Wonderful place for arts and crafts. Good place for collectables, models and coin collecting.

Stopped supporting this business because of the owners position on supporting the former president and the group of people who attacked our capitol. Sorry Hobby Lobby, you lost a long term customer. I am a Christian and retired minister but just cant support or wrap my arms around criminals and those who clearly are trying to destroying our democracy or businesses who donate to their actions.

Store is hot but otherwise everything was good. Cashier was very helpful helping me find what I needed while leaving register to return to her original area of work, that was real nice. Store is clean, neat and fully sticked

Love shopping at Hobby Lobby. Only issue is customer service sacks. Employees are not friendly and go out of their way to avoid you on the floor. Instead of helping they act inconvenienced and point its over there. Sad.

Just dropped off another art item I found to be custom framed. I have been using this frame service here for over 20 years & though the personnel have changed, the quality of work has never faltered.I also often buy my walk decorations (Nautical), painting art supplies, hobby models, ect. From here. Customer service is always, quick, courteous and friendly.

The name is Hobby Lobby but it should really be Homestore Lobby. This store has so much and such a wide variety of home decor merchandise. Im astonished every time I go in. However special kudos to the gals in custom framing. They are brilliant. Always have good suggestions and their work is quite professional. My one gripe is that someone has to accompany you to checkout counter. If HB is that hung up on the matter then provide framing with a cash register.

A lot of great stuff. Was hoping to find a project though to make with wood. I wish they sold some kits for building your own bird houses. Store very clean and well organized. Workers very friendly.

Unable to find sympathy card I wanted, but found suitable substitute. Several empty shelves, due to pandemic, & orders being delayed in shipping to store. Staff friendly, & helpful. Got put out with customer in line behind me, at checkout, not following social distancing, & almost right up on my back. I try to follow social distancing, & store had areas marked with social distance between customers. Wish people would follow, obey expectations of wearing masks, & social distancing.

Lots of craft, DIY, and deco items. Aisles are clear and shelves neatly well stocked. Store associates are polite and knowledgeable. Download their app for the 40% off coupon. However the holiday fabric was completely gone by Nov 27. I was told to come in March when it arrives. Now the Easter fabric is in stock. The restrooms are a HUGE problem. They are disgusting, filthy, and gross ALL THE TIME. Even the associates admit to hating it.

Excellent sales prices, large selection of craft supplies and home decor. This year some of their Christmas decorations were somewhat skimpy, unlike in the past when their wreaths and swags were large and extravagant. We went to buy what we were used to seeing during the holidays but decided against it when we realized that it all looked bare and cheap. Despite our disappointment in the holiday greenery, we still took advantage of the sales on other holiday decorations and will continue to shop here.

Hobby Lobby is such an awesome store. So many decorations and crafts. Of course my favorite section is the model cars. And you have to spend some time looking at all of the items. If you just glance around you will miss so many neat things. Youll be surprised at all of the different things you can find.

Such nice aisles, plenty of variety, good value on products, able to use a 40% off coupon which is one of my favorite things.

People take such great pride in what they create. I truly love this because I also vision many unusual ideas. Its such a great joy to see other people have the same kind of vision but they create it differently but beautifully. Pretty much anything you want or need for crafts. Excellent sales that rotate for various departments and supplies, usually 30% to 50% discounts! Fair prices, always helpful and courteous staff.

Buyer beware!. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Horrible customer service and return policy. I tried to return some items that fell apart without a receipt. I was told I would receive 50% off and get cash or store credit back. A manager comes up and says nope 90% off bc they no longer carry the item. Yet I bought them only a few weeks ago. I was offered $9.10 for over $50.00 worth of merchandise. No bueno. Go somewhere else where the business has some integrity and respect for their customers

I went in with all intention of doing a major purchase. I was going to purchase three pieces of furniture. The items didnt have a price on either one of them. I asked for someone to help me. I waited for about 20 min. The one lady that was supposed to help me was playing around and wasting time she refused to come help me. I will take my business to another store. I know other stores would like a sale.
