Order was complete.took over an hour from check in until my car was loaded up.and thats after contacting the store manager.3 tubs and one box of Ice cream were melted, boxed items crushed on at least one side (pop tarts, oatmeal, snack cakes).Milk was not as cold as I expected coming out right of the store.I will connect with manager again to attempt to resolve issue.

Let me start by saying that this is a very large Walmart. That being said, I went in the garden center entrance because all I needed was a small bag of potting soil and a pot to replant one of my plants. There was a Walmart employee in the department and I believe she was some kind of manager. When I was ready to pay, I asked her which register was open. She told me that neither register was open and explained that she didnt have a cashier working back there. If she was management, theres no obvious reason why she couldnt have opened one of the registers and checked me out herself. She told me that I would have to walk all the way to the main registers to pay. Im disabled and would never have been able to walk that far so I put the items back and decided to go to Lowes instead. They must not have wanted any gardening customers money. Of course theres nowhere for disabled people to sit down and rest a little before they can get to where they need to go. No Walmart and zillions of other stores are the same way. They have no regard for disabled people who need to shop except for the electric carts and theres almost never one thats available. This particular Walmart keeps them at the other entrances and never keep any in the garden center. In fact, Ive never seen any in the garden center at any Walmart Ive ever been in. I was very disappointed and usually drive about 20 miles to go to a different Walmart. Either that or I visit a different store entirely.

I had a very pleasant experience here. I went here to buy my grandsons school supplies and everything was easy to find, in stock. I wasnt very pleased with having to do the self check out but I am a people person, so I do talk with the associates in the stores. The store was clean,pleasant people, easy access to everything very pleasant experience..

Delivery service... I completed a delivery order and was supposed to receive between 4-5pm. I received 1/2 of my order at that time. For 120.00, I did not receive any of my cold items, which were most costly. I called customer service who was unable to connect me to a manager after several attempts. I left my name and number for a manager to return my call. I was able to speak to a representative in the delivery department who seemed frustrated with my call. He told me that my only options were a refund for the items, or for me to come pick them up. I, maybe not so kindly, explained to him that was not my only options. I pay for the delivery service and also tip well for this service. The representative and I went through the list of the missing items to be reordered, but he could not guarantee I would receive the remaining of my items this same day. I told him that is not acceptable. I actually did receive the remaining items about an 2 hours later. My issue is.. there was no accountability for their mistake. No return call from management to rectify. No concern that they initially did not fulfill the service they provide. We all make mistakes, but from someone who has worked in management for years, this is not good service. But I will give credit the delivery was completed.

I only go here if I absolutely have to. Shelves are usually empty. I get that its not the employees fault, still frustrating. And the whole cashless checkout thing still bugs me. Asked for some help in electronics yesterday, trying to find a protective case for a tablet I was buying, and was told I dont know, youll have to look for it. The dept. was not busy, and I spent well over $300. Thats why I always shop local, smaller stores first.

This store is great and I’ve used their delivery service multiple times before with no issues but the first time I use Walmart Pickup, they lose part of my order and then make me either wait for them to re shop for the rest of my order or come back later in the middle of a storm! Shopping for your own groceries would be better if you’re able to get them. I do not recommend using Walmart Pickup unless absolutely necessary.

Every single time I do curbside pick up, there is ALWAYS something missing that I get charged for. Its starting to become very annoying. They do at least usually give pretty good substitutions if they are out of something you order. The employees who bring the groceries out have always been friendly, which is a nice difference to the employees in the store.

I love shopping here & would Normally give them all stars... However they got one star due to the fact of people hanging out in the parking lot, parked in the driving rows & not in parking spaces, underage drinking with adults present, then when I asked them to move I got a beer can thrown at my car. It is an every night occurrence and they only do it on Walmart side so therefore Walmart needs to get security or the police there PERIOD, it is getting old!!!

This Walmart is the true embodiment of the American south. Youll walk in, and youll be immediately transfixed by the sheer amount of white trash that has compacted itself into the span of a single supermarket. It brings a tear to the eye of the emotional, and a warm appreciation in the pants of anyone who has refined taste in methheadology.

Online grocery is amazing very nice people

The store itself is orderly and well-stocked with what you would generally find in other Walmarts, and the staff here is helpful enough to not need additional assistance, however, the customer service rep we dealt with recently was slightly informative/confusing with their instructions regarding an exchange of a defective item.We were able to complete the transaction, but not without a little bit of raised fur.All is well that ends well. 5 solid stars for this particular establishment.

Ordered online and picked up. The associates on the phone and when delivered to our car were very courteous. Both seemed to be sincerely glad to assist us.

Walmart, well, is Walmart,right? This one, in our small town, is good. They always keep the shelves stocked and have enough.Theres always enough Cashiers on to ring us out. Pharmacy is always busy.

I bought these walmart/sams club brand bagels on 10/19/21. Its the next morning and I went to have one for breakfast only to see that every single one has at least a few spots of GREEN MOLD. The best by date states 10/29/21, Id hate to see how these look in 9 days. The coolers filled with milk and meat at this walmart smell absolutely rancid as well. I would advise against buying any food here if you dont absolutely have to.

Most times theyre low on everything and I need to go to another Walmart. Wish they stock shelves more frequently.

I ordered a set of tires for my truck on Walmarts online store. I picked my appointment like it told me to. I went down there at the specified time and date. The guy at the register didnt have a clue about my order, then he said he had the tires, and proceeded to pull my truck into the stall. Then I was asked if I wanted a warranty, I said no. I went to the waiting area. After 15 minutes or so this guy comes back in and tells me he doesnt have my tires, the ones he had were spoken for, someone else had ordered them, I reminded him that I ordered mine also and I was already there. He said he was sorry there was nothing he could do about it. So, I went to the cashier and told her I would just like my money back, she said she couldnt do that because I ordered and payed online that I would have to call them. Obviously this place dont have a clue about how to do their jobs. I wont order tires from them anymore.

I just had a most pleasant experience at the Asheboro Walmart because an associate named Ricky went above and beyond to be kind and helpful!

It was great easy in and out self check out and everything so east to find and employees are always so professional and kind, and helpful.

The produce continues to be sub par. The lemons are small, dark and softer than they should be. The broccoli is soft (for lack of a better word), the tomatoes are always bruised.The overall stock in many departments is very thin on every occasion that we visit the store. Im very surprised that management at the store cant seem to get a grip on this.

If I could give this store less than 1 star I would. No in pickup would answer the phone and the app was confusing and difficult to navigate. I wasted 2 hours. I drove there and sat there for 20 minutes. No one ever answered the phone. I would never use this app again. I would rather buy off of amazon!

This Walmart usually has quite a few good buys in the clearance section, but not this trip. I was able to find what I needed, though and had no issues with anything or any of the staff. Hardly have to wait because there are enough self checkouts. Oh, check out the bakers dozen sugar coated (not glazed) donuts from the bakery too, they are really good. And way cheaper than other places.

Lack of inventory. No customer service. Couldnt get any help in jewelry dept. Lack of cashiers. It was just a terrible experience. Seems they are using employees to do personal shopping instead of taking care of the ones in the store shopping. I asked where an item was and the response I got was I DONT KNOW ??? I GUESS THE CUSTOMER DOESNT COME FIRST ANY LONGER.

Had grocery pickup at 5-6pm. I arrived at Walmart in a designated spotat 542pm and checked in on the app successfully. I waited until 615 and called and was told they would get my order out. Nothing. 650 rolls around and I call again and was told the same thing that they would get my order out. Im still waiting right now. Never again.

No senior scooters available and ones available in disrepair or not charged. Usually a 45 minute wait on a scooter. No manager could tell me how many were available and how many were out of service. As a service provider for a senior it is painful to shop there. Lots of indifference. Will try an alternate location if not will stop shopping there. Not accommodating. Trip was on a Thursday not peak weekend traffic.

It was a really good store and everything the one in Asheboro and the one in Randleman they are really good stores to go to shop at and they can get with whatever you want all you have to do is just asking

For one I dont work for Walmart all the staff was very rude. I was in the checkout line for fifteen minutes and dint move . There was only three lines open and wasnt moving at all. Went to self checkout the sign was turned around and didnt know it was card only. The food was paid for but didnt take cash. The rude woman come over there and said read the sign. Again I DONT WORK THERE. I shouldnt have to check myself out . I will be going to target from now own. Thanks for making me work for you after work all day really got the shaft. Yours truly David

This Walmart is the absolute worst. Every time I do delivery or pickup there is ALWAYS something missing. I currently have covid and they delivered items and of course some were missing, I called and she said they would get them delivered ASAP, it’s been over 4 hours and I called again. She said they have customers picking up their orders and then hung up on me. I don’t care who’s picking up their orders, mine was supposed to delivered CORRECTLY FOUR hours ago.

This store needs to get organized. It takes forever to get an online order brought to your car. 3 of the last 5 times Ive gone items were missing, but dont complain. Walmart will flag you and then you cant use grocery pickup at that location again. I didnt have that happen at this location, but I did a different one. Their corporate offices dont care either.

I have only been inside this store a handful of times. I primarily visit to pick up my online orders of groceries, etc. The parking lot is clean. Service has always been friendly, efficient and timely. When I have gone inside, I can say the same. My expectations are not unreasonable, it is Walmart.

The only place in town where you can get certain things. Prices on meat way cheaper here also. Have to stretch the dollar.

Expensive they have raised their prices so high that I dont want to grocery shop there anymore you cant afford to buy the food there the only thing you might be able to afford is bologna. Walmart is starting to become a rich person grocery shopping store not for a low or blue collar person just look at the prices. Thats for hamburger and brisket what do ya think about those prices?

Im not really crazy about the big box stores rather give my money too the local mom and pop shops keep the money in your local community with people you know and trust that are part of the community! Would rather pay little extra and support the locals buy American support your locally owned business and there family !

Got there to have an oil change and tires put on. They had no sign out stating their hours but online it said open 8am to 6pm. Walked all the way to the front and got to automotive to be told they didnt open until 12pm. There were several people out there waiting on service. Id recommend letting people know your hours of operation

The “pick up” ( they bring your order to your car). Also to the shoppers ( who shop for items). I’ve use the service 3 times and Always had excellent service and the young woman ( Brenda) and young men, I really appreciate all your hard work and dedication. You’re doing a wonderful job! Thank you!

I’m leaving one star, as normally I love Walmart. But after today I’ll be shopping else where for my groceries. I placed a grocery order to be DELIVERED. Which is a service I have to pay for. I put for them to be delivered between 8-9am. At 9:15 I notice that my groceries are not here yet. I call Walmart and have to update them on my order! I had plans today and now I’m having to wait around for my groceries. ASHEBORO Walmart, do better.

This is the walmart I go to often. It usually has what I want. The staff are friendly. The only downside that might be a plus for the store itself is that I can never find the hidden clearance there. They are on top of their stuff here.

The most recent layout of the store has made my trips to Wal-Mart a whole lot faster and enjoyable. Everything is neatly placed which makes items easier to find. The store employees are always very helpful and there are many all around the store. Lastly Wal-Mart always offers the freshest veggies, latest tech and unbeatable price. Always happy to return!

What can I say?? Walmart is Walmart!! I went through the customer service line, with only one person at the register🙄 They seriously need more people behind the register at customer service. The line was all the way back to the building entrance. This is one of the reasons I hate shopping at Walmart!

Walmart is very organized unlike what Melissa Mason said. It is very easy to order online. I personally like using the self check out it is very efficient. Ive only had a few problems but nothing much!

Everyone needs to take care of the community. Customers left carts in the walkway of the exit. Wipe it down and return it. Team work makes the dream work.
