I went to ATLR based off Google reviews. I will make them my Toyota mechanic from here on out. It took longer than going to a stop and pop oil or tire center but the whole time I was getting pictures from the mechanic on whats good, what needed repair, what will need repair in the future, how my fluids and belts looked; all in real time over the text message. They are thorough and professional and more transparent than any other mechanic Ive been to. They showed me the wear and tear and the exact receipt write up so Im not second guessing if I paid too much or if I did the work too early. I like them and totally recommend them.

I’ve taken my car to ATLR twice now and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. I feel like they are truly an honest car repair shop. I wasn’t up sold on anything I didn’t truly need, the way I feel I’ve experienced at other places. I love that they specialize in Lexus and Toyota as they really know the nuances of these cars.I knew there was something wrong with my car, and turned out it was the radiator that needed to be replaced. I appreciated that they sent a text with details of the quote, details of the inspection (including photos and video!) and when I called to get clarification on the recommended work, they patiently walked me through the recommendation and why it really needed to be done now rather than later. They seemed like nice folks, and ATLR changed my Corollas oil and filter last year. However, during the subsequent oil change at another shop (a Toyota dealership), I was informed that the ATLR technician had so over-tightened the oil filter that it was irremovable. As a consequence, the other shop had to break the filter and replace the cap assembly at my expense ($56). This seems inexcusable for an experienced shop.I brought this to ATLRs attention hoping for some consideration, but it appears that they ignored my note. :(

Great first visit with ATLR! Excellent customer service. They did exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. This team really knows Toyota products. Especially, I appreciated that they understood that I am educated about my truck and didn’t push any services on me that I didn’t need. Pros: Availability was great, they fixed my car within 24 hours, they’re detailed with inspection, they’re not pushy! If you don’t want to fix something in that moment they don’t guilt trip you or anything like that which I think is awesome!Cons: I brought my car into the shop I would say about three weeks ago and yesterday I noticed something hanging from under my car. I looked under and pulled out a screwdriver. It was stuck between the plastic underneath my car......

This business is run by true professionals. I’ve used them twice for my 2000 Tacoma. The first time was prior to a year long trip around the USA pulling a small camper. They did a thorough check of the entire truck making repairs and doing maintenance. They were honest and fair documenting the entire process. I just used them for a 10 month checkup and again, charging them to go find potential problems, they came back with the report of a healthy truck. They have also been consulted along the trip over the phone with some minor repair issues and have been real pros. Lastly, you can tell so much about a shop by observing the place. In short, the cleanest most organized shop I’ve seen. Props to the team there for running such a fine business.

Stay away! They seem like they were good in the past but quality has gone downhill and customer service is uhh... not good.I called in a few months ago looking for a suspension upgrade on my Toyota Land Cruiser to better handle towing. The person I spoke with recommended installing airbags in the rear springs. Said they do it all the time and its a cheap, effective solution. He told me what airbags to buy and where to get them (Amazon). A couple months later I brought it in to have them installed along with a few other things (brakes, oil change, etc). I picked up the car the next day and all seemed fine. Next day I go to put air in the bags and they wont inflate. I realized they ran the line directly under the exhaust and it melted. Strike one... I called and assumed theyd apologize for the sloppy work and me having to take the car back in but instead they told me they dont warranty aftermarket parts but because I had spent a lot of money with them, theyd fix it once they could get me in about 10 days later. That was slightly annoying but oh well... Then before i was going to bring it in I noticed the rear sway bar bracket hanging down. They had completely forgotten to reattach it. I also found that they had accidentally installed the wheels in reverse (rotated the tires). Anyway, they towed it back to the shop to fix the airbag line, re-install the sway bar, and un-rotate the tires. I picked it up the next day and all seemed fine until I went to use the airbags again. This time they inflated, but quickly deflated. I found they hadnt used the original airlines that came with the bags and they installed them crooked so it pinched the line and was letting all the air out. Again, I called back in expecting them to be apologetic and offer to fix it. Still a pain for me to go all the way back there for a 3rd time but oh well. Nope, they told me to contact the airbag vendor because it must be a faulty part.Super annoyed. Sloppy work and cant take ownership of their mistakes.

I researched online to find a shop that I could trust and not take me to the cleaners on repair cost.Cam was very professional and put me at ease immediately on the phone. My Alternator had gone out and he assured me that they could repair my car in a timely manner.I had my car towed to their location. From the moment I accidentally opened the wrong door, it was to their shop, I knew I was at the right place. The shop was so clean, that you could eat off the floor! Cam sent me a video quote on what needed to be done right away, and what I need to address down the road.I will only take my Lexus to them from here on out!! I appreciated their professionalism, their courtesy to me, and the fact I paid less than I thought I would!

If I didnt already plan on staying within the Toyota/Lexus family, Id reconsider doing so now so that I could continue bringing my car here.My SUV had a nice little variety of one-off issues, and the folks here not only came back with a MUCH more reasonable estimate than the dealership, but also explained the issues thoroughly and answered ALL OF MY QUESTIONS.A pretty decent-sized workload was finished quickly, and the dropoff/pickup was super easy (especially helpful with my current schedule). Chris handled my intake and was super informative and patient with everything, and I communicated with Cam going forward. Top notch.Couple days later, I thought I noticed an issue. Rather than the standard, Well keep an eye on it and let us know if theres any issue response... Cam made time for me right away and they gave it a thorough look over. I took my Toyota to ATLR for a post-purchase inspection followed by getting my cars transmission and differential fluids changed. ATLR made me feel very comfortable with their analysis of the vehicle and were honest about everything from when parts actually need to be changed to suspension options, and cost. They answered all of my questions concerning a potential future lift and backed up their knowledge with years of experience and product research. After-hours pick-up was a breeze. I will definitely be back next time I need service!

ATLR correctly diagnosed the bad driveshaft on my 07 Tacoma over the phone. Then they got the truck into a service bay and completed the repair within one day; and for 20% less than their worst case estimate. As an out of town customer I really appreciated their professionalism and prompt work.

My experience at ATLR was easy! My point of contact was Cam and he was professional, courteous, and friendly. Every concern of mine was valid and addressed in a professional manner. I got brake fluid, transmission fluid, transfer case and all differential fluids replaced. Also had my radiator replaced on my (new to me) ‘08 GX470 with 138k miles. I plan on putting this thing through it’s paces so I needed a reputable/reliable shop to keep my truck in tip top shape. Looking forward another healthy 100k miles on my daily driver. I want to let everyone know about ATLR. I have only been to the shop once to get my oil changed. My oil light was coming on so I called, they were closed, so I left a message. They called me the next day and said come right in. The owner checked my car out. He said it was burning oil and to keep an eye on it, to know the rate it was burning. He put 3 qts of oil in and didnt charge a dime! He said he didnt want to have to replace an engine and to have a Merry Christmas.So, if you need an honest place that cares about YOU and your Toyota trust ATLR.

Very friendly people at the front desk. My favorite thing is the visual inspection which provides photos of items that need repair as well as an electronic estimate which is easy to review and select or decline work items.

Great shop - was recommended on IH8mud site - Land Cruiser enthusiasts. I have an aged Land Cruiser so there will always be issues to attend to, however always going to be a compromise (cost/benefit). Clearly understanding my objectives, the ATLR team reviewed the overall health of the vehicle and put together a plan to keep it on the road - in summary replaced the radiator & steering rack. I had a small issue with the initial work (fluid leak) however the ATLR team distinguished themselves by taking responsibility & striving to put it right. Exactly the service/attitude that I am looking for. The Land Cruiser will be maintained by ATLR from this point forward.

ATLR had great reviews so I called, spoke with Cam at ATLR and told him I have a lexus ls460 and had been told from dealer that I needed to fix my rear air suspension and front control arms... the OEM air socks are 2200 each the OEM arms are also around 1000 per side. Dealer wanted 13k to fix my 12k car. I explained I was looking for after market solutions...said come on down... Im an hour away but was hopeful. I sent him my dealer estimate and I asked him to research before some possible solutions so I wouldnt waste my time and theirs... he didnt get back to me. I shouldnt have done down. I showed up and he said I thought the whole time you were talking about a GX450... nope you had my estimate with my VIN?... so I paid 50 for an Uber back to work...an hour and later that day I get ATLR estimate for 11,500...same exact things that were listed on the lexus estimate? I re-explained the reason I brought the car down was for an alternative to OEM....He said they wouldnt put on after market parts except from their suppliers...I told him I was disappointed I had spent 50 and 2-3 hours and they reprinted the dealers estimate and wanted to charge me 149 for diagnosis...I complained... he said you signed this form when you came in if you want your car back we need $149 and well apply it to work done... so... not a great experience for me. 4 hours down and back 2 times 50 uber and 150 for an estimate I already had. Very poor communication with me and then to charge me 150 to get my car back. Not fair as far as Im concerned.

A friend recommended I quit taking my car to the Lexus dealership for service and try ATLR. So grateful for the referral! I have entrusted Jesse and his team with all of my car’s service and maintenance for 7 years. My 2004 RX still looks and runs like new! ATLR has replaced my timing belt, my water pump, and repaired my power steering along with my regular maintenance and synthetic oil changes. They are extremely honest and professional. I can’t imagine owning a different make of car than Toyota/Lexus because I have such a dependable and affordable expert to keep my vehicle running perfectly.My only complaint is that I didn’t know about ATLR sooner and wasted so much money going to the dealership.

I love the ATLR team! They are very professional, have top-shelf knowledge about and experience working on Toyota engines, and dont cut corners on their work or the replacement parts. They dont try to tell me I need to do this or that to my car in order to make a buck, unless the work is absolutely necessary. They give the best information possible, and if I can wait to do some work on my car they will tell me. I never feel pressured when I bring my vehicle to ATLR. And, I love their detailed reports (complete with easy-to-understand pictures of what condition my car is in) before I make any decisions. I went in for a basic oil change on my RAV4. They were helpful and definitely knew what they were talking about as far as the year/make/model of my Toyota. When I got home there was a small leak from the oil filter. I called them and they asked me to bring it in and they reset the gasket on the filter cover. They were thoughtful and took care of the issue immediately.

Always amazing service with these guys. They found the source of an ongoing brake issue I had for almost a year. I had taken it to three mechanics and brake specialists before Jesse and his team solved it once I brought it in. Diagnosed front sway bar bushings right away after two local dealers said there was no issue. Clunking noise went away. Replaced parking brake hardware after local brake shop over tightened them (damage was beyond repair). Had them clean the air conditioner out using a Toyota OEM A/C service kit. Great work! I won’t go anywhere else. They really know Toyota and Lexus products well. I like the idea of sending photos over text messages concerning what is in need of repair and what passed inspection. Very transparent.

Cameron was amazingly helpful. I had just purchased a used truck down in Pueblo and was driving all the way back to central Wyoming. When I put some purchased flooring in the bed of the truck, the added weight caused the truck to start making a noise. Not a good thing when youve just spent a lot of money on a used truck! I Googled for Toyota service shops and this one came up and had excellent reviews. I gave a call and Cameron said I could of course swing in the next 10 minutes and he would be happy to help. Right when I arrived he greeted me, put the truck up on the lift, located the super simple and non serious (yay!) cause of the noise and helped fix it so I could keep driving home. Such amazing customer service! He also took a quick look around and said the rest of the truck looked great. It gave me total piece of mind for the truck I had just purchased and let me drive home stress free. Thank you!!!!

These guys are awesome!! Their new shop/location is extremely nice and clean. I dont ever feel taken advantage of because Im a girl and know nothing about vehicles, they explain things and send pictures. Very appreciative they are in business to service Lexus and Toyotas!!

They actually sent the suggested services/repairs by email (with pictures) in advance, allowing me to check with a couple of people who know more about engines than I do (both gave the thumbs up on honesty and price). Great communication and customer service. I usually feel out of my element in any sort of car place, but these guys make me feel incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended!

Overall experience was great. The service writer Cam was honest, professional, and an overall great guy to deal and speak with on the phone. Prices were not the lowest I had quoted but I was the most happy when I spoke with Cam on the phone which is why I chose ATLR. That being said prices were extremely fair for the experience. The inspection process was amazing, I was sent links with pictures and videos and pricing on what needed immediate attention on my vehicle. Only thing I can say negative was that they broke a part on my Ujoint which pushed the service back a day but it was taken care of very quickly the next morning. They were honest and texted me about it promptly. Also when I got on the highway after I picked up my tacoma I noticed the hood was not latched all the way. Minor issue. Overall great and I would go back again 100%

I have had ATLR replace my timing belt, power steering pump and rack and install new valve cover gaskets on my 99 RX300. They are the only shop I trust under my hood. Genuine parts and care. I will never hesitate to recommend ATLR. Worth every dollar.

I have been a customer of ATLR for years. They have consistently demonstrated integrity, honesty and a fair price for their skilled work. When an issue arises with my vehicle that I cant resolve myself, I do not hesitate to go directly to ATLR as opposed to the dealer or any other shop.
