Never had any issues until this past month. Transfers are awful. Awful customer service. They took 0 responsibility for their transfers bleeding and continued to blame the customer. So sad I really loved ordering from them but after a year of being a loyal customer I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered on may 22nd got an email saying order shipped may 23. Called them on may 29th said they were running behind and my order would ship out that day ( mind you according to the email I got it shipped 7 days before that) here it is may 31st tracking is still the same and hasn’t shipped yet.

Its a great place in the people are nice
