kept me up-to-date from the time I waited for my shuttle ride to picking up my Jeep.Everyone wore masks, during COVID-19 and followed the CDC recommendations of social distancing.One thing I really appreciated was that there was no insisting on getting other much needed repairs done. I was notified of the safety hazard in one area, and advised to have it taken care of either by them or take it elsewhere, but it needed to get fixed. Thats the kind customer service that deserves praise.
High repair rates and every time my car went in there something else was broke and it was never cheap to repair. I do not recommend going here for service or to get a car.
We knew exactly what we wanted: a newer Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to replace the one we owned. Fields didnt have it in stock, but we talked to the right guy. John Richardson is an absolute rockstar! John listened to what we wanted; offered a great price for our trade-in; found a vehicle at another dealership; and had our Jeep relocated to Fields within two days. Service department is filled with unprofessional people. Don’t bother stopping in, they are inexperienced and don’t return phone calls. Then they’ll give you the run around when you ask for a supervisor.Edit: finally got my car looked at by a real mechanic after I brought my vehicle in here for a recall that could’ve gotten me into a serious accident. The mechanic told me that dodge never even reset the computer system in my vehicle, let alone fix the recall. Avoid this place like the plague. Mia the marketing/service? Manager tried to gas light me, thank god I trusted my gut and went to a unbiased mechanic who ended up doing the work for free because he felt so bad.
We bought a new jeep and when issues came up they were quick to get it fixed. Nice to be able to order parts when our vehicles need anything.

I was referred to Casey, by another very satisfied customer. Considering I have worked for Chrysler in sales and finance for years, meaning I know the ins-and-outs of the process, I was prepared for the game. However, from the very second I met Casey, he was kind, considerate, and very straightforward. I was in a very difficult position with a previous car, but Casey was always very patient with all of my questions and worked with me tirelessly until we were able to come to a deal. And surprise surprise, I found the sales manager, and finance manager to also be very considerate and straightforward. From start to finish, the team at Fields Chrysler made the car buying experience actually enjoyable.I have already begun to refer others to Casey. He also really enjoys working with veterans. I must say it was the best experience we have ever had with zero pressure, all questions answered and totally product knowledgeable. We intended to just look at a used vehicle and not buy that day but Chad showed us how we could do better for virtually the same cost. Chad was most honest with all aspects of our purchase. Next, we would like to commend Frankie for his excellent work on the financial side. Had a recall done. It was quick and clean. No problems and the people were nice and helpful.
Everything went smoothly even with the ongoing pandemic. My service advisor Kyle kept me informed through text messages throughout my visit. The waiting room and restrooms were very clean. Couple of observations that could have improved the experience. I had a 7:30 AM appointment. When I arrived someone had dropped off several brand new Dodge Chargers and parked them in front of both service bay doors. This left no room for service customers to park and the service advisors had to move them before they could get any vehicles in the door. Just made for a slow start to the morning. Also if you have a 7:30 appointment the mechanics dont start work till 8:00 so if you dont have a ride you will be waiting a half hour before work begins on your vehicle.
Our salesperson, Casey was very pleasant to work with and did all he could to see that we understood all the elements of the buying process. He also saw to it that we had a fair knowledge of the electronic workings of the vehicle. He was also patient with us in teaching us how the car functions.

He took his time and was patient with me through the whole process. Super friendly guy too! Austin Mitchell in finance was also great and very helpful.
