Customer service was great, its a really nice atmosphere. For some reason though, the coffee had a distinct hot dog water flavor. Im not sure if it was just the coffee that day, but that smoky-savory sausage flavor was really off-putting. They have delicious gluten-free pastries, definitely preferred that over the coffee.Edit: not sure how to post a reply but the drinks were both espresso-based with two different milks. Ive had some different varieties of coffee beans but nothing quite like that 😳
My husband I come here with our kiddos; grab coffees and walk across the street to the park to let them run and play. Inclusion always has great drinks and kind staff. The build out is cool too. Definitely worth visiting!
The space is very wide open so you can feel free to work without people eavesdropping or anything like that, they also have private rooms you can rent. I really enjoyed working here. I had a Chai latte which was pretty good. They offer food (tacos) and pastries but didnt try them.
What a great coffee shop for Arlington! Its spacious, clean, and has lots of seating. The cold brew was amazing, one of the best Ive had. Their vegan taco is delicious, Im not vegan and I still loved it! Will be back!
I love this place so much! It is conveniently located to my apartment, the staff is extremely friendly, and the ambiance is aesthetically pleasing! Helen always suggest something delicious when I am indecisive (:
I love this place! I have a lot of food sensitivities and allergies and they were so kind and patient. They literally read all the ingredients on the back of the non dairy milk to see if it had something I couldn’t have. I was amazed and so grateful! The coffee itself was also so good! I didn’t even need to get it sweetened. The atmosphere is great as well! I highly recommend this place 🤗
Great place, clean, love the vendors..great place to get plants, and other items...friendly..
Absolutely love the ambiance, the spacious upscale interior, and most importantly the friendliest staff! Wall outlets are plentiful and wifi is fast! Will definitely be coming back as a repeat customer :)
This place is Awwwesome!!! If you’re looking for a clean, chill, spacious place to study this is the spot. Lots of free parking and tons of outlets. The coffee is strong and tasty.Management/staff are sincere. They truly want you to have a great visit. The Wi-Fi is fast and easily accessible. The food is creative, yummy, & fresh.I found my new go to study spot
Ill be honest... I dont drink coffee. However, I came here with a coworker and we grabbed a couple bacon hand pies for breakfast and they were tremendous. Seriously so good. I would come back here just to get those in the morning. Highly recommended.
Fun & funky lattes. Yummy breakfast tacos (including vegan option). Friendly staff. Chill vibe.Just a note, the breakfast tacos oddly take some time to heat up. They are good and worth trying... but keep in mind you may have to wait a little bit.
Cute shop and nice place to work/study. Very quiet. Clean restrooms. Great lattes/coffees. Staff was okay, but everything else was great!
I.. LOVE THIS PLACE. It is a new small business and its so roomy and refreshing. The tea??? Amazing!! I cant drink coffee so I cant say anything about that.. but they have vegan pastry options. I got a loose leaf pomegranate tea with some black berries.. oh my goodness- its so silky smooth and tastes like candy. I 100% recommend this placeThey use large steep bags so you can get ~3 cups worth of tea for 2.50! As long as you have hot water at home. :)
The best coffee in Arlington, hands down. The baristas were nice and the atmosphere was both lively and chill. This was very close to a 5-star review to me, however, the food could use a little work. I got the chicken and waffle breakfast taco and it was unfortunately full of cold and soggy chicken from being reheated. Flavors were spot on though and I still very much enjoyed the waffle portion. Both me and my wifes coffee were perfect, not too sweet and with potent espresso (that has a nice natural flavor of its own). The syrups are heavenly.Ill definitely be visiting again!
Its a nice and comfortable place with lots of sunlight. Their food and drinks just dont quite meet my expectations.
Awesome atmosphere. Ive been in a few different times now and the baristas are always kind. The coffee is incredible and the quality is better than you could get at any chain and its half the price. I really love to go here to read and write. The downstairs area is lovely for the windows and general ambience you would expect at a coffee shop. The upstairs area feels like a secluded alcove that you could go a little insane in while you discover the next academic breakthrough while sipping on a cappuccino. Definitely recommend.
I came here yesterday because I was in the area. Im a chai tea latte connoisseur and this place makes the best one Ive ever had!!! Friendly service, quiet and an inviting environment. Ill definitely be back!
Customer service isnt the best. A lot of the time the employees are at the register talking amongst each other or their friends and dont notice people waiting at the register. When they do get to you, they dont seem to really care about you or your order besides that they are getting paid to stand behind the barista stand. Not all the employees are like this FYI, but some are and I think the coffee shop would feel more inclusive if they showed more appreciation for their customers. What I do like about this space is that its nice and open/big windows etc.
Really nice place and atmospehere but I didnt like their coffee as much. Otherwise a good hangout spot.
It’s okay. I tried their cappuccino and waffle chicken. Cappuccino tasted like latte; I wouldn’t say neither one was great. Location and atmosphere is good.
Good coffee and better pastries. The atmosphere is what makes this a fun place for me. Very open with natural light and a great place to work.
Lovely place! My brain can focus and relax. Definitely worth the visit for a cup of coffee. Starbucks definitely got some competition.
This is my FAVORITE coffee shop!!! Everyone here is so kind, and I love that the second floor is a little more secluded. It has plenty of seating but the layout feels very roomy which is nice. This is only my second time here and theyve played music from several of my favorite indie artists which was one reason I wanted to come back. I dont even care about wearing earbuds when I study here. Perfect vibes all around.
This was my first visit. A friend of mine took me there today. Very large and spacious coffee shop. Great customer service, with a very tasty menu. I had the homes fun latte, and it was the best latte Ive ever had! Cant wait to go back in the future!
Ive been going here since opening day. Best coffee in town, easily accessible for students in the area without cars, and friendly staff! Absolutely love their rosemary sausage pie and their tea selection. Could improve on their blueberry pie though. Tasted slightly medicinal last time I had it, perhaps due to the sugar syrup on top.
Probably the best chai tea latte Ive ever had, and the sopapilla cheesecake was to die for. Even better than the food is the consistent kindness of the baristas. Sometimes I make excuses to come to Arlington just to stop for Inclusion Coffee on the way. :)
Love this place! Every time I visit the staff is friendly and prompt. Thank you Inclusion Coffee for providing a relaxed atmosphere where the coffee only makes it better!
I have to say, this spot has the heart of a lot of UTA students in the palm of their hand. The range of syrup options, alternative milks, and drink combinations is truly impressive. For example, their recent implementation of Girl Scout cookie lattes. That being said, the coffee itself could be a touch better. I believe they use Avoca beans, and my preferences lie more with Tweed and Ascension. Inclusions pinnacle product for me has to be the food. The fried chicken and waffles bring a nice combination of brown sugar and a kick of heat. Dont even get me started on the breakfast tacos. They smack. Profusely. I see Inclusion Coffee growing past the state of stagnancy that some consumers have felt its been in, and turning into a go to in the currently developing Arlington area.
The coffee was great! I had a pour over that was was amazing. They have plenty of seating available and a variety of seating types to fit every need. They also have a small conference room space which I thought was a genius idea. Also, there is plenty of parking around the area.
Coffee was good. I like that they have unique options. The setting is nice and open. Desk options as well as comfortable couches. My only issue is how loud it is. I opened the door and it was like a wall of noise slapping me in the face. Way too loud. I would recommend to the owners to do two things: First to turn down the music. Most people had headphones in anyways, so it can be turned down for ambience. Second, from an acoustical standpoint, your shop is not designed well. From concrete floors to tin ceilings at parts, sound just bounces over and over. I would recommend places some area rugs to soften the floor as well as investing in acoustical panels for the walls. This will help tame the noise drastically.Outside of that, the shop is great. Friendly people, open environment, mix of tables/couches, and great coffee.
Great coffee shop near UTA and downtown. Prices are good, spacious and finally a place with some college atmosphere downtown. Hope eventually they will stay open later.
A perfect coffee shop for the new downtown scene. Its open, spacious two-story vibe may turn off some, but to the average coffee-drinker, it should be inviting. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful walking me through their options. I settled on a hazelnut flavored latte, and it did not disappoint; it had the perfect amount of flavor without feeling like it was loaded with sugar.
Amazing staff have treated me so well that I have a hard tome going to any other cafe to get my coffee. Would highly recommend for the atmosphere and great vibes.
Customer service is not the best. Distracted team more interested in chatting with friends. I was there on a Sunday. Dulce Latte okay.
This was a random stop for me, but I love it! Thanks for the great hazelnut latte.
Nice open atmosphere, tons of tables. Good for studying and getting work done. The iced tea was good.
Amazing study spot with amazing drinks. They offer a 20% student discount!
The coffee here is the best! The baristas obviously love their jobs, and the service reflects that, always with a smile. The shop also has amazing space where you can cozy up and work or use a conference room.
Great place to study. I was extremely focused in one of the greatest study areas in town. Here is a picture of the notes I sent to my roomate. They show how density altitude effect aircraft performance
LOVED this new coffee shop. I have a few dietary restrictions (caffeine and dairy) and they were so accommodating and made me a delicious drink. The atmosphere is super cool with the wood and chrome and funky artwork. Tasty breakfast pies and friendly people. 10 out of two thumbs way up.
Needed a -lace to do paperwork between clients-what a great spot! Tons of seating options and plugs everywhere. You don’t feel like your listening to everyone’s conversations as it is very open and spread out. Excellent unique coffee and very friendly staff. Definitely worth a stop by !
Polished concrete, exposed pipes, golden pothos. What else do you need? The answer: Bacon Pablano Tacos. If you dont get it with your morning coffee then youve just thrown away your entire day. Dont make that mistake
Second visit. What a dramatic difference! The owner wasnt here, but I wish they were. They were staffed with 3 people. The first greeted us and took our order just fine. The other 2 were another story. Both on their phones texting. One was flirting with a customer who was seated.Neither did the order. When 1 noticed that we were just standing there for several minutes (btw NOT busy for drink orders at that time), he asked if we had an order. We said yes. He started on the order..then stopped to say hi to someone who wasnt even placing an order (person came in and sat down with their laptop). Then he proceeded to get on his phone and talk to someone. Yeah, Im at work right now... ( said to person on phone). He talked to this person while trying to make our coffees! The other guy? Just texting away on his phone. Never looked up.Decided to cancel the order. Not going back unless the owner is there. That was the worst coffee house service I have ever seen.If you ever go, I hope your experience is better.
So I visited on Saturday and my experience was great. Staff was super friendly. Drinks were made quickly and well. Then I went today with a friend and had a completely different experience. It was terrible. The girl on the register was super unfriendly, and while I was paying she just walked off. Then EVERYONE disappeared for about ten minutes. There was no one up front making drinks. When a barista finally reappeared, the order behind us got their drink before us. I had ordered a tea latte- when I received it, the tea bag was sticking partially out from under the lid. It was also barely three quarters of the way full, and the milk they added was all foam. It was also EXTREMELY HOT, much hotter than it had been the previous visit. If Im going to pay five bucks for a tea, Id actually like to enjoy it. Not sure I will be back.
Its a little on the pricey side, but the coffee and tea are quality, and the baristas know what theyre doing. They have a great atmosphere, and plenty of seating.
Coffee was okay but the environment makes up for it. Really large expansive area with urban style. This is great for a first date.
I’m obsessed with this place! My first time here the barista was super patient and helpful when I was trying to decide what to order. The baristas are always nice and when they call your name it’s never in a stressed/angry tone; just neutral/calm. So far I’ve only been ordering the horchatte because I’m scared to try new things, but the horchatte is an excellent mix of flavors! The only complaint I have is I wish there were more sizes for those days where I just need an extra hit. And also parking is limited in the front; more often than not you have to park in the garage but the benefit of garage parking is no sun beaming down on the car.
We finally have a good coffee shop in Arlington. The flavors and options are great, the foods served are quite wonderful, and the customer service so far has been excellent. They offer many ways to purchase and receive your order, which has been great in light of recent events. The only real issue Ive had is a slight inconsistency in sweetness depending on whos working, but thats not a big deal and really exemplifies the handcrafted character of this place. Go order a homespun latte and a sausage pie, or get a kombucha on tap and a breakfast burrito (if they arent already sold out). You wont be disappointed.
Brand new shop, open for only 3 months so Ill give them some credit for putting together a nice industrial space. I thought it was funny that their plants still have price tags on them but the space is very wide open which is great for social distancing. It also has a second floor and welcomes students to study there. Recommend their Madagascar sunrise tea and their lemon-blueberry pastry. Their dirty chair latte is good but very thick? Maybe they use heavy cream in it? Worth visiting and studying there 🙂
Understand, this isnt Starbucks. Youll have to wait for your drink. The barista is pulling every shot, making the froth for every drink, and preparing each thing manually. The espresso itself is fantastic and the ambiance in the place is really cool. Its very big open and its a cool place to hang out
Got the marshmallow Matcha Latte today with almond milk and not very sweet. It was delicious! The staff is friendly and they have lots of outlets.
I have waited for years for a good coffee shop in Arlington. FINALLY, we have one: INCLUSION. These are the reasons: kind and knowledgeable baristas who prepare quality and creative drinks using an excellent machine; large, open space great for bringing kids and friends (also 2 enclosed rooms for studying or groups); they roast their own beans and sell them for a reasonable price by the bag - and they are good!! Dont forget to try their pies - both sweet and savory are exquisite! Awesome job Inclusion. You have my vote and my business.
Great spot, great fresh coffee. Arlington has finally more than two good coffee shops, this is the spot though, not only is the coffee outstanding, the vibe and space makes this the perfect spot.
First time there and we loved the way we were welcomed 😊 the guy that attended us was really helpful too.
The coffee is okay but I’ve now been there twice and both times was unable to connect to the WiFi. I would love to be able to work from there but the internet always seems to have problems. The space is really nice though.
Ample workspace and outlets make it an ideal location to get work done on a laptop. There is a mezzanine for a more intimate conversation or studying. The flavor of their espresso is certainly unique to this particular café. Its slightly burnt and fruity. Prices are average for this type of place. Its a hidden gem for now.
Friendly staff, good food and coffee. Liked unusual coffee drink items you dont see at other coffee shops -- had a corbano, their take on a cuban coffee. It was good
Great staff and delicious drinks. The interior is a very unique kind of minimalist industrial. I definitely plan to come back and spend more time there.
Nice place, nice coffee, nice vibe. However, they can get really busy and sometimes the wifi cant handle it. I like their seasonal drinks and the snacks :)
Good coffee and awesome atmosphere.
Great space for meetings or just doing a little work away from the office.
I have not even been there but its the best coffee ever
They have great, wide open space with lots of sitting areas. The coffee and pastries are great, and their staff is friendly. One of my favorites!
Amazing place and great coffee!!! Helen was amazing helping me figure out what I should try. Cant say enough about the excellent customer service!!!
I love this place with an unending burning passion. Arlington had a gapping hole that only independent coffee shops could fill and Inclusion is the hero we all needed and wanted. The location, environment, coffee, pies, and customer service are all so amazing. Theyve already shown their community spirit in so many ways in their short time being here. Please never leave us, Inclusion 💛
Both coffees and hand pies arrived fresh and hot via delivery. The rosemary sausage is perfect, with a light, flaky crust, and the coffee is strong and smooth. I’ll definitely order again, and look forward to visiting. Thanks again!
Pretty good coffee. There is a second floor with no elevator. HUGE ADA issue.
Incredible indoor environment and coffee. ***Get the ice cream latte!!!***
The coffee tasted good. the only problem was that even with the wood password for some reason my wifi wouldn’t connect properly and i really needed it.
The coffee is ok. Happy with what I got. Food however, not so much. Got the waffle, chicken taco and the chicken was actually cold in the middle. Could not finish it. If the waffle and chicken were cooked at the same time i am sure it would have been good.
Nice coffee spot in dowtown Arlington but the prices are HIGH 😬
Great place, relaxing ambience, good food, and very friendly staff.
Awesome spot to study! Lots of space, kind service, great coffee and tacos. So glad to have a space like this in Downtown Arlington.
Coffee is good! Service wasn’t warm or friendly unfortunately and even more unfortunate is that the WiFi didn’t work. Second time this has happened which is a bummer but we won’t be going back. Would highly recommend Firehouse Gastro Park if you’re in Arlington!
Delivered coffee arrived water-downed and half-filled. This is contrast to my in-person experiences which ranged from mediocre to good. Inconsistent quality of product.
All the guys that work there are very nice. In general, the customer service is fantastic except for some female staff. They seem to be in a bad mood most of the time.
Very friendly staff and owner. Great coffee at a great, local price. Definitely try one of the breakfast pies while you’re there.
The atmosphere is nice. But the cold brew coffee was very watery and flavorless.
Amazing coffee place
Wow! I was so excited and had been waiting for this place to open, since it is 5 minutes from my house. I have to say, the coffee is delicious and so is the hot chocolate. The employees are also very, very personable and friendly, which speaks volumes of the owners, carefully selecting whom they hire. I am so happy to have them close by!!
Honestly my experience wasn’t the best. The staff was lazy when they finally got to make our drink they made them wrong and it just tasted like flavored milk
Great Americano. Competitive pricing. Clean and welcoming environment. Ill be back!
This place is huge and nice, with loft seating and a classic metal and concrete aesthetic. They have a sweet Slayer espresso machine and awesome cocktails; quality baristas. I dont know why this place doesnt have more reviews. You should go here. We tried a dirty chai latte, the Texas heat (a spicy lemonade), the lavender lemonade, they were choice! I would definitely return the next time Im around.
Pretty good place. On Campus at UTA. Low key. Not much of a menu. Coffee is good!
Mostly college students, modern, multi level
Great friendly staff, genuine smiles, awesome coffee. I highly recommend the Texas Heat! It’s a limeade with a splash if jalapeño for a refreshing and exciting summer taste bud tingle.
Great tacos
