I was just in there to return an HDMI cable. As I approached the check-out a nice elderly lady was pushing her cart up as well. I laughed and told her to go ahead and she insisted that I go ahead and I insisted again that she goes first. Joe was very helpful and professional as he gave me store credit but his co-worker accused me of cutting in line and was corrected by TWO different customers that I was actually insistent to let a very nice lady go ahead.I did not catch her name but she was exceptionally rude and didnt even bother to apologize after being corrected by multiple people. I have been shopping at Walgreens for decades with rewards points to prove it and this worker has given me enough shame and attempted embarrassment that I will never return to this location ever again. She shouldnt be in customer service, this was entirely too rude and uncalled for.

I was unable to get a paper receipt for my purchase. I had to wait for the manager Mark to go to the back for a paper receipt. He later returned and said he doesnt show the items I purchased in there system. The cashier confirmed that I just bought them from her. Mark was very sarcastic and rude saying it will take him some time to find a receipt. I asked him to hurry up as I already waited 20min. He started yelling at me in front of several customers. I asked for my money back but had to eventually just leave due to the disrespect Mark was giving. Worst store experience in my life. I asked for Marks manager Will but was denied by Mark. Will never be back to this store ever.

I got a covid test on a Monday morning and was told I would have a result within 2 days. I got my results 4 days later.Other Walgreens have gotten me results same day. Ill never do the drive thru test again. Id encourage you just to pay for a self test and get the result in 15 minutes. Especially if your employer/employment/family all need an answer.The lady was nice though.

Never in my life have I had more issues with filling and refilling my prescriptions than since I moved them to this store. Incorrect medicine amounts, things somehow getting filled at stores across town and never coming back even though Ive asked many many times, things not autorefilling when they should. Now, one of my critical medicines was not only refilled at the wrong store AGAIN, but that other store gave me entirely the wrong medicine too. Unacceptable. Pathetic. I switched to you because CVS was ****ing the bed, but they never did anything close to the litany of errors that I have been consistently running into for months at Walgreens #9034.

Lost as last years easter egg. The incompetence and unprofessionalism here is unreal. Avoid this place and the Walgreens at 64th and Sheridan.You would think hygiene would be a requirement to work in the pharmacy??

Very helpful staff, pharmacist straightened out a mess from another walgreens so I could get the meds i need. Top notch customer service, almost NO wait. Love them, will travel the extra few blocks to continue using this particular location. Thanks guys, you rock!!

This store is horrible I have been waiting over a week for my insurance to approve a medicine so my Dr said to just pay for it my first month and they should be able to have it covered after that. So I called the pharmacist yesterday and we talked for several minutes with two holds .. he told me the amount and said it should be in with shipment tomorrow. Well the pharmacist (next day) said I could not pick it up since my Dr has to approve for me to pay for it my self .. Never heard of anything like this .. Why would my Dr say how I pay for this does not make any sense to me .. I have the choice if I want to pay for it not my Dr..So confused!! All this pharmacist would keep saying NO NOTE in the computer and just ignored everything I was trying to say or ask

I went in there on Christmas to get baby formula, little back story we placed an online order from Walmart the night before and when to pick it up but Walmart informed Us someone stole our order that had all our Christmas stuff and over a months worth of baby formula. With that said we had 28$ in cash total. Walmart told us they couldn’t get us our order and that we had to wait 3-5 days to get our money back. Formula was about 35 dollars after tax and not having enough money I was looking for just something I could get. Before I could even figure it out this lady that works for y’all saw I was struggling and offered to pay for at least 1/2 the formula. She went above and beyond to insure a complete stranger had enough money to feed our baby. We are so thankful and truly grateful.

Valentines night, my daughter needed tums. I ran into store 3 mins after they closed. The awesome cashier told me the aisle I needed and I was able to get in and out! Thanks again for your awesome customer service!

You know I could NEVER express in words how AMAZING this walgreens is ! Every employee is sweet and nice. However I need to give a HUGE shout out to the pharmacy ! Been going here for years. Mike, Andrew, Brian, and Andrew are just AMAZING, understanding, respectful, caring, and so much more. I couldnt applaud them enough ! Top pharmacy in Arvada !

Gave the pharmacy one more chance, and it will be their last. I have not found a single Walgreens in the state of Colorado that has a reasonable pharmacy. 3 days for prescription refills is their average, and today I had to wait over an hour for post surgical antibiotics and painkillers. Target pharmacy is WAY faster with way better customer service.

Love the pharmacy staff at this location. Knowledgeable pharmacists are extremely helpful and techs are very efficient to get you in and out when you are in a hurry. Whole staff are friendly and cheery which is nice when you are in tons of pain. Store staff is equally as knowledgeable and friendly; its always a pleasure to shop in their store.

Pharmacy staff is excellent! Dont really know about the staff inside as I usually went to drive up. Never had any issues getting meds filled on time or wrong ones. Mike, Kim & the other head pharmacists were always friendly and helpful.

Really like shopping here, great for quick stop.Well-maintained. I just wish I could fill my prescriptions here. It is never easy, something always goes wrong & is stressful

Ive been to a ton of Walgreens over the past decade and theres been many times that have made me want to switch pharmacies. I feel like every Walgreens is different so dont ever judge one like the rest.This Walgreens locations has always been extremely kind and helpful. They are also not in a busy location like Wadsworth and 44th or even Colfax.I almost always get in and out quickly. The drive through is rarely full.Ive even had to call them when out of state because I know Ill get a more accurate and knowledgable response from them opposed to where Im located or even something the internet might say.They also always give my pups treats so thank you team! I really appreciate your consistent hard work.

Horrible, horrible, horrible manager on night of 12/30/16. I just had a simple return and manager was incredibly rude and I waited over 35 minutes for her! I had receipt which on the back states return at any location then they tell me go to another location because it was for $90!

I recently relocated to Denver (downtown) and I oam HAPPY to make the 30 min trip just so I can use this store. The walgreens closest to me was HORRIBLE. Super rude staff, unhelpful, and just all around aweful.. untill I found this one! Ill definitely be using this location from now on and nowhere else.. theyre all so friendly too!

I have recently moved to Denver and needed some prescriptions filled. At first the pharmacy was very helpful but as time has went on they never seem to have the meds I need and I always end up making 2 trips instead of 1 because the meds are not in stock or I have to drive to another Walgreens to pick up the second medication. This has happened 3 months in a row now and I have also been told the prescription is ready to find out that it is NOT ready when I go to pick it up. This is a HUGE inconvenience to me and this week I had had enough. I have been trying to get a new medication filled and I had called 3 days in a row at least 3 times a day to find out they claimed to be waiting on the doctor. I thought we had finally gotten it figured out. I was told all the prescriptions were filled after a 3 day wait, and we went to go pick them up. I told the pharmacist at the window it was 3 prescriptions and she gave us all 3. On the way home we find that she gave us 1 old prescription we dont even need and 2 right ones and forgot the other prescription medication we were supposed to have. I have fought with them for the last 4 months and refuse to keep doing it. I have had it and from now on I am going anywhere but Walgreens from now on.
