This is an extremely bad place to get your phone repaired or even buy any case. I was attended by the store manager guess he told his name as Mahesh...gave extreme high price for a iPhone 11 repair(Screen and back). The screen is not original, its just a fake fist copy screen. Surprisingly the back was exactly same as original but after doing some research of my own I came to know they are not authorized by Apple to do repairs, still they do have a Apple logo screen. @Apple uh huh??When asked for a better quality screen got a quote in which is higher that my exchange rate of my phone. Very disgusting place and unprofessional employee. After negotiating and arguing for over 10 mins I left the place and I believe he cursed me in his native language...was not in a mood to take up a fight but I want to tell everyone that STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I came here with a completely jacked up phone. The guy working there named Mike helped me out. He was nice and kind, he explained the procedure of a phone repair and even gave me a free case. I am really happy with the service and the quality of screen he gave me. thank you so much guys. appreciated.

Im giving this place a 1 star because I just experienced poor service compared to everyone else that has left a review. I went and asked for an estimate to fix my phone and was given a price, but was told that I could purchase the screen if I wanted to pay less, which I did. So as soon as I received the screen I went to take my phone. I left my phone and the employee that took my phone from me also wrote down my cell #. The whole time I was waiting for a call because he said hed call. I never got a call so I went back and was told it would still be longer until it was ready, which was fine, because beforehand I was told they had many phones ahead of mine. This was around 6pm Saturday, I go back around 5pm Sunday and the phone was done terribly. I was told that the screen I bought was unable to work with, that it was missing something, but still they went ahead and worked on it rather than calling me and letting me know that the hardware I left was unable to resolve anything. And on top of that, the back glass which was also replaced wasnt even completely stuck on there, as if it had been done just prior to me showing up. Im very discontent because now I have a phone thats at even bigger risk to mess up. Also when I went back to mention the guy was pretty much, careless about what I was telling him and basically he told me that there was nothing he could do, and in some way tried to pin it on me by saying that the person who took the phone from me was basically doing me a favor by fixing it because they dont work on a phone unless they purchase the hardware, although I had done it before on a previous occasion. I say this in hopes that this doesnt happen to anyone else.

My iPhone 11 Pro stopped working out of no where. So I decided to come to Cell Tech to fix my phone. I had a man by the name Sony work on my phone. It was great experience I recommend anyone to come and get there phone fixed here. He had it very clear to me what he was going to do my phone and what he did. I would definitely come back and get my phone fixed again if I needed too.

It is the worst they charge $110 for the worst screen. When I got my phone the Back whas cracked and the screen looked horabel and when I went to see my codm graphic it looked worse and i went to talke to the guy he said o its just the update I told him that my screen broke after the update and it did not look like that ugly.the phone is a Samsung Galaxy a20, and he did not even say sorry let me fix it again

My iPhone8 screen has broken a few times and at some point caused more troubles to the phone. CelTech in Parks Mall has a great team. Sony is a very skilled technician who was able to fix our Iphone after the technicians at Celltech located at the Galleria Mall in Dallas replaced the front and back glass and left the phone inoperable. Save yourself the hassle, just go straight to Sony!

HORRIBLE!!! i went to get my cracked screen repaired there they repaired my screen and in less than 2-3 weeks my phone had a bad glitch it’s never had before to it .i take it back for them to repair the glitch and all they did was make it even worse my phone is now to the point where it opens apps by itself and also calls people by itself my keyboard is also screwed due to the glitch .I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

My phone was literally broken front and back and I took it to Cell Tech (next to gamestop) Parks Mall location and The manager Sony explained to me that it could be fixed in a few hours with everything working like new . He walked me through the process of what he’d be doing which was very assuring . Once I came to pick it up it was perfect ! Working and functioning properly he even tested it to ensure quality. They were very helpful and generous when fixing the phone. They gave us quality information before the process so we knew exactly what we were purchasing. They are a family owned business, so all of their processes were reliable and safe — they even have a camera over their facilities so we can see what they were doing. The process took only 15 minutes, so it was quick and easy. Our associate Sony was very nice and helpful with the process — truly great service.

My LG thin Q is a great phone but I never had a good screen protector for it until I walked into Cell Tech. Sony there gave me a beautiful glass screen that doesnt wrinkle doesnt slide and doesnt show bubbles. It is more responsive than my original plastic one. I had been to Celltech store t Parks Mall,Arlington and got my iphone 10 fixed in December. Had to come today as there were some issues with my phone. Sony took good care of me and gave me a very good service and he gave me a lot of information of what was wrong with my phone. He was very helpful and the prices are good too.

This the best experience we have every had they told use 20 min to fix and they fixed it in 15 min. Israel exhibit 5 star customer service and gave us an experience above our expectations. If you need your phone fix I would definitely recommend coming to the parks mall location.

Worst repair store ever!! Do not trust them with your phone. Tried to blame crack screen on me 😫😫Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

Do not go! after i got my phone fixed the screen was raised so it didnt fit in my case. this caused it to crack a few days later even though i didn’t have my first crack until 2 years after owning this phone. and even before that my battery power doesn’t last as long at ALL. the coloring of the screen is off and the brightness isn’t as high. there are times that it will just randomly go black or white even while the sound still plays and i have to restart my phone. when i took it back to complain they said it wasn’t their problem bc it had cracked again. over $200 down the drain it’s worse off now than it was before. seriously i wish i could give no stars.

Came to this place to get my screen fixed they did a very good job fixed it in under an hour. Turns out my home button was damaged as well and they got it fixed for me for a good price.
