The manager who owns this location is the nicest guy you can meet!! He always making jokes and is very talkative with his customers!!! 5/5 would recommend

Its easy to get in and out of with a large trailer. Very few choices in that area, better than the 7-11 iMO

I have been utilizing this Shell station for two years and there is one clerk who cannot speak English. Today I attempted to make a food and a gasoline purchase, I told the attendant that I wanted $30.00 on pump 10 and I will use my alternate ID using my Shell card. I entered the alternate ID and the system recognized me, then the clerk asked me what kind of gas did I want and what was my limit. I informed the clerk I wanted to make a gas purchase and what kind did not matter. The clerk repeated that I need to tell him what kind of gas and what was my limit, I then said I do not understand what he was talking about, the clerk then said he did not have time for this and cancelled my purchase attempt just when the card reader asked me for my card pin number. I have never had this kind of experience before and will not be using this establishment again. I am a working professional and to be treated in this manner is unprofessional and unbecoming of the Shell Corporation. Automated pump asks for phone number. When I hit cancel it locked up for several minutes. Tried again, did it again. Why do you need my phone #? Not going back.

Weve been coming here for the past week because we are out of coffee and dude is always on his phone and coffee is never ready. We had to leave today cause we almost missed our bus last time.

Everytime I go in here this young Arab always adds money to My gas bill without asking or saying anything just to make his life easier! I dont need 40 cents worth of gas just so his count is easier for him. Talk to your employees already! Im not going in this shell ever again!

Worst experience here ... the CSR couldnt speak any English, felt like the conversation on his bluetooth was more important than his job. Which btw is apparently, sit in the office... couldnt even make coffee .... and threw a fit when I started to make coffee just so I can buy the darn stuff .... worst shell never returning ...

ATM is almost always down, their system doesnt take alot of CU debit cards? And The gas prices are always higher than most of the other Gas Stations! Even though they get the same gas as king Sooper?

The last time I used my debit card was at least 4 months ago. Used it here to buy some powerball tickets and a week later I get some fraudulent charges in CA :-/ Not saying it was this store, but seems fishy....

Today went in to the shell here and there was a man in line that was 38 cents or short on by a pack of smokes so I told the guys hey let me by those for you and to the guy that was at cashing us out to just add it to my stuff. Well he did something wrong and by the end of it I end up having to take cash out of the ATM and what started of as 5 dollar box of smokes now end up being 9 dollar one with the ATM fee. Thank for not training people right and then have them call someone and ask them for help. Plus why is there only one person work at a time. Seem like a safety.

Terrible car wash. Paid for the deluxe and my car is covered in bugs still. I’m not really sure what it did. I guess my tires look clean.

Screw this place. Fuel pump malfuntioned and put $100 dollar surcharge on to my brorhers account. He was unable to get fuel for his vehicle and now is out 100 dollars. Never going here ever again and telling everyone I know to never goto this Shell station.

Was racially profile today by the Arab brothers and I work for the light rail making 1000 weekly and live in wheatridge not all black ppl steal ask for a number to a district manager and they said there was not one and basically deal with it if anyone can give me a number to call or hell put that store on social media lol one way or another this will be dealt with

Very rude young arab with glasses employee didnt even have a badge so dont know his name.. Was counting the register cash with 3 people in line.. then comes my turn I had a scratch ticket which I thought was a winner turns out it wasnt and asked for it back to take a look at it and this fella starts getting angry at me and showing me the screen saying its not a winner... told him I understand and just wanted it back to take a look at it.. got it said thanks and left and the dude didnt even say have a nice day.. Piss poor service
