Amazing service -- incredibly friendly, transparent, and fast! I had dropped my phone several times and the last time did the phone in as block splotches and rainbow lines took over. The initial quote through yelp was for the screen itself, but Sunny quickly diagnosed that the LCD needed to be replaced so it was a bit more. The price was very fair and Sunny was incredibly kind. Though I hope not to be frequenting an iphone repair shop, I highly recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for quality service.

I dropped my iPhone 8+ a couple months back and the camera & flash completely stopped working. I was originally considering going to an actual Apple location but because of corona, theyre all closed. I finally got around to getting it fixed and saw the reviews for this place and called for details. Amazing customer service, super personable and informative, the call was answered almost immediately and a quote was given within minutes. Both my camera & flash were fully fixed, only cost me $100 which is more than worth it in my opinion considering my only other options were to get an entirely new phone for $800+ or to deal with an extremely inconvenient situation for who knows how long. I also came in with a cracked screen protector and they gave me a new one for free. I went in around 5 and the work was done by 7 which I was very happy with because I fully expected it to take at least a day or two. They even waited a bit for me to pick the phone up after having closed which was really nice. Overall an amazing, easy, and super fast experience, thanks again !!

Absolutely awesome service! Went in to see if I could save a iphone 11 pro max that had liquid damage & the staff was very communicative and professional! Even with the ice storm potentially hampering things, they were able to salvage my device in a timely and more than cost-effective manner, I would definitely recommend making go-to destination for repairing your devices because they stay true to their name!

My fiances iPhone 11Pro MAX had been having trouble charging. We took it into the Apple Store in South Lake and they said the charging port had a small spring that was broken, which caused the phone to not charge without having the cord in the exact position, and the battery was dying. Apple said it would be several hundred dollars to repair the phone and tried to convince us to just buy a new phone. When we got home I found Smart Phone Fix and called them up. I asked them for a quote over the phone to replace the battery and the charge port and they quoted me at 70$ to do the repair. They did need 45 min. to get the part in so I waited until ... and took my phone to them. It cost exactly what they quoted and they repaired it in about an hour. The phone is working like new and Im super happy. A big thanks for saving my phone!!

Sunny looked at the carnage I brought him (very badly damaged iPhone X), yes I’m the only person who still has a phone that 12 years old 😢and he told me come back in an hour and I’ll have your phone repaired.Sunny, it wasn’t just the way you repaired my phone but how you cared about how much I needed it and they way you interacted with not just me but the two people ahead of me. I called smart phone fix repairs to make sure they could repair my iPhone 8 plus screen, they were able to do it the same day. I walked in and dropped by phone off, sunny was very nice and professional. He told me it would only take 30 minutes to fix my screen but that there were two people ahead of me. He texted me to let me know that my phone was ready at exactly the estimated time he gave me. I would recommend ito anyone who needs service for the phone or other tech items.

If you need your iPhone repaired, don’t look further, this is the place! I needed my old iPhone fixed so I can give it to my father...among other things both screens were broken and I took it to this shop. It was not an easy fix because one of the sensors died in the process. Most places would have given up, but Sunny from the shop continued to work on it until the phone was fixed and fully functional. Great customer service and beyond responsive staff...I highly recommend this place!

This is my IPad before going there. Had the screen replaced. First: They did not even give me a receipt, I still don’t know why. Second:They accept only cash and I did not know that. Third: On my way out he told me that the touch button would feel different, I mean, harder. Anyway, don’t recommend.

My fiancé Bought an iPhone XR. Back in DecemberTheyTold her the phone was unlocked and phone worked great.Come to find out 2 months later trying to change her service, it is not unlocked and the phone is owned by someone company so with that being said I cannot do certain stuff on my phone and they can track what I do !!! Also u can’t talk on the phone unless it’s on speaker .!! The back glass on my iPhone X was shattered, and after some research, I decided to bring my phone here for repair. Im so glad I chose smart phone fix because they were able to repair it on the same day walk-in. I brought it in during my lunch break, and picked it up after work. It looked good as new! Everything was working fine and put back to exactly the way it was before I brought it there. A plus is that they had the parts already in stock so I didnt have to wait! Awesome service! I brought my iPhone 11 in for a screen replacement after running it over with a golf cart. It took him under 15 minutes to install a new screen which works fantastic. He mentioned the FaceTime might not work before doing the work but it works perfectly.Would highly recommend his services.

Do not let the positive reviews fool you- they will rip you off. Do yourself a favor and just add insurance plan to your phone and have it fixed with you carrier. Before you come here, please be aware that they do not have the screen replacement from manufacturer.This place takes cash only, if this doesn’t tell you something already. They did finish fixing the screen in 30 minutes, but it does crack again with a white hole on my the screen of my phone.Took to my carrier store to find out not only screws were missing, the replacement screen isn’t from Apple. Even with my phone insurance added, my store cannot fix for me due to this place use faulty screen replacement. I had to get a new phone because of this.

Good experience with customer service. But after the owner himself reached out and expressed how he upholds his reputation everything went great! I went in to repair my cracked screen for my iphone 7.The owner fixed it and even dropped it off to me. He was extremely professional and his time management was on point. After a few days of receiving my phone back, I noticed a small crack on the new screen. I reached back out to sunny.He review my phone and noticed that I was not at fault for the new crack. So he then replaced the screen at no cost. I have had no issues with my new screen and everything is working fine. Quick enough service wise but my iPhone XR replacement screen never worked properly afterward. When the phone was charging the screen would go berserk when you touched anything, randomly opening and closing apps and scrolling uncontrollably. After 6-8 months the phone was dropped and the screen went black with static lines and the phone is now useless unless I wanna pay another $150 (iPhone screens typically still function with lots of cracks). I figure Im better off paying someone else more and getting more reliable parts that actually work properly once repaired. Dont make my mistake.

My phone would no longer accept a charge from any charger I tried. I knew I had two options. One was to upgrade my phone for a total of $648 over two years or take a chance on a local repair shop.I Googled IPhone repair and came up with a few near my home. This company had a 4.7 rating and that does not come easy. I read two reviews and showed up when Sunny opened the store. Sunny was an easy going guy and explained what he thought the problem was and the cost of repair. Sunny requested that I call back in an hour so I did. The phone was ready and there were no cost surprises.This store is not large and is in a strip retail center. I broke my phones camera lens last night and I was in a panic. I needed it fixed quick and so I contacted this place through Google. They were very quick to reply and always answered my questions. I went the next day to get it fixed. They remembered my situation and got to working. I was originally told it would take an hour to fix but they fixed it within 20 minutes which was amazing. Their customer service was really good as they asked if I wanted to change my screen protector but sadly I had to decline. The prices were fair and decent. I would recommend this place to anyone to fix their phones!

I went in there to fix the screen of my iPhone.andsince then my phone has been glitching ever seen .. I went back for them to fix it . And they made it even worse, i then went back again to tell them the problem .and this woman literally blamed me . Saying it was my fault that the phone wasn’t working and I had done something wrong, I had to get rid of the phone..i wouldn’t recommend fixing your phone screen here.it’s not professional, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX BROKEN PHONE SCREEN they make it worse.

Walked in this place and saw Sunny and a lady employee arguing with one of their customers...I should have taken that as a hint but instead I gave this business a benefit of the doubt. Needless to say Sunny prove to me that he is all about bad business and doesnt care about taking care of his customers! Long story short and $200 later Sunny fried my mother board and couldnt explain how it happened. I took the phone in with the screen a little discolored but the phone was still working and making calls/text/social media. Now I as told that they couldnt do anything else. Not professional at all...dont go to this place the reviews are waaaayyyy off.

Very fast and great priced repairs. I had my Samsung S8 battery replaced after it died and wouldnt charge. The phone was fixed the same day and you could barely tell the phone was disassembled!

Update: I spoke to Sunny and he replaced my screen with an OEM screen and it works perfectly!!! Sunny cares about his customers and delivers top notch customer service.
