Best.store ever for fixing my phone. First time I needed a screen replaced and 2nd time my phone needed a cleaning. They should be your first stop when it comes to phone repair. Friendly.and reasonable. Definitely customer focused and great to work with!

When it comes to computer repairs, this place is top notch. I was very impressed by the way they taken my old external hard drive and took just a day to bring it back to life when other places told me there was no hope and want me to cough up hundreds of dollars. I have been a loyal customer since the summer and I am proud of what they accomplished.

We came in with quite a dilemma. We had an iphone X, trying to transfer data to a new iphone, but got stuck in a boot loop. Ended up taking a little longer than expected and cost a little more than I originally thought it would, but still worth it. Was referred to Wireless Rxx by friends who’ve had success getting their iPhones and laptops fixed there. They fixed my iPhone 11 Pro screen and applied the new screen protector so I didn’t have to attempt (and fail) at applying it myself. The customer service was great, super down to earth and knowledge staff... my personal favorite was Mister, the shop dog! This local spot is the best. These guys were awesome. I broke my Versace shades in Mexico and asked a friend to solder them. He referred me to this shop. They made no promises ( not their typical specialty) but they definitely delivered! Within 24 hours my shades were good as new! Very friendly and easy to work with.

Overall great experience. Friendly atmosphere and they quickly fixed my broken screen. My screen blacked out and I couldnt turn it on. Dont get a new phone from the Verizon place (or wherever you got your phone), get your phone fixed here. It was totally worth it !!! My phone works good as new. I took my insured Galaxy note 10 plus to t-mobile after cracking my screen, the only piece of help the associates gave me was the business card to Wireless Rxx!!I called, told Roy what happen and even though he couldnt make me any promises (lord knows I was trying to get him to lol), his confidence made me very comfortable! I took my phone in, met James who gave me a few options as to how we could move forward and then we did just that.I left and grabbed lunch with my son, we came back afterwards and picked up my new phone with my old motherboard intact (I think thats what he called it lol) 😭😭😭 those guys at Wireless Rxx really saved me and probably my business, SUPER FAST!!THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES 💚

My iPhone 7+ was randomly dying turning on and off even when being charged. I brought it to Wireless Rxx and come to find out from James the phone was actually recalled. Apple, of course, didnt make a huge announcement about it so this was news to me. He said it might be a battery issue but it was likely something more extensive. They changed the battery out, and the phone was functioning OK again for about a month before it started having the same exact issue. I took it back here and turns out James was right - the problem was more than just the battery and to repair was going to cost between $200-$300. They still changed the battery a second time (free of charge) just to keep it functioning, and I ended up getting my phone replaced with another iPhone 7+ through a warranty with my provider. I took it to James to ask for advice on transferring my data over to my new phone, and he was a lot of help. I 100% recommend this great local business!

I cracked the lens on my Google Pixel 4 and I was searching for a place in the DC area that could repair it. Thats when I came across an article in the Arlington Times about a young man who started his own shop after helping fix several of his friends Xboxes. The article also said that the young man was born in Chile and started his business at 23 years old. That impressed me.I got on the phone with that young man, James, and he immediately gave me an estimate that I thought was fair. A few days later I went down there, and they were able to replace my cracked lens with a brand new Google brand replacement in about 90 minutes.It works fine now.I love this place because they also give a lengthy warranty on all of the work. This is incredibly rare for these types of services. I spoke to James and asked him how he was able to offer such a good warranty and he told me that they use only original manufacturers parts on their repairs. I would highly recommend this business for any of your electron ic repairs. They are even open on Sundays!
