Want absolutely terrible service and rude service advisors? Have your Porsche serviced here. They will take advantage of the elderly and charge them absurd prices to fix things, but never fix the problem after thousands of dollars spent. They will even put your grandparents in a car that still continues to over heat and puts their safety in danger. After buying several new cars from Harmony Motors before it became Flow this will be the last time we ever spend money with this dealership. If you deal with them, make sure you have an attorney on stand by.

I had an appointment to have my convertible top replaced on July 5. It’s now September 14, and after ten weeks, they haven’t worked on it yet, citing that they are “working through backlog”. I’m waiting in the lobby now for them to bring it around so I can take it home, still not worked on. Horrific experience..

Seriously, if you thought it couldnt get worse under new ownership, you didnt give them enough credit. Your experience might be different than mine, but I cant imagine why you expect otherwise. They really dont want your business... With enough time theyll prove it to you. Stay away. Far, far away. Dealers in Knoxville and Raleigh are excellent. If you need warranty work, or just like/need dealer service, and have a chance to drive through either of those locales, get your work done there. In Asheville, youre much better off taking it to somebody like AGP for service. Sales? Why buy a new car from somebody you cant trust to service it? Again, drive to Knoxville or Raleigh. Seriously

I would give this dealership 6 stars if I could. Mark Kaye and the team went out of their way make buying my panamera a pleasure. I live in Ohio and bought the car sight unseen. Marks communication was not only accurate, but very quick at every request. My car arrived and was everything I expected and more. Highly recommend!

My Salesman, Ron, made the entire process easy. We spoke in the morning, came to terms, and I picked my car up later that day. The Business Manager, Tim, was also good to deal with and very competent. I looked all over the southeast for a car and found one in my backyard in Asheville. Best dealer in the area by FAR. Very small, which is to be expected for the population, but personalized service. Dont be confused when you come in; its got three brands VW, Audi and Porsche. The dedicated Porsche guys are great! They support full performance track enthusiasts and do performance installs (including tunes and suspension/turbo mods). I have seen them working on oldies too. Last time I was there they had a 67 912 AND a 64 365C in the shop. Highly recommend this shop.

I spoke with several Porsche dealerships prior to reaching out to Asheville Porsche. While they are a smaller dealership, they lacked the smugness of many of the other Porsche dealerships I spoke with. Deanna was friendly and very responsive to my long list of questions and concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, delivering my vehicle to my doorstep in a matter of days. This has been one of the better sales experiences that I have had with any dealership. They have earned my future business for years to come.

I truly wish I could give less than one star. These people are thieves with a smile and yes sir. The sales people are liars and the service folks would be more than happy to bill you twice for the same service while pretending to hide behind the Porsche banner. They dont honor warranties although they push double billed maintenance in support of them. I really like the product but do yourself a favor and buy and maintain elsewhere. These people are the worst.

Headed for Petite Lemans and 2006 Cayenne Turbo starting cutting out coming off mountain on hgy 41 on Thursday night. Called Porsche roadside assistance. They set up flatbed, rental car and took to dealer in Asheville. Jack((service advisor) took over. Called jack Friday morning and explained problem. They worked on it Friday and Saturday and was ready Monday morning. Good communication and great service by Jack. Totally satisfied.

I take my car in for its routine annual state inspection and am not passed because my tint is now too dark. I say now because just one year ago I had my car inspected here, and passed with flying colors. I asked everyone I could find how it is possible that my car, with the same tint its had for four years, now all of a sudden is TWICE as dark as legally acceptable. No one seems to know. So did they just not care last year and this year someone decided to screw me? So thats the original issue. The main issue however is the person I was told was the service manager. This individual was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in any customer service situation, EVER. First he attempted to tell me not to speak with my voice raised, then when I continued he out right threatened me, as though he wanted to fight me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? What kind of neanderthals do you hire over there? I will spread the word far and wide amongst my numerous VW enthusiast friends that this is the very last dealership anyone would ever want to visit. Dont make the same mistake I did, this place is garbage

Service issues are never a joy. My wife and I were vacationing in Asheville and had a warning light in our 911 Turbo S stating the tire was low. We were disappointed considering we had planned to visit the tail of the dragon just west of Asheville. Clearly, there is no way I was about to take a road down with nearly 300 corners on a suspect tire. We first stopped at Discount Tire and tried to get a “quick fix”. Turns out, Discount will not work on the vehicle. Off to Asheville Porsche we went hoping they could fit us in and get us back on the road. Now don’t get me wrong, I haven’t had the best luck with Porsche dealers. Unfortunately, for whatever it is, they always seem “snooty” and “lacking in service”. Asheville Porsche is far from my “typical experience”. The service members and manager were beyond helpful and prompt to help us in every way possible to get us “in and out”. They quickly ushered us to a very cozy waiting area where they offered us refreshments and light snacks. They also turned on the British Open to pass the time. After about 30 minutes, we became a little stir crazy. The service member had come to us just about that time and offered an update on the car. We asked, “how long it would take” where he quickly ran back and received a window of 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on how quickly they could “find the leak”. He went on and offered to shuttle us to a local brewery in town. We accepted. About 5 minutes later, we were off and heading to the brewery while they continued to assess the car. After about 30 minutes, we received a call from the service manager notifying us the car was fine and the car simply needed to be “re-calibrated”. They urged us not to rush back and finish up but our car was ready and waiting. After we closed, we hopped in an uber and went back to Porsche. The car was washed and waiting! How about that!! To top it all off I paid literally nothing for the service. I can’t tell you how impressed I was when I drove away. If/when I buy my next Porsche, I may just drive to Asheville Porsche instead of local Charlotte because they are THAT GOOD. Highly recommend Asheville Porsche to any and all!

I had been looking for a great used Cayman - you know-looks great, low miles, right price, right equipment and hopefully minimal pain. Asheville Porsches Ron, Tabatha and Luis were professional, responsive and exceeded my expectations. I Ubered 3.5 hours from Mebane to pick up the car and would do it again. Harmony demonstrated just how badly they wanted my business by treating me right. When I first bought my car with them Camelot (my sales rep) called me to make sure everything was fine. I had a few issues that had annoyed me when I first bought the car. He told me to bring it in and I worked with Charlie, the Sales Manager. Even though it took longer than I would have liked, they took care of everything. They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied and worked with me to get the job done. John, who handled the services portion of the work was timely and addressed helped me resolve my issues when I called in. They also had a shuttle take me to work so I did not have to order a car. I would recommend them and hope to get my next car from them. Thanks!

Moved from Austin Tx. This was my first visit to Asheville Porsche dealer.Took my car in for 4 year major maintanance and recall for passenger air bag sensor. Service was very good I feel. Scheduling the appointment and loaner car was easy - had to wait two weeks - no big deal.Took off one star for need to communicate better. Usually the service writer fully explains what was done. I have only a vague idea of the maintance work done. I specially asked for battery to be checked as it is almost 5 years old. Was never told results - I assume it is OK or they would have been happy to replace the battery and charge me more Im certain. Service writer was at lunch when I picked up car - he was supposed to call me with update on battery - NEVER DID!Also took off one star because the dealer does not have courtesy roadside assist - probably should have taken off 2 stars for this but Im feeling generous. A quality dealer/dealership owner would understand the importance of demonstrating they value their clients by offering roadside assist, if anything, for clients to feel secure in knowing help is nearby quickly and easily if they have problems with their Porsche. The cars are plenty expensive for the dealership to be able to afford this service for thier clients. At this price point it is EXPECTED
