They made buying my dream bike, one of the most pleasant experiences ever. I live in Baltimore MD and seen a Yamaha Raider on the website. I left a message via the website and got a call immediately! They got my financing and worked with a title company in Baltimore to get everything done. When I had a company pickup my bike they went above and beyond to make sure that the transaction went smoothly. They sent me pictures of my bike on the truck & the drivers information. I notified them when I received my bike and we exchanged pleasantries. On the 1st nice weekend I received a text asking how I liked the bike. Now that is personal customer service! I would recommend them to anyone!

I needed a tire change and unfortunately the shops i usually use close at 5pm and this place closes at 7pm so I said why not give them a try.I had a previous issue with the parts department a few years ago when they gave me the wrong part. Happens we all make mistakes no hard feelings,this time the issue is just simply price gouging and ethics.I took my wheels and new tires to the shop for mounting.I was told go to the service department with my items for assistance. I was than told they would mount my new tires and remove the old tires but it takes 45mins.this seemed odd to me ive owned many motorcycles over 10years and never had to wait that long. especially with the rims and tires off the bike already its literally just a tire change takes 10mins a tire.So i leave come back 45mins later and than im told the price is $108.So im shocked and confused at this point.Im thinking its incorrect and theyre charging me as if they had to take the wheels off the bike and install them after the tire change.I was charged 1 hour labor estimate 96.00 before taxes among other chargers.this is just ridiculous,most shops do the same job for $15-25 dollars.I would definitely not recommend this shop,its many other shops around with better ethics and business practices.

Stop looking and just buy! The staff here is all around amazing, very courteous and polite and willing to help with any information they can provide! You will not be disappointed In your but I promise! Thank you Robert for getting my husband exactly what he was wanting.

It all started with a phone call looking for a Yamaha dealer in the DFW area I felt I could trust, and I was not disappointed. I were greeted as soon as I entered and was immediately directed to where I wanted to go after telling the person what I was looking for. My transaction experience was positive, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Absolutely wonderful guy that went way beyond to not only make sure the bike was ok and in great shape, but, to make sure l knew all about the bike and required service. Most importantly showed me how to load and unload the bike, plus then worked with me to load it by myself 👍👍👍👍👍 Although Arlington Motorsports is not at all close or convenient to me, l will load up the bike to make sure l service & buy the accessories from Robert and his dealership 🙏

I was prepared to give Arlington Motorsports 5 Stars however, their service department got me when I mentioned I dont ride often. I purchased a tire from them and then they charged me $122 to put the tire on. I called a couple of other places while they installed the tire...and found a couple of other shops only charging $60. I brought this to their attention however it feel on deaf ears and then the excuses. I totally assume all the blame for this lesson learned.Nice team however, my advice would be to defiantly call a couple of other shops before swiping that card.

My boyfriend bought his bike from here and they had great service everytime we came in to make a payment. They are a great place if you wanna buy a 2nd or your first bike. We will definitely return if we ever get another bike.

Called to schedule an appointment for battery service but wanted to know if my battery was in stock before I scheduled. Service center placed me on hold and after 15 minutes I hung up. In person they may be OK but their phone service needs a little work.

The entire staff at Arlington Motorsports were super helpful in my first time scooter purchase of a Kymco Super 8 50cc vehicle in August of 2019. My Wife and I share one car, and I have been bicycling to work for 8 years. We decided to buy a scooter to make my commute easier. The owner, sales manager and repair technician all were extremely helpful, patient and informative in discussing options and getting me set up with the right scooter for my needs. They helped me purchase accessories (cover, helmet, jacket) and took time to orient me to how to use/upkeep the scooter before I rode off. This last orientation was very nice, since I had never ridden a scooter/motorcycle before. They have also been very nice in my first maintenance visit (300 mile OLF). Highest recommendations.

Never had experience buying a bike out of state but it was rough.. wired 5k and didn’t hear from for 2 days at least. They didn’t understand paper work and having e-signatures and were going to have to mail it back and forth, luckily they figured it out. The sales rep wouldn’t even include the better tires for the bike ($50 more, yes only $50) on a 10k purchase paid in full. The title was also incorrect and my dmv wouldn’t accept it because the last 1 to 2 people didn’t sign it, the dealership did... luckily I was able to do it myself bc mailing it back to them to do it right would be a hassle. Although I won’t be buying another bike from them since I’m out of state most likely, I advise you do not either.

Picked up my 2014 ZX14 on 6/6/2020. (DREAM BIKE GOAL ACHIEVED!!) My Experience with Arlington Motorsports was nothing short of AMAZING! Robert (Sales manager) is a very cool guy, easy to talk to and was very helpful. My saleswoman though was Victoria. And WOW pretty much sums her up. She does it all! Talked with her from start to finish. She took care of my questions, Got me answers and did all my financing. If she didnt know the answer she sure found out real quick and got back with me promptly. I stopped in searching for a part for a 1988 model. I expected to be brushed aside. The parts manager spent a more than reasonable amount of time on my problem looking for possibilities, and was even able to show me exactly why I probably didnt even need the part. Great service. The sales staff could not have been any nicer as well. It was an enjoyable visit.

Talk about taking 3 weeks to get one part. Poor attitude and help with their parts department. I was better off with eBay or somewhere else. I wouldn’t be using them ever again or recommend anyone else to them..

Complete waste of time. Had no problems before purchasing. Bought my first bike from there. Had 3,960 cash to buy a 3499 item. But they told me I couldn’t because credit history was derogatory which is a lie. What a joke to a cash buyer whose trying to buy out the bike. I’ll take my cash and business elsewhere from now on and wouldn’t have gave them my business the first time.

I trusted their service department with ordering and placing parts on my Polaris 4x4 and when I went to pick it up the new sound bar was defective. I paid them anyway as they said they’d replace it. Then I had to call them and finally I get a call from them asking me to take the sound bar off and send for warranty work to the manufacturer. What a joke. I spent close to $1000 for a defective sound bar ( it never fully functioned) and then they have the nerve to ask me to send it in. I should not have paid for a defective part but I trusted them. When I said they should refund my money or replace the sound bar they said they’d handle it and now radio silence. All I wanted was a working sound bar and now I paid for a defective sound bar. I decided to write this as people should know; don’t trust them to keep their word. The money is now irrelevant it’s now principal with me. I trusted them. Don’t make the same mistake that I made. Their are plenty of choices. This is my first of several about this shop as I will update with info from my cc company and if necessary (and this is crazy to have to do this) my attorney. Repair shops should be honest and not deceive. For those of you having issues like this check our Texas DTPA. Don’t get taken advantage of write a review and look into other alternatives. NEW: Now if you read their response they expect me to disassemble the sound bar, send it to them for a refund. I was charged $120 for them to install it so I am supposed to understand what to do with the wiring harness, etc. Will my vehicle be dead next time I go to use it if I disassemble? This company is delusional on their expectations. Glad their offering a refund to have me do the labor to remove the defective parts they installed. Beware of this company. I’ve called and emailed them before this review and only got their attention because I complained with a negative review. This company is terrible. Look around before buying from them.Here is an email response I got from these guys. They are expecting me without experience to disconnect a wiring harness that I paid them $195.00 to professionally install. Beware of this business.Response via email:Mr. Burke,First, While I understand your concerns about your battery going dead, it will not do so by disconnecting the sound bar and the associated wiring harness.Second, You requested a check for your refund. Company policy dictates that the refund must be given in the form in which you purchased the items. A box with a prepaid return shipping label inside will be shipped out Tuesday (6/23/2020). We will also attach that same label to this e-mail. Upon receipt of the sound bar and the associated wiring harness, both undamaged, we will issue a refund in the amount of $520.99 for the parts and $195.00 for the labor, for a total amount of $715.99 to the mastercard that was used for the purchase.We want to resolve this as much as you do and as soon as possible. However, we must have the parts returned to us by July 10th, 2020 in order to issue the agreed upon refund.

After a hard time trying to buy a used ATV, i finally went to the dealership. After it was hard to find the right one but i felt after reading enough reviews and looking over their inventory Arlington Motorsports was the right way to go, others places had alot of off brands or brands that i felt like we are not going to be what i needed, especially since i have asked other ATV owners what brands they recommend and polaris was one of them. Overall it was a good experience, Robert took care of us throughout the whole process, Rosa i believe helped us understand all the paperwork. While visiting the area, my bike broke down and I had it towed here mostly based on distance. Turns out it was a great decision - the service staff made getting me on the road again a priority. They quickly got the parts ordered and installed the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful, explaining everything and chatting as they worked. If I wasnt 1,000 miles away, it would be my regular shop.

I dealt with Dustin in Sales and Theron in the parts department. I received great service on two ends of the spectrum this week. The first great experience was over the phone with Dustin who answered every question I shot his direction without going back and forth with me. The second experience was in person where only the topics I inquired about were the focus of my sales transaction and nothing more. This is key to me when Im making a major purchase. Feeling like there is no pressure when you walk in is always a great experience in my opinion. I dealt with Theron in parts next and the experience was seamless. If you need something Yamaha this is the only place I would go. I regret not buying my bike here, but being new to Texas I was unaware of this place.When I told them about my poor customer service experience at the Irving Yamaha, these guys went out of there way to help me. They discounted my gear and matched prices for my first oil change.Mainly, I trust them with my bike. I cant think of anything more important.

My bike was slightly hit in the rear, took it to Arlington Motorsports to have it repaired. The manager that works in the service dept. told me that my bike was totaled, wanted to get a second oppinion and went to pickup my bike, which hasnt been at this shop for more than 12 hours no one has even touched the bike and it cost me $120.00 to get it out of there shop. Took the bike to a shop not to far away, a couple of days later they called me and told me that the bike was nowhere near totaled, that the bike was great bike. Arlington Motorsports stop lien to your customers and get a new service manager.

Originally took my motorcycle tire in to have it replaced with a new one I had bought, but after looking at my tire and identifying that it was probably my rim causing the problem, the mechanic (sorry, I dont remember your name!) offered to take it into the garage and see what he could do.During this time they also offered to send me to a location that excelled in fixing tire rims, somewhere they used often whenever they couldnt fix the problem. I thought this was pretty honest, they really just wanted to see my problem solved.But, lo and behold, the mechanic comes back after banging on the tire and returns it to me aired up, epoxy sealed, and tested - ready to go. I asked how much I owed them and he told me it was on the house.So, overall, excellent service on all fronts. I will definitely be coming back here.

Sold my motorcycle to this shop and was given a good price, no beating around the bush, and great customer service. Will be returning in the future!
