Ladies in deli were very nice, I asked for pizza cheese they no longer carried, they helped me out with a very similar cheese and cut me .48 lbs. off the block. I dont remember their names but the date was Nov. 3rd, 2021. I do remember the lady that helped me was being trained. Thank you wonderful ladies, the pizza I bought from Walmart was awesome with the additional cheese!!@!!!!

This place is a disaster! They are always remodeling and when they do you can never find anything. Even if you ask an associate for help they are mostly clueless if they dont ignore you. This (as most other) Walmart store seems to be more focused on curbside orders versus using those personal shoppers to stock shelves. I get that you have to serve all customers, but a good manager would block out an hour or two of pickup times to stock shelves and cater to customers who are physically in the store. Check your shelves and if something is out, go back and get the stock to replace it. Not to mention that the order fillers are completely oblivious to in-store customers by blocking aisles, jumping in front of them to collect product, etc. I hate Walmart based on principal but decided to appease my wife and patronize the store. If I have my say so I will never go back! Lets Walmart!!

Walmart is usually a place that has everything and in the sàme spot. I can always find what I need. But not the last few times. Everything is being rearranged while we are trying to shop. Workers dont even know where anything is

The store hours are 6am-11pm. I arrived at 10:45, yes I understand that is close to closing however I ran out of a product just before that I needed that night. Others were walking in as well and we were met with an employee locking the doors right in front of us and were told that “ A manager said to now close the doors at a quarter to 11.” I also understand not wanting people inside forever shopping but when people only need one thing and your hours state till 11pm then don’t close and lock the doors at 10:45. Or if you are going to do that then change your hours, it’s not that hard. I know Walmart doesn’t care about customers because they are so large of a corporation that they don’t have to care. But I mean seriously come on. Can’t even stay open as late as your hours say? That’s sad.

Good luck getting anything from electrics, no one seems to know what’s going on or who has the keys.

It went to hell in a hand basket when they decided to switch to self service registers. Prices have increased and you now get to check yourself out at the register. Lol. Best part, even though they have cameras watching your every move at the register. They have crabby door attendants insisting to check receipts prior to leaving the store, almost like harassment. If Im going to spend $$$ in your store on a weekly basis, please dont harass me as I leave. Otherwise Ill be taking my business to Target.

This is a great store. The staff are professional and friendly. The parking lot is always clean. You do not have to wear a mask, although it is recommended, and many people still wear their mask. So, if you feel you should, then do so, there will be many others doing the same.

The moment you even enter the parking lot you can already tell youre in the land of the Great unwashed and your temper and patience is tested right away as a one hundred year old man cuts you off in the parking lot and throngs of people walk right down the middle of the lanes so that no one can drive past. But hey, got some cheap stuff so three stars

I waited an hour and a half for my grocery pick up and they never came. I had to call and cancel while sitting in a parking spot. The guy who answered was rude. I sat and watched as every car that got there after me, got their groceries.My order was also suppose to be ready between 4-5pm and it wasn’t ready until 6:30.

Store is a total disaster right now they are turning parts of it into an Urgent care this is going to be great...Not.

A lot of things are picked over in store,but prices are good. You can get things here that are 2 dollars an item less than Schnucks and their high prices. 2dollars per item adds up when you are buying a lot of food.

The store was disorganized and they do not have enough employees to be helpful. If it wasn’t for the Walmart app helping me find items and figure out their stock it would be frustrating. Definitely recommend getting the app for price checks, location of items, and availability.

Never have any issues here staff are usually really helpful and nice! Wish they would go back to the really sweet older gal they had at the door greeting everyone before Covid hit. She was so chipper and refreshing!

Dons like the smaller and fewer check out lanes. The rearranged products are very confusing. Also many items are out stock. I will be shopping elsewhere. Not a happy camper. 😕

Where do I begin? The manager, Billy spends most of his time taking selfies for Facebook- meanwhile, they are never stocked... And really havent been since hes taken the manager role. Reason being would be thanks to Kirsten- the (former I think; probably days now) manager who is belittling to overnight staff and they cant retain adequate staff. Then you have Linda... In HR who is completely worthless. Ive witnessed employees ask for help and she simply doesnt want to work...I may sound like a disgruntled employee... But I have never worked for Walmart... This location is so bad that I literally know who is who.

Its a Walmart. That pretty much tells you what to expect. They are rearranging this store right now and for that I would like to give them 1 star. I hate when they do this and you cant find anything. Then you finally get the new layout down and they move stuff again. I want to get in and out of this place and the rearranging doesnt help with that.

My local Walmart. Kind of empty. Sometimes great finds. Nothing to sing about. Although there saving grace to me was allowing people to shop freely during the pandemic with little to no restriction. So I will continue to support.

Went to but shrubs, the one I bought had been knocked over and the dirt fell out. So I asked (bc they have their throw away carts) could I get some of that dirt to add to my plant. They said no bc I could buy dirt. Im am truly finding myself not needing Walmart for anything these days.

Nothing is ever stocked the employees doing the shopping for instacart are rude and try running you over. Arnold is re doing there store and putting in more self checkouts. I counted 10 lanes that will have actual cashiers and only 4 were open

Womens clothing department was a disaster. It is difficult to find anything, horribly merchandised. Grocery aisles are clogged with workers filling on line orders. The new checkouts are awful. You cant even fit a cart full of groceries on the short little belts. I had to put my grocery bags on the floor before I could get my cart empty enough to put my bagged groceries in it. Didnt think shopping here could suck any worse, proved me wrong.

This is a clean store and the staff does a good job at keeping a well-stocked and helping me find things. Ive been here dozens of times and have always had a good experience.

Walmart pickup is the worst… never / never at the time we scheduled…. So disappointing. Sitting here at this point for over 30 mins… that’s fine I will play this game from now on… just make sure you make the pickup time at least 1 1/2 hr before you intend to pick it up so it will be ready!

What is up with the private security force here, going around mean mugging everybody in their big black SUV!? Has the defunding of police worked, so that Walmart has to hire a private security force

Probably the best Walmart in the area. Busy, but the associates are helpful and reasonably friendly. Have also done delivery and pickup from this location without any issues.

Drive Thursday wS a little slow, .. ... but Man.. those Nonchalant fries Is there at this location, excellent they were hot It fried to perfects.. Trying to get out make a left onto Jeffco,,, s. Bound that sucked. Wasnt that fun.

This Walmart is really nice. The layout of the store is really odd. I dont think Ive ever visited a Walmart with a layout like this one had. Its unique to say the least. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the store and the items within. People were really friendly and courteous as well. Way to go Walmart!

The Walmart in Arnold MO is constucting from the outside for the pharmacy so people seemed real upset but I thought the temporary pharmacy in the middle was set up just like it had been just in a different location of the store.

Its Walmart what more can I say. I stop there about once a week before I head out for the week and do my weekly resupply there. I generally find everything I need. Everyone Ive had contact with there have always been nice and friendly.

South county location eye doctor office was closed. Apparently management knew but didnt have courtesy to post notice. They couldnt find employees for this department.Had to run to Arnold store eye doctor and Arnold was ten stars helpful and courteous

This store never keeps most items in-stock. Sometimes shelves empty for weeks or months before getting it back in-stock( especially fishing and hunting section)(live worms seem to be stocked once a week, but the day after they stock it, it will be empty for atleast 5-10days). Lacks employees in each department so youll have to call customer service to get and employee in department you need.

Wish they wouldnt block all the ways with pallets.. to get to the other side. You have to go way down one way, or the other, to get to the middle. Other than that, its always nice to have a place to stop... Cant wait for them to be open later. Midnight would be nice, if 24 hours is not going to work anymore. Thanks

They want you to check your self out and bag your own groceries. Not happening. Im 73 years old and it is hard enough to shop and load all the groceries in my car, and carry in the house then put them away. Plus put someone out of work.

Started driving 15 miles out of my way to go to this Walmart. (I live about a mile from the Telegraph Walmart in south county and it only keeps getting worse.) This Walmart is clean, well organized, and has employees that seem to care.

Drove about 15 miles for jeans for my husband and was able to find them. Much better stocked than the one 5 minutes from me.

As I was walking out I bought a hunting bag and when I paid I just put it on my back and as I was walking out the lady asked if I bought it. As if I was to say nope. You caught me lol.

Awful experience. Come here almost weekly, staff is unmotivated and drags along. Waited around 30 minutes for someone to unlock a cabinet for me and ended up leaving because nobody came. Laughable customer service.

So I went to the Arnold Walmart, thinking that since its a newer store, that the store shelves would be stocked. Since the Gravois Bluffs and Telegraph stores are notorious for not having stock, regardless of the day or time you go there. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT 😞 If I didnt know better, Id swear that a big winter storm is on the way !!! I lost count of the items/shelves that were empty. Ive said it before, Walmart, why the hell does you point of sale system NOT WORK!!! I only go to Walmart because I can do one stop shopping but geez, just not happening 😒 and their Walmart + is a joke too.!! Guess its time to switch to Schnucks. Id rather pay a few more dollars and be able to find what I need.

I really like this Walmart location. However, I feel that their pick-up service left something to be desired. When I checked in upon arrival I gave the number of my pick-up spot number. When I checked the info on my app my spot number was wrong. Then I watched multiple cars with larger orders come and go as I waited, 25-30 min, for my fairly small order. Other than that. I prefer this location.
