I was in the area for quick couple of items. This store is ok but not my first choice for family food shopping. Lots of choices, prices not as sharp as other places and check out staff could be a little more customer service friendly!! Although this location is well stocked, organized and clean!

Tried walking in the store at 9:45 to get ONE item and was stopped at the door by I believe her tag said Heidi- Manager/ Lead cashier. She said We close in 5 minutes, sorry. I told her it was 9:45pm and the sign 2 feet away states closes at 10pm. well its 9:55, we are CLOSED she said loudly. I held up my phone and it clearly still said 9:45pm. She stood in front of the door, yelling at the cart collector. I have never been treated that rudely by a store executive. I get that everyone everywhere is short handed, but if your job makes you that miserable that you have to treat customers that way I would suggest changing careers. I am a nurse so you dont have to tell me about being shorthanded or overworked! I will never go back to the Arnold Dierbergs and will suggest other family members do the same.

The staff here is so friendly. And the managers are present and attentive. Ive never seen a manager just standing around. These guys WORK and they WORK HARD.

Nice atmosphere. Clean. Will find a lot of stuff you wont find at other grocers. Excellent market area with all kinds of fresh food.

I love the $5 sushi tuesdays. I feel a connection with the sushi guy even though we only say hello once a week.

We like going here for the pre-made meals and the sushi. Shopping here is quite the experience as we always encounter rude people. The employees are nice and very helpful so it makes it well worth it in the end.

I love how many different brands and products are available. Best gluten free section of any store I know of.

Have a great deal of good sales and lots of items to choose from. Only thing is, is that fresh meat and sea food is expensive. But next time I am in St. Louis I will stop in to see what sales they have and get some things. Also, employees are super friendly and very helpful. This was the first time we have ever shopped at Deirbergs and thats because we was given a gift card to shop there

I was so disappointed! Ted, the manager was very loud and rude to me twice! Once at 9:40, to tell me they close in 20 min. Then at 9:52, he came up to me waved his arms and yelled, hey, were closed, time to go! Wow!?! I’ve never had that happen in a store before. I guess he doesn’t want my business! Too bad, I’m a mother with many children, and a LARGE grocery bill…and I won’t be back !

An awesome variety of food, very nice atmosphere. I am in love with their deli section. From sushi 🍣to meatloaf to pasta salad to antipasto to BBQ, they have it all. Fresh seafood, a wonderful variety of meats. So many treats, comparable prices that are hard to beat.

First time in this store, very nice with loads of options, with friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely visit again. Would love to see stores in NC.

This is a nice store with a good selection of organic, natural and gluten free products. Though they are proud of their products. If they could get better buying power to lower their prices, they could really knock out their competitors.

I love this place! They have everything. And they have a wonderful bakery and cake assortment.

I like Dierbergs. I dont get to get there very often. But they do have good fruit and vegetables and their meat is better than other places. The only thing is some of there prices are really high.

Great hot food in the deli and the guy at checkout was very friendly and helpful. You can get fresh food and fresh sushi rolls here.

Love this store, always clean and well organized, however a very large percentage of the customers are retired and not too healthy. I myself had a low blood sugar event and had to walk all the way to the front of the store to sit down. Please put benches or chairs at the back of the store as well. Thank you.

Its really congested when you first walk in. Not sure on where to go as there is usually a pathway. You just want to get your cart and get Out of the way so you go anywhere.

One of the best and friendliest Dierbergs that I know. All the staff are wonderful and lend a helping hand when needed. They have a wide and fantastic selection of produce and deli items. This is my go to place for grocery shopping.

Stopped in with my family for Sushi at the sushi bar and had an excellent experience as always. The sushi chef is always friendly and helpful and happy to make any sushi you want. Great alternative to a sushi restaurant anytime!! Happy with the sushi time and time again and will continue to keep going back!

Beautiful store but I found the layout to be a bit confusing. It didnt seem to follow how most grocery stores group foods together and didnt make much sense. However, I found exactly what I needed and I would give an extra star just for having Mochi! The customer service representatives were friendly and the store was clean. Ill be back for my occasional mochi fix in the least.

Me just moving here and never being in a dierbergs prior to today I found it was surprisingly easy to quickly clear my shopping list with ease. The store is laid out really well and I found everything I needed and a lot I probably didnt. They have lots more selection than my go to grocery store back home in TN, prices are a little higher than what I liked to pay but once Im more familiar with the store sales, coupon bpolicies and maybe rewards program Im sure I can knock that down to a price Im good with.

I love Dierbergs. The only complaint I have is the groceries are expensive.

I love this grocery store and even more I love the pharmacy staff. They always remember my husband and I and take great care of us, we drive 20 minutes out of our way to shop here. This store has been the most responsible of any I’ve experience during the pandemic to take care of its staff and customers in every way possible.

Flowers were top notch and the florist helped me with a smile on her face!

Dierbergs-Arnold location is taking serious measures keeping their store within the Covid19 guidelines for employee & customer safety. The store aisles are marked & signage reminding shoppers of the social distance guidelines.However, I did have a concern at the store entrance regarding the shopping cart area, in that a couple more sanitizing wipes stations could have been set up. There is only one available.It was unknown if the carts had been previously sanitized prior as there was not any sign or store employee letting us know.You had to select your cart first before you even saw the small wipe area & customers were standing there in very close proximity waiting their turn to pull wipes from the dispenser along with customers shopping in the farmers homegrown fresh vegetable area.Next visit, along with my mask, I will remember to bring my own sanitizing wipes.Loving my Dierbergs!

This store is well stocked and jam packed! So many brands, some rather vintage if you will. It feels like a place my grandmother would enjoy shopping at. We like the meat and produce selection, as well as the massive booze aisle.

Huge selection a lot like Whole Paycheck I mean whole foods. Quality is what you pay for. They had Clearly Canadian there a d their breads are top notch.
