Great store.Watertower is THE best Schnucks in this area hands down. The shelves are very well stocked compared to Richardson, its the only logical place to go. Employees are readily available to assist.Whereas the employees at Richardson literally run from you if you look as though your going to ask them a question.

Clean, fully stocked, east in and out grocery shopping. Definitely would reccomend and do shop there often.

Was great for awhile. Nowadays seems like foods not as fresh, most frozen stuff is freezer burnt, food I purchase does not to seem to last as long before it spoils/ expires.Im no longer shopping here will go to vogle or butler hill

I love coming here bc there are so many other places to go in that small are that people usually skip going there to go to Walmart. I am usually one of the few people in the store at the hours I go bc I dont like crowded areas. They used to be a Shop n Save so its not like a new schnucks at all its set up like the old Shop n Saves were but have most of the same stuff you need. No florist in store.

Every time I have gone to this Schnucks Ive ended up buying EXPIRED items. First it started with milk. Ive bought several lactaid free milk and when I got home it was already expired. When I went to go back, I check the whole shelf amd ALL of them were expired. Last Saturday I went to the deli and got lunch meat, but guess what it was expired when they sold it to me! This is absolutely ridiculous! This schnucks needs to either get it together or hire people that will actually work. Check the dates on everything if you shop here! Even if you buy from the deli!

Great store! Much more organized & better stocked than the Schnucks on Vogel or Butler Hill.

Used to shop here a lot when it was a Shop N Save. It still really feels like it.The selection was ok. I could not find what I was looking for.The bathroom was clean.Had zero interaction with the staff.There was a massive storm while visiting and the power went out twice. Surprisingly, there was not a lot of light to see where the exit was. The muzak kept playing. The checkout stations never went out.

The store was a shop n save and has been converted into a Schnucks. It is much cleaner than it used to be and fully stocked. It is nice to go here and not have to battle the crowd that is usually at the Vogel Schnucks store.

I just had the rudest cashier Ive ever experienced at any store this afternoon. Extremely poor mannered. I dont leave negative reviews but I feel this deserves it. The conveyor belt was empty, the light was on, so I proceeded to put my items on the conveyor belt and was screamed at to wait and take my stuff back off. He could have politely said something or asked instead of yelling. I understand theres coronavirus precautions but this was a display of poor customer service skills. I used to work as a cashier years ago and would have never, ever talked to someone in this tone or manner. Thanks for treating your customers this way, I wont be back.Ive also noticed a lot of out of date food left on the shelves at this location.

Its better than Shop n Save was in the same location but still not up to Schnucks standards. A remodel like they did at Gravois Bluffs would be great. Larger wine and liquor selection than their other Arnold store.

Great location. Well-stocked store with great variety of items. The lighting was exceptional. Every & anything youll need. The extra wide aisles were a nice touch. The self-checkout was fast & convenient.

Store was clean, shelves were stocked,though I wish they carried some of the items that Dierbergs does. My weekly shopping cost was about the same as Dierbergs. But....while they did have 4 check-outs open with no wait, there were no baggers there. Dont know if this is the norm, but I took to bagging just so I could get out of there.

The employees here are not the friendliest. When they changed from Shop N Save to Schnucks their policies should have been explained to their new employees. As a loyal Schnucks customer, I guess I know their policies and sales better then them.

We just purchased a store packaged 8 pic fried chicken in a plastic container. The chicken is unfit to eat like it has been sitting around a long time. This type of service is uncalled for! How hard is it to make sure the chicken is fit for consumption before offering it for sale to your customers? I would not even give this chicken to my dogs, they walked away and they both love chicken! I suggest you address this issue if you want to keep your customers happy...

Weve been shopping here before Schnucks bought the store and we are very happy they kept the store open, it is a well stocked and clean store. The staff are always friendly and ready to help with any request.

Have had a few different workers be snotty at different times. Not a huge selection and unless something is on sale,theyre pretty expensive.

Horrible. Unfriendly towards INSTACRAT SHOPPERS. They are rude and make various stares while shopping. Lady forgot to scan 3 items ( Dr Pepper, Diet Coke and Water) Huge items into our profit. The cashier Looked at us and didn’t say anything. We returned back to maybe see what was wrong and she was scanning someone else’s items and wasn’t making eye contact with me. On our way while shopping we met another Instacart shopper, who gladly helped us. She told us that this schnucks hates instacart employees, and are very difficult to get a hold of. That is true. Such a unprofessional environent, and I had a horrible shopping experience. Not to mention that their rules change day after day, without telling their shoppers.

I give it 3 stars because they are still settling in and learning the demands of what products are needed. I would like to see it get renovated so it feels more like schnucks than shop n save and have the butcher shop area and better deli, salad bar sea food and bakery!

Need to take Thomas off the register and put him on cart duty so he get off his fat a** and doesn’t interact with customers. He has a lousy attitude and zero personality.. He could have nobody in his line and I would rather wait in somebody else’s line. Everyone else at this store is very nice, pleasant and helpful..

The young man in the deli was especially pleasant and helpful but there were smiles throughout the store

Always good grocery trip. Convenient, have what I need, great sales, never too busy to have shopping feeling as a chore. They double as my pharmacy...my one-stop-shop - just add gas pumps and Id think it would be everything. Haha.

Went here to get my prescriptions filled. Said they were changing over to a new policy where they werent going to fill scripts but every 29 days. Which can be a major inconvenience for me considering I live in the city and get my prescriptions filled in Arnold .. So, I wont be going back there. These store managers trying to play God with other peoples lives is just ignorant to me. I can go to ANY pharmacy I want to, so, they just lost my business. Im sure it wont hurt them, but Im tired of them treating us like were criminals. Those are medications given to us by our doctors.It all works out just fine, I can go to a pharmacy closer to my house this way. I stayed out there, originally because I lived out there, then when I moved, I stayed because I liked the ladies that worked there, but after almost 8 or 9 years he wants to pull this 29 day stunt, Ill take my business else where, closer to home, where I wont have to drive 23 miles to get my medication.The ladies that work in the pharmacy are AWESOME. I will miss them . They went out of their way on many occasions to help me out with my insurance company. They were always friendly, especially Erin. They are super friendly people there in the pharmacy and their boss, I cant say much for him 😠. Dont know him, never met him, but DO NOT agree with his 29 day rule. Just makes it harder for us people who are trying to get our medication. & I am by NO MEANS a drug addict. Hes just making it rougher on us to get our medication which I think is IGNORANT on his part. Shame on you Mr manager of schnucks pharmacy. You just lost a long time customer. 😝

Fair amount of fresh options. Used to be able to actually save money there, buy Id rather pay someone to pack my bags.

I visited for the first time today since this shop n save converted to schnucks. I was disappointed. It is still pretty much shop n save (which i was not a huge fan of). It’s set up the same way. Look nothing like a schnucks. Searched all over for juice boxes which youd think would be in the juice aisle like any other schnucks but they were way on the complete opposite side of the store by applesauce. I’ll keep going to Butler Hill even though its further away.

Pharmacy clueless. Employees are always chatting over ur head as u walk by, even had a disabled cashier get annoyed with me cuz I had to re-swipe my card. Umm...im sorry ur having a hard time standing, but no reason to show ur annoyance is all. I was patient with you as u were a bit slower. Prices have increased, and, honestly, if Im gonna pay the same price at a store that bags my stuff, Ill go there. Theres not much savings going in at Shopnsave like when they first opened.

The female pharmacist is rude and unprofessional at best. Should leave her attitude at home. Never having my prescription filled there again or shopping at shop and save again.
