Delish. Different from other places where its by weight. Even the plain is good. Great mix of add in options.

The original fro-yo was delicious and I liked the fresh fruits they offered. I would give 5 stars only if the staff were nice. The 2 girls working there were rude. One of them was okay(still rude). But the other girl was extremely rude. She is whispering to the other girl and made us uncomfortable.If you are fine with worse customer service, I would recommend there to get their sweets....I’m sure I’ll never come back here again.I’ll just choose other ice cream store nearby.

My mother loves this place. We usually go and eat at India Grill and come here for dessert on Sunday. My favorite flavor is pomegranate. I literally havent even order any of the others since they added that one.

Horrible. Expensive for the proportions you get. Rude staff. Just moved to N Texas and we love frozen yogurt. Orange Leaf was our place in San Antonio and Menchies was THE PLACE when we lived in CA. Pinkberry is shameful. We will keep looking and cross Pinkberry off the list.

The staff was super nice and sweet. I had the Strawberry Lemonade flavor which is amazing! My son had cookies & cream which he loved. Variety of toppings to choose from.

Ordered a small cup of yogurt with berries and mango, looked down at the cup ( less than half full) and she kept asking if i wanted more toppings, nooo I’d like more yogurt. Didn’t get any extra yogurt so I ended up with 35% ice cream, 65% fruit I didn’t ask for. Plus ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do not waste your money here!! Extremely rude girls working there!

This is bad!!!!!!on 9/30/2021 I drove 20 minutes to this place because I saw you close @10pm and I come to find out the staff locked the doors 15 minutes before closing time!!!! This is bad for your business I will not be buying frozen yogurt never again from this place !!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

Tonight is the 2nd time I came to the store location in the Highlands at 9:45pm the sign said open and the door was locked someone came out from the back saw me and run back to the back. I can see locking 5 minutes early not 15 minutes early.

$30+ for 5 small frozen yogurts with very few topping to choose from. Worst flavored “vanilla “ frozen yogurt I’ve had

I liked the coconut non dairy one with the pomegranate. My toppings were delicious! I got a little bit of strawberries, popping mango pearls, and cheesecake bites! It was perfect! More sanitary than the other shops where the customers serve themselves... honestly some people are more sanitary than others.

Wasnt a huge fan of the limited options but I got the dairy free coconut and my husband got the new Watermelon lime. Both were spectacular 👌

Yogurt land 100 times better! This place is too expensive and you can’t even serve yourself. This cup here is small and only 4 toppings. They swirl the yogurt and when you get to the bottom its hollow.

Very small store but nicely decorated. Cool pebble floor kinds feels like your outside. Yogurt isnt over sweet which is nice. Theres even dairy free coconut milk yogurt.

So I love that they change out their flavors which keeps things interesting. Their flavors are top quality and I really enjoy the assortment of toppings. I also enjoy the option to pour your own water if you need some.My issue is with the employees, I have yet to have a pleasant encounter with them. They seem (especially one girl) like they absolutely hate their job. Customer service isn’t good here. I would’ve otherwise left a 5 star review.

The frozen yogurt is good and the place is pretty clean. However, the female staff isnt all that welcoming. We werent greeted and they never cracked a smile.

We love Pinkberry and the flavor selection, as well and the large variety of toppings. They also have ice cream available as well as smoothies. The staff is great and friendly. The tables could use to be wiped between customers but they stay pretty busy.

Froyo here is great for Arlington standards. The serving sizes are good for those watching their weight.

They have very few flavors and they add very little fruit. The flavors are not good at all so I had to pick the safest one Chocolate. They are not friendly to their customer. I will not return here! I don’t recommend this place at all.

My husband took me here last night because I love frozen yogurt. When we walked in, we were both confused to see that the machines where behind the counter and they put everything together for you like Subway. They saw our confusion and offered samples and walked us through the process. Their customer service was incredible and I was blown away with experience and the product. That place it awesome!

Very very awesome quality ingredients, everything is mindblowing that Ive had. The staff are very upbeat and helpful, go out of their way at every opportunity.The cons are mainly that when its busy, service will be slow-- cant say theyre understaffed as the bar wouldnt accommodate more people, really. Its a very small shop, a little hard to find if you dont already know where it is, and in this section of town depending on what else is going on parking can be nightmarish.I will definitely be coming back regularly. The inconveniences could be tripled and itd still be worth it.

This place is the go to place to cheer me up. Always friendly in service and clean whenever I visit. I completely refuse to go to any other yogurt places since theyre delicious and refreshing.

At Pinknerry in the Arlington Highlands, you have the servers get yogurt for you and some tastier than average flavors. With the wise marketing strategy of staying open an hour later than most nearby competitors (11 PM), Pinkberry can be considered quite clutch. Customer service gave off slightly iffy vibe, but besides that, all good 🍦

This place is pretty good!!! Ive personally never been inside... but Ive tried their frozen yogurt 3 times already and it was pretty yummy!!! Ive tried other places and the yogurt wasnt as good. I personally dont love that its not self serve, and that theres minimum amount of flavors but it was never the less yummy. So good and creamy 👍 but you gotta try the hazelnut, original tart, and please dont get rid of the peacan pie flavor, you all have to try those three flavors, with caramelized pecans and couple m&ms and almonds, trust me youre taste buds will thank you!!! I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes they make my cup so freaking good and other times its so sloppy, depends on who makes it, but you seriously gotta try this place if you want a frozen yummy treat!

Delicious froyo!! Its different from your normal froyo place because its not self serve. There are three sizes and two prices for every size (one price for toppings, one for without). I think the fact that it was not self-serve made it so that the actual froyo itself and the actual toppings were way more because it was not played over. The toppings were covered and it was really clean. The selection of toppings was not as varied as it would be if you went somewhere self served, but I think the freshness of them makes up for that fact. My favorite topping was the cheesecake bites and the carmelized pecans (so yummy!!). Would definitely go again.

I have been to dozens of frozen yogurt shops. This is one of the few that dont let you get your own froyo. I dont like it because I like to sometimes get 2 flavors. Also, when you ask for toppings they only give you a tiny bit and they give you a nasty look if you ask for more. Also, its ridiculously overpriced. And they have less flavors and less toppings to choose from than any other place Ive patronized.

The yogurt is great, service is not very friendly and they play inappropriate music with expletive language which is not great when my kids are with me (rap with the f word over and over). Perhaps the management could change this and I would give a higher rating.
