Great customer service. I haven’t seen anything like this in a car dealership ever. I am a woman that went alone without my husband and not once did I feel uncomfortable nor pressured. They are an honest company that will be very transparent and answer any questions that you need. Again, not once did I feel like they are trying sell me something. I got a great car for a great price and I highly recommended them.

Purchased a 2013 Outback on a salvage title from Ridgeline in April. The two young guys running the lot were straightforward, polite, professional and respectful, showing me photos from the damage and outlining the work that had been done to repair the car. The day I came to purchase the vehicle, an older man approached me and was trying to get my number. They swiftly and subtly told the guy to get moving and then apologized that Id had that interaction on their lot. The next week when I noticed that the phone charging port wasnt working, they addressed the problem immediately and at no charge. Ridgeline is run by solid folks, and I recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a Subaru. Five months on, Im happy to report that the Outback is performing very well, and Im extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Having looked a long time for an affordable Subaru Outback, I was pleased to find Ridgeline. All the vehicles sold here have had some accident damage, yet the work that has been done is of good quality. Since they only work on Subarus, they are able to repair and restore the cars to an attractive level. They will explain how each car was restored and what the original damage was, (Mine was backed into on the rear quarter-panel by a fire truck)Alexander, the young man that assisted me (and whose father runs the body shop) made the entire buying experience very easy, and when I wasnt quite certain about the brakes, he had them put it back on the lift and make the necessary corrections with a smile.I took delivery of my 2104 Outback Limited last week, and have been very pleased

After kicking tires on used Subarus in Greenville, I found Ridgeline Automotive on the web. We drove up there on a whim and I have to say that this was THE most pleasant car buying experience Ive ever had. These guys are knowledgeable and very low pressure. They go over every car they sell and fix whatever needs attention. They are fully transparent and showed us pictures of what the car looked like when it came in and were able to give me a full rundown of everything they did. We left with a nice folder full of our paperwork and even a car care sheet so that we know how to maintain. They even followed up the next day to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. I feel like we just bought a solid car that will last us for years to come. Next time I need a car, this is where Ill go.

We purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback in July 2021. We can’t say enough good things about our purchase. The car is immaculate! The interior has gorgeous leather and this car has every bell and whistle you could hope for. You would never know this isn’t a brand new car. Alexander was phenomenal! My brother purchased a Subaru from them a couple of years ago and recommended that we check them out. We are so glad we did! Alexander is so knowledgeable and kind. This was a first car purchase for our 16yo daughter and he went out of his way to make sure she got the car she wanted. I was put in a very unfortunate bind when I totaled my car. I needed to get a new car ASAP, and I wanted a Subaru, which is what I had lost. I found this company through recommendations from friends and Im so glad I did. I had been looking for a Subaru Outback for 2 months or so. Subaru holds their value! Ridgeline had 3 Outbacks at reasonable prices. They know Subaru cars and check them for the few weaknesses they have and do maintenance that is due or close to being due. On my own with zero pressure I decided to buy an Outback from them. I have not regretted it for an instant. My wife is happy which if you are married is a small miracle in itself. I still drive a 1992 Volvo 240 also so I tend to hang on to cars longer than others but if I ever need a car again I will go to Ridgeline again! Thanks.

I have nothing but great things to say about Ridgeline and the guys that work here. Alexander and Phillip were great, shared all the information about the cars I looked at and were very helpful when trying to decide just which car to get. They told me even though there’s no warranty to always call them first if something seems or goes wrong with the car and I did just that. My belt start squeaking and they got me in the shop and Mike took care of it in a matter of minutes at the shop. Everyone I worked with took great care of me and I appreciated all of them! I have bought two cars from Ridgeline in the last 3 years. The first one was an Outback which I drove until I gave it to my daughter for graduating college and the recent purchase was a Forester. Both cars were low mileage and very affordable. The guys at Ridgeline are so easy to do business with. NO pressure especially as a woman buying a car without my husband.My recent purchase I had to get a loan. Ridgeline recommended a lender that was so easy and fast with the funds.I went in to test drive and they said pick out the ones you want to test. Easy as that. No pressure.Once I bought the car they said if you have any issues let us know and we will fix it at our shop instead of going to the dealership or a more expensive mechanic. After 3 months my AC was not blowing cold air. I called and was told it could be a couple things. Now, for some one without any experience there is a fear of doubt: reliability, price, hidden problem areas. Speaking to Alexander provided me with the confidence to follow through. This process took over 3-4 days.....patient all the time.......when we able to get our paperwork altogether to purchase the car. Y’ALL. This place is GEM. I bought an outback from them about a month ago. The price was incredibly reasonable thanks to their on-site Subaru mechanic and the fact that they seem to primarily deal in Subaru’s, which I’m sure makes sourcing parts easier, faster, and cheaper. The buying process was incredibly simple... I test drove my two favorite vehicles on the lot on Saturday and took one home Monday. About a week after getting it home I realized I had a small leak in the back, and about a week after that I was having another minor issue (for transparency, mine is a salvage title, so I was prepared for some issues). I had texted them about the leak and it was taking me a minute to get it out there... they texted me just to check in! I’ve never had a dealer check in about a service needed, especially in the used car world. Took my car in later in the week, everything was fixed quickly and cheaply. Their customer service is top-notch and their skill is apparent. Even if you didn’t buy your Subaru with them, I would highly recommend them for affordable and efficient repairs. Thanks so much Ridgeline, I look forward to buying from y’all again in the future!

Purchased two Forresters from Ridgeline for my business and will be back for more Subies. If you want a new car thats nearly perfect take your $30-40K and go buy one. If you want a good used Subie for a fraction of that price you can trust has been looked over by guys who know what theyre doing and the important stuff taken care of then go see Alexander. My new $45K Subaru Ascent tossed parts of its PCV valve into the engine at around 30K miles, spent a week at the dealer, had to have the engine pulled out, exhaust system replaced, and other work - so stuff happens with new and used cars. Even Rolls Royce has mechanics. If youve never owned a Subaru, join us and may the six stars always guide you on your journey...

The people at Ridgeline are absolute gems. I had been car shopping for a couple days and was pretty burnt out from dealing with dealers, but when I came here it was super refreshing to work with people who are honest and efficient with good work ethics. They were also willing to answer questions and fix some minor things on my Outback for free a couple weeks after I bought it! I recently bought a subaru forester from Ridgeline Automotive. The entire process was very easy, and both Mike and Alexander were extremely helpful. I spent several months, driving out there, texting, and commuincating with Mike about what car I was looking for. Although they sell some clean title vehicles, they specialize in rebuilding salvaged subarus. Mike is very knowledgeable, and extremely forthcoming about all the work done on each car. I never felt pressured, and Alexander was very thorough and patient every time I came to look. I finally found a forester that matched my wish list, and bit the bullet. This was my first experience ever buying a car, and I can say that it was quite painless and I am extremely pleased with Ridgelines service, the price, and the vehicle. Alexander and Mike really seem to stand behind their vehicles, and told me to bring the car back in if anything at all seemed out of the ordinary. The entire experience allowed me to purchase a used car with peace of mind that if anything went wrong, Ridgeline would make it right.
