This used to be the best place around especially for there steak and cheese subs....After these new owners took over I can not even describe how horrible it is especially the rude girl who works the front counter. We will never step foot in this place again, after reading these other and hearing from other town residents it’s apparent I’m not the only one who’s had similar experiences!!! If you want delicious food and friendly service check out “VENICE ITALIAN KITCHEN” (formally Sabatinos on Mass Ave) you will not be disappointed!!!!! This is the new place to go, and judging how busy they are all the time “Venice” will be here for a very long time!!!!

Shocked by all of the terrible reviews. The ladies there are extremely nice. I have never had a bad sub there. You have to deal with your usual rude people on the cell phone while they pay so it can take some time, but if you can withstand the braindead customer base, it is so worth it!

Customer service and communication is lacking here! The girl with the long dark hair can’t be bothered helping people and is rude! This used to be my go to place but has went way down hill

I come all the way from Belmont to grab lunch from this place, mainly because I’ve always heard great things but yesterday I had ordered a steak tip sub with cheese and grilled mushrooms peppers and onions, got the sub and went back to work, once I opened the sub the veggies tasted cold! As if they were never even grilled and the steak tip wasn’t cooked all the way. I’ve noticed it is always the same homeless looking man on the grill who always ruins my subs. I once had come in and ordered two steak cheeses and took him at least 10 minutes! People who were ordering after me were getting their subs before me! I was infuriated. Half of my break was spent there just waiting! I now refuse to ever order from Boyles if that man is working on the grill. Not worth my time or money.

Ordered delivery and everything was great! Chicken salad sandwich and roasted turkey wrap were a hit. I would just say that more vegetarian options be added to the menu. I liked my cold veggie sub, but I’d love more veggie options.

I’ve had two things here - cheesesteaks and breakfast sandwiches. Both excellent.

I am the old owner.I started the store in 1979 and sold it in 2000 I hope they are living up to our name because I stressed that they keep all the same recipes and don’t change a thing because it was working. I miss all my old customers but was just burned out,so it kills me when I see bad reviews and can’t do anything to rectify them. Thanks again to all my old clientele I miss everyone, Ronnie

Have never tried the food but some of the women there have no manners. No how are you, don’t answer the how are you, don’t say you’re welcome when someone says thanks. Have me an attitude and asked me to hurry up because they were closed. the open light was shining bright and it was well before the time it said it closes. It’s just sad because the food seems to be a hit but I’m over the rudeness. treat customers as if THEY ARE PAYING YOU because we are. No business no paycheck.

Received our order, and it was missing 3 items, including the dressing on a salad. Called the store, and was met with what I can only describe as carefree dismissal.

They got some German stuff thats hard to get elsewhere. Nice!

HORRIBLE PHONE ETIQUETTE!!!!All I wanted was to order dinner and dessert for delivery and the woman was extremely rude, after about ten minutes of her trying to understand what I wanted she told me I needed to add 5.00 more!!! What idiots are you serious, they lost 15.00 due to having a limit on delivery!!!! Haha thats what you get or dealing with foreigners!!!!
