Hey Chris, I appreciate your response and my apologies on the new management comment. As of right now the Jeep is running great with the new water pump. If that changes over the next couple of weeks. i will gladly take this review down or change it to 5 stars and admit I am in the wrong.DO NOT GO HERE! They are under new management. I have been coming here for years because I trusted them. I took my car in because of it over heating they told me it was a blown head-gasket and wanted over $3k to fix it. Took it somewhere else it was just a bad water pump. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your car repair.

What a great business! Always straight forward and honest about what needs done. They have also fit my vehicles in on tight schedules and been quick to finish. I highly recommend them!

This place is great, Ive had routine maintenance on both of my vehicles worked on here. On a nice day you can drop your car off and walk around arbor lake, which is a plus. Chris and becca have always taken great care if our vehicles. They once verified that we did not need a repair that was quoted at $800+ from the dealership. Couldnt ask for a more affordable, honest, quality mechanic.

I have been coming here for over eight years to service my Ford Diesel Truck. During this time I have been treated like his most important customer he has. He has jumped through hoops to get my truck out early and his honesty is a very pleasant surprise now days. Last time I brought my truck in with several issues for him to look into. He found two items that were still under warranty that I had no clue of and didn’t charge me for them. That’s honesty right there. When I got the bill for all the work Chris had done he was $300.00 cheaper then quoted and kicked that money back to me. Wow what another great experience with Chris and Becca. This guys have forgot more about diesels then every shop in Denver has ever known. I had a very pleasant experience with these folks. Purchased a vehicle that had tons of things wrong with it hidden and they were able to fix me up. My new starter stopped working the day I picked it up and after calling they sent a technician to the house and got it started and back to the shop. They had it rolling in 30 minutes, they stand behind their work. I will definitely go back.

Its so nice to finally have a good auto shop right here. Theyre always so nice and super helpful. Like they just fixed my frame for free when I went in for a realignment. The owner is super cool too. Forsure one of the first places I go for a quote on my cars. They also like to make sure the repair is done properly which is key!

Im not as happy with the experience I have had with my new vehicle as I was with the work that was done on my previous vehicle.

I’ve only just called them to make my appointment for Wednesday but my experience over the phone is worthy of leaving Them/Bekka a review. After calling at least 8 other places to get a power steering pump replacement quote I was greeted with hope once Bekka answered the phone. Not only was she very professional and clear to hear but she was friendly as if talking with a old friend. After getting quoted nearly a thousand bucks by Christian brothers automotive Bekka quoted me less than half that. She explained to me about discontinued parts and what my options were with their shop. She listened to me about our finances and how we are driving a 2003 for a reason, broke as a joke lol. At any rate, what a breath of fresh air to just have such a positive experience over the phone and not feel like someone’s trying to rob the food off our children’s plate. At the end of our conversation I am left with happy tears. Thank you all for giving us the option to repair our car. ❤️❤️❤️

Ive been coming to Factory Trained for years now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences.Lauden and Becca at the front desk are always super friendly, easy to work with, and great communicators on whats going on and what my options are.Their mechanics are top notch, really living up to the name factory trained. When Im price shopping, sometimes Factory Trained comes in with a higher quote because they use high quality parts, but Ive discovered the hard way (more than once) that Factory Trained always saves me money in the long run because they fix my cars correctly and for the long haul.

Overall good customer service and I think good maintenance work (they have good customer service on the phone), but DO NOT go for the check engine diagnostic test. For $100 they will read you off the code from an OBD scanner. You can do this for free yourself at most auto shops (like OReilly) by asking to use their OBD scanner and googling the code. The $100 for a few minutes of their time is a huge rip off. I expected them to do more thorough testing of all the related parts, in my case this wouldve been a thorough check of all exhaust components including oxygen sensor tests (something like a voltage test or diagnostic tool on the sensor). Instead, they just printed off code P0430 and told me it was the catalytic converted bank as per the code. Yeah, I already knew that.

The care and timely order speak for themselves in volumes, they take the time to call and inform you when stuff is happening, they’ll explain everything so you can understand. they’ve definitely found a customer for life. 5 stars well deserved!! My parents and I have been taking our vehicles to them for a few years now and this time Becca and the crew really helped me out. I went for simple alignment but because I needed other work done they either wouldnt do the alignment as it wouldnt make sense or theyd be doing it over again when I got the other stuff fixed. Becca worked for 30 minutes to figure out a price my mom and I could afford and itd get me back on the road, asap, turns out all in one day they fixed it! And save me over half of what I could have paid!

They are all so amazing, honest and understanding of peoples situations. They are amazing at what they do and very friendly.

We drove from Oklahoma to Arvada to visit family for Christmas. I noticed a leak under my vehicle a few days after we arrived. It didnt look good and I had visions of a huge repair bill. I called a highly rated shop in the area, but they were booked solid and couldnt get me in. They did, however, recommend I call Factory Trained Auto Repair. I did and they were booked as well, but told me to bring my car in and they would try to squeeze me in. I took the car to them and they called a few hours later and told me it was an axle seal and everything else on the car looked good. They repaired it and got it back to me the next day at a very fair price. It speaks highly of a business when your competition recommends you to potential customers. I also highly recommend them for your repair needs.

I had to get a used Tacoma looked at before I thought about buying it. FTA repair did and thorough job of looking it over and they were very professional, friendly and helpful. After they were done with their inspection they showed me everything they found of concern. Explaining all the options in length and how to save money on certain fixes. Great place to go if you want quality service and techs.

Thank you!I usually do all my maintenance myself, but since I am recovering from a broken ankle and I read positive reviews, I decided to let this place do my oil change. Its an old car that has a couple minor leaks, but I noticed a decent sized fresh puddle of oil on my driveway. When I popped the hood to investigate, my oil cap was sitting on the strut tower, and oil had been splashing around the engine bay. The oil was also way over filled even after I must have lost quite a bit. Extremely disappointed in the lack of care put into my car.

The service here is awesome. I took my Escalade here to correct three oil leaks. The gentlemen at the front desk was a pleasure to work with. I dropped my truck off the same day I called and they got me in. They kept me in the loop the whole time and offered their opinion as to what needed to be fixed and what could wait. They fixed the leaks and washed the whole bottom of the truck off to make sure there were no more issues. I was told to drive the truck for a couple hundred miles and make sure it does not leak, if it did, they would correct them at no cost. I will definitely be returning to this shop. The prices are fair and most important, the work is done right. Thank You FTA!

I normally do all the work on my vehicles, but decided to take them in this time around because I’m so busy at work and didn’t have the time to do it myself, especially since one of the vehicles needed a lot of work. After some research I went with this shop, mostly because of the reviews.They did a good job on fixing two of my vehicles and constantly communicated with me. I thought the final price was decent so I didn’t do any research on what they did fix that time, especially since I own a vehicle that overall, has very expensive parts. However, I took one of my vehicles back due to a check engine light and I wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything they may have messed around with since they did so much on this vehicle (it’s a 9 year old car). They told me it would be $300 to fix it, and supposedly it was mostly due to the labor cost. I changed the part myself. The part was $30, for an OEM part too, and it literally took me 30 minutes or less to change because it was just a part that has a couple screws and clicks and snaps into place. Solved the problem. $300...$30...🧐I also don’t like that they leave the sheet for their feet in the vehicle, and each time they left my steering wheel greasy and feeling dirty. It’s unprofessional and never been to a shop that does that. I’ve been to a lot of shops over the years since I’ve owned various fixer uppers and sometimes I need assistance due to not having certain tools and although I think they may have done a good job at the beginning, I’ve never been too a shop that leaves their trash inside, even though I have been to shops that attempt to overcharge me, unintentionally or intentionally.I can let the trash and my steering wheel slide because overall it’s not a huge deal and I like the lady at the front desk because she’s nice and ALWAYS calls in updates, but I’m a little hesitant to go back in the future due to the last part they priced and it makes me question if I was overcharged for my first visit. But I’m not going to ponder on that too much. I own a Volvo and I know the mechanic struggled with it because they are difficult vehicles to work on due to how some of the parts are made and needing special tools. But I also wonder if the mechanic maybe said the labor cost would be so much, because I almost garauntee he hated his life fixing my Volvo. I know I do anytime I work on it.I think 3 stars is fair. You always gotta make sure you know what you’re getting into and do your research. Any shop is capable is overcharging you no matter how good they seem.

Its always hard to find a mechanic shop that is trustworthy, provides a high level of service, and has fair prices. Im more than happy to say that the guys over at FTAR went above and beyond when I brought my Jeep Wrangler in. Typically I like to do most of my own repairs but when I didnt have time to fix my Jeep, I was lucky enough to find them on the Internet. If you need any auto repair in the Arvada area I cant recommend them enough, and I will be using them for any repairs I may need in the future. I hope that I dont need them anytime soon, but hey I own a Jeep so you never know....

Chris and his team are Ford Pros. I live about 50 blocks away from his shop but still make the trip everytime I need service for any of my vehicles.

Told the front desk, “I think my thermostat is going out please check it”They “pressure tested and test drove the vehicle, discovered it was the radiator cap”Charged my almost $300. For a $17 capTruck still over heats. Because they failed to listen to me. Run away from this joke of a palace ASAP.
