I shopped around when looking for my brand new BMW R9T and this dealer was the only one that had the bike I was looking for in stock. The sales staff (Bob and Brian) were very accommodating over the phone and the same way in person when I arrived to purchase the bike. They provided me with a great price and delivered the bike to my house in an enclosed trailer shortly thereafter. The sales team (including Jon the sales manager) did everything they could to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Traveling through Massachusetts figured I would stop for a front tire and oil change. However the worker at the parts counter was so ignorant and rude. I left and will give someone else my business that wont talk down to me.
