Great atmosphere and coffee!! Definitely coming back!!

I was happy to find a narrow instead of Starbucks at the end of my Google maps journey. Im sure I enjoyed it more than I would have otherwise.

Amazing place to grab a coffee and sit down to work or study. Outlets at almost every table, great for those who work on laptops! Drinks are great, really recommend the summer fruit iced tea or the cappuccino. Line is a little slow, but not a problem if you plan on staying. If not, mobile order is a great option!

Just recently opened and we love it! Spacious and nicely laid out inside and has a beautifully​ located patio outside. Offers a variety of coffee, sandwiches and snacks that we found all to be fresh and tasty.

Great coffeeshop. Excellent location. Plenty of parking. Same products as in any other Nero.

Lots of character and ambiance! Great coffee and food.....friendly and efficient. I do wish they had a larger selection of food and it was fresh made. The selections are premade and in a display case....heated up in a toaster on request. Turkey club...avocado toast...grilled cheese....tomato bisque and Italian sandwich --- all excellent choices!

Its like a normal coffeeshop, but with more bossa nova.

I love Cafe Nero. There is a lot of room to spread out and have private conversations. The snacks are good, coffee is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are lots of customers sitting by themselves. Lovely!

Good, quiet place and good personnel. Cafe nero as always in a favorite list if every person who likes cozy, friendly and undisturbed atmosphere. What i liked about this particular Cafe Nero is it has very high ceiling and you dont feel claustrophobic in this darkened space.

Favorite place to study, or sit and read, or people watch outside. The staff is always incredibly nice, the coffee/food is delicious, and the space itself is really beautiful. There’s little spots you can tuck yourself away in which I love for studying. Also comfy chairs. Love this place.

I like sitting here with a coffee/sandwich, getting things done and people-watching.

What a wonderful Cafe. Their sandwiches, pastries, and smoothies are great but the real highlight is (as it should be) their espresso. Not bitter at all. Their prices are very reasonable given their top notch quality. This place is definitely worth a stop if youre looking to take a break from the cold. Ill be back for sure!!

This Nero Cafe location has good selection of everything, the staff are great and friendly ( All of them), The only things missing here is the CLEANLESS, ITS BEEN A WEEKS AND THE BATHROOMS ARE SO DIRTY AND UNCLEAN EVERYTIME i CAME HERE!!!!! AND WITH THE COVID i THINK IT WILL BE GOOD IDEA TO HIRE SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT, i REALLY MEAN DEEP CLEAN IT, SWEAP THE STORE AND REFREASH IT PLEASE, PLEASE BECAUSE I REALLY LOVE THIS LOCATION

It was pretty good with a lot of baked goods. The chocolate cake is pretty classic.

The seating area is large and nice I really like this place I went to this store twice a week. Plus, the espresso drinks are absolutely incredible, the iced tea varies from good to terrific depending on who prepares it, and the smoothies are simple but quite satisfying. Lots of seating, nice ambiance, clean bathroom.

I love it there so so so much! One of the things they could do better is add more seating outside or inside because there is always NO ROOM!! one of the things I love is there hot coco it is so thick in creamy!!!!! I would definitely recommend! :)

Food is great BUT as far as on the go orders (delivery) the drivers have to wait in line for there orders!!!That is not fair to the customers waiting at home for there orders or the delivery drivers!!!!They need to make a special area for only delivery driver orders!!!When I found out my driver had to wait 10min in the line for my order that was just sitting there, I decided never to order delivery from them again!!!!They should be able to cut the line to pick up the customers orders (there already paid for so there should not be an issue)

The coffee is way overpriced for its size and quality. It is always unclear what you pay for, as the receipt does not show anything but just the total amount paid.They are placing cakes into paper bags like for feeding pigs not humans! Why paper bags and not paper plates???

Nice Cafe. The cashier is super nice and understanding even though I am kind of a fool cause Im from Europe and new to coffee shops... Its a little but on the pricier end of things but like not outrageous. A lot better than Starbucks. Would recommend.

They sell coffee and etc. Good location. We of 3 visited to have a cup of coffee inside the store after lunch. However the place was occupied (if not infested) by people with laptops, working on their own stuff. They should put a name as cafe Nero Library.Now it is a cafe Nero to go unless you are so lucky to find a table to sit in.

The coffee is fine. But what sets this place apart is the nice homey ambiance and collegiate clientele. Its a really nice place to hang out and a welcome addition to Arlington center. Much nicer than the Starbucks a few doors down.

My sister and I came here to work because it was one of the only coffee shops open during quarantine. The baristas seemed judgemental and unfriendly, whispering about me and my sister, and even confronted us. Definitely understaffed. I would love to do work here except the poor customer service drives me away. I would rather go to the Starbucks two doors down. At least they have some sense of basic decency.

Excellent coffee, the baguette sandwiches are phenomenal, and the staff is always pleasant and engaging. I love Cafe Nero!

Coffee and pastries are good. I like the atmosphere of this place.There is a free wifi.There are some free parking spaces in the adjacent streets. In front, there are some parking meters (only coins and card) but dont forget time once inside because it costs 15$ if you forget to put extra time ;-)

The new wave of coffee shops, with quality products and ample comfortable spots to sit. Service is not particularly fast, though. Its not your rapid pick up and go place, but more the hang out with a friend having nice coffee place.

Fun and friendly! Staff here is very eclectic and helpful. I love the fact that they have ample space for so many people. The decor is also great and doesnt feel so commercial like a typical Starbucks.

Tasty drinks, sandwiches, and pastries. Very overpriced. Although their drinks are on par with Starbucks prices and variation, they have a wide selection of sandwiches; most in the $7-$12 range. Their pastries are more reasonable in the $3-$5 range and look very appetizing. Their look is rustic hipster and there is lots of seating for individual work or small meetings.

Coffee is less acid than 🌟 bucks, much nicer! pastries are way better too; no need toward them up like 🌟 bucks: they are fresh as is! much better sitting. choices too

Cafe Nero has a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and the food is tasty and good quality and reasonably priced. My one complaint is that the service is often slow and disorganized. The system for service is confusing and could be much better but overall Caffe Nero is a ideal place to work out of the house or catch up with a friend.

Difficult to find seating or have private conversation. Not easy to find electric socket to charge devices. Delicious tea selections and acceptable pastries.

Really nice shop, library-themed with outdoor seating. Good place to hang out with friends. Coffee is good quality, but I wasnt too impressed with their Cesar salad.

Love the coffee, food and ambience. On my current visit they seem to be slightly under staffed. The one Battista was able to keep the line moving, while I did have to settled for my second choice of sandwich and not all the tables were cleared. Still a fantastic alternative to the larger chain coffee shops.

As a person with a disability I am continually impressed with the quality of service and how very normal my interactions with Niro staff are. Although they are always willing to provide extra information or assistance, they do not make assumptions about my preferences or abilities based on my disability status. The coffee is also as close to European caliber as I have found in the area. Always a solid cappuccino and experience.

Its an amazing place if you want to enkot your morning coffee or breakfast at a very creative place. Being a friend along, find a one there or read a book.

Yup a chain yup, fake authentic old world industrial decay. like Disneyland theme parks of other countries. but i love it. roomy. outlets. couches tables. wifi. great sandwiches, muffins etc. and kinda important for a cafe: the coffee is great! nice improvement to cafe culture.....

The environment is very nice and I love the design style, but the places does get very crowded on some occasions and is a little bit pricey.

Quite busy on weekend mornings. Decent amount of indoor seating and some outdoor for when the weather is good.Many coffee options. Food options too, but nothing vegan except fruit.

Great place to get some work done and not super busy. Typical cafe nero menu, but the space is nice and open and perfect for studying.

Fantastic place to get debatably the best coffee in Arlington. After numerous coffee shops have tried and failed in the area (with the Starbucks on the corner being the only one that has survived for the duration) this place seems to be crushing it. Their prices are pretty comparable to Starbucks and all other coffee places nowadays but the vibe here is all the rage. Its probably the coolest place to do work in the town and is usually packed. Most times you can find a seat (they have a fantastic selection of seating accommodations) if you wait a minute or two. Highly recommend.

I am a decaf drinker, and usually you are hard-pressed to find good decaf that doesnt taste completely burnt. I have discovered Caffe Neros decaf Americano and am obsessed. On top of that they have a lovely atmosphere, even compared to coffee shops in the area. Highly recommended.

It was clean and brightly lit with a mixture of natural and artificial sunlight.There was a lovely selection of treats.Nerro coffee/espresso is always delicious which is a trade off for their slower service and even slower moving line. There were other baristas behind the bar, doing other tasks but not helping customers, though a line had formed.This would be a nice location to meet a friend for coffee.

Great espresso drinks, coffee, cold brew, and even their smoothies and frappe creme drinks are tasty. Pastries are good too. Sandwiches and salads are a bit overpriced, but I mainly come here for breakfast or an afternoon coffee.

Would be nice if the cleaned the tables and swept the floors once in a while. Every time I sit down, it looks as if the last customer was a two year old eating a croissant.

Nice space and the food we had was good. My friends coffee was great. My only complaint was my tea was BOILING. I added cold water and it still burnt the hell out of my tongue. I had to pour some out and ask for ice. The baristas agreed their hot water was really hot.... Kind of wish theyd mentioned it. Just a little thing.

European style coffee shop. Good expresso drinks. Not as burnt tasting or dark as Starbucks expresso. Decent pastries and sandwiches. Much more comfortable place to sit and meet with people than Starbucks.

I have to say that this branch have the best barista. Skippy (I hope I spelled the name right) makes the best coffee I have ever had in a chain coffee shop. First, it actually feels and tastes like coffee. Unlike their neighbor, Starbucks, whos coffee tastes like water and milk, this Caffe Nero location have some great atmosphere and good vibe. But, other baristas just cannot compare to the amazing coffee that Skippy makes. I mean, I got there black coffee, latte, and frappes, and, especially the frappes, they use real coffee that they grind on the spot.Again, this location is great, but if you come in the evenings and get to have Skippys coffee, you will get a real taste of coffee.

Generally you are going to get a good cup of coffee here. Teas both hot and cold have a good selection. Nero doesnt earn above middle of the road for reasons that appear to be systemic: high turn over of staff leads to poor customer service, cannot alter food (sandwiches) in any way -even though they are made in house, difficulty getting comfortable seating (even though there is a lot of it).I come here, but its not my first choice.

A stylish alternative to the ubiquitous Starbucks. The coffee is better too.
