I had to replace the back of my IPhone red and they did it in few hours. It costed me $110, that I think is a fair price. Would definitively come back.

I put my phone in rice to absorb the water damage didnt work. I took it to them they said they could fix it. 2 weeks later my phone is not fixed he told they tried new battery it still didnt turn on..got back home they didnt even seal the phone back up if they fixed it and the rice was still in there. I was gonna call the cops thank god I had my receipt totally manipulative never going there again after paying $55 bucks!! Total waste.

This place is amazing I have an IPhone 7 Plus and sadly have had to replace my screen 3 times now. Most places will quote me $130 to $160 to do a replacement screen. I found this location that has done an extremely wonderful job and I only paid $80 with an extra $20 for a screen protector and case. Their customer service is excellent and they are fast with the repair. If I have to replace my screen again (hopefully I won’t have to) I will be back here for sure. 😁

Quick. Honest. And EasyI went there earlier today to get the charging port of my LG G6 replaced. The lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly, she tried to figure out what the problem was with my phone. It took 15-20 minutes for them to replace the part. I called them and they told me they can replace my iPhone LCD screen in 10 minutes. When I got there they told me its going to take about 2 hours. Pretty big difference! But I did it any way and now my screen keeps blacking and flashes every couple hours. I called the store to tell them whats going on with the phone and they are saying its something that I did claiming that I dropped it and that is why its flashing but I never did such thing. They do poor work and use bad aftermarket Chinese parts and blame the customer for everything based on other reviews as well.Cannot recommend.

I would like to start off saying, Google requires at least a one star rating on here. Because if I was able to I would definitely rate this place a zero star.I recently cracked the screen of my iPhone 6, and found that this is the most reasonably priced place I could find that was local. Therefor I gave this place my business. Upon arriving at the Cell Phone Repair Center, I was recommended by an employee to purchase a screen protector that was guaranteed to prevent any further damages on my screen. I was surprised when the manager told me it would take 10 minutes to fix my phone... Consequently, the entire screen ended up falling off later that night. I habitually tried to press the screen back on to the phone, and it resulted in a crack in my brand new screen. I had not dropped it or done any prior damage to it, it was entirely the employees fault. As I figured it was a simple mistake on the employee, I returned to the store once again to have it repaired. Initially, I was patient with him because I am aware that mistakes do happen. He examined my phone, and then tried to convince me that the reasoning behind my screen breakage was that my phone frame was bent. I will include that I am familiar with what bent looks like, and my phone was not bent. I later took it to Apple to have it inspected, and it was then confirmed that the frame was straight. The manager then told me that he would fix it for no cost and that it shouldnt happen again. About a week had past with no issues, yet unfortunately today my screen fell off once again. Once again, I returned to the store to have it repaired. I will admit that this being my third time to return to the store, I was quite agitated. I addressed the issue to the manager, and he told me that there was nothing he could do. He rejected my issues and ignored his mistakes. We ended up having an disagreement over his lack of integrity. He was very disrespectful with me and very selfish.He did not own up to his mistake of not fixing the phone correctly, ignored his customers needs, and he did not abide by his businesses guarantees.I am very dissatisfied with the way this was handled. The customer assistance here is atrocious, and so is the service. I spent a lot of money attempting to get my cell phone fixed and did not receive my moneys worth. It was almost equivalent robbing me. I would not recommend this place for phone repairs, for I hope nobody else makes the mistake of trying to get their phone fixed here.

If I could give a no star rating, I would. Turns out I had the same experience as another customer. Took a fully functional iPhone 6 Plus in to have broken screen repaired. Got it back with 2 issues - poor quality glass that didnt seat properly, causing touch screen to work intermittently. Took the phone back twice to get an explanation and a refund. All I got was this is a common problem with iPhone 6s over and over again. The tech and the front desk person wanted to argue with me, saying that my phone must have had prior issues, but I was asked before they took it for repair, and I showed the front desk person that it was indeed perfectly fine. In addition, no receipt was emailed to me (printer didnt work). So if you take your phone here, expect to lose money and patience. Also expect to take it elsewhere to have it fixed properly.

Brought in a iPhone 5s with a cracked screen and was told it was because the battery was expanding. that was understandable and they told me the screen battery and home button had to be replaced. everything lasted and worked for 24 hours and then the home button broke and the screen cracked again so i had to use touch assistant. i went back within the warranty time they give you and instead of a refund they offered to fix it again. the problem is the parts they use are so cheap they scratch and crack easier than official Apple products and even the battery they gave me could not last near as long as an official Apple battery. Definitely will not go back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! It may be a couple dollars cheaper than other places but its not worth it. Their screens arent even original Apple screens which they suck. I went to another cell phone repair place right after getting my iPhone 6+ fixed there because the screen felt and looked different so the guy from the second place I went to told me that it had missing screws thank goodness he fixed it for me. But I came here just out of a whim, not expecting much as most cell phone repair places usually leave you disappointed. I had a blacklisted iPhone 6S Plus, with a TOTALLY busted screen. Couldnt really use the phone for much, and most people around Texas know our company and know we shoot our videos with Apple products, so we asked for some help, for just under $300 they got me a NEW iPhone 6S Plus, in the mail directly from Apple. Its on its way now. Only heard of this from online senders. Will DEFINITELY be sending my friends, and team here for their products! OUTSTANDING you guys! Hats off to you!

Brought in an iphone 5 and a 5c to have the batteries replaced. The old batteries worked fine just were not lasting as long as they had when they were new. The very first day I was having problems with both, they were randomly turning off and not displaying the correct battery percentage. I took them back in within the 7 day warranty they told me the batteries had and was told that it was the phones that were messed up and not the batteries fault. How is that? Two phones that were fine before hand but after they replaced the batteries the problems were instant! The staff act fine when you are giving them money but when you bring their defective merchandise back their real attitudes come out. Please avoid this place like the plague. THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANYTHING! CASH ONLY SO YOU CAN NOT DISPUTE A CHARGE ON A CARD! A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS WOULD NOT DO THIS!

They dont even deserve one star - I took my phone in on Tuesday 9/27/16 around noon - told me it would be ready at 4:30 that day - called at 4:30 and was told they had to order the part and it would be ready the next day - went to pick up phone and they had cracked the screen and denied that they did it - also were unable to repair phone with no viable explanation.We specifically asked if they were able to repair the Note 4 Edge and was told they could - we were told it was the charging port - I dont think they have a clue if or what was wrong with the phone but they definitely increased the damage.Hopefully - there is some liability with the company - but being a cash only business should have been a red flag.

I would give it a 5 star but its taking for ever for them to unlock my phone. They did do an awesome job on the screen repair and fix the front facing camera on my iphone 5s. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I came in with a shattered replacement LCD and the tablet because I didnt have the tools to do it myself. Apparently there is a rule that after 7 days, they get to keep the device if no one picks it up. I felt like I was not going to see that tablet anymore because the place felt sketchy. They finished in an hour, and I happily paid $25. It was worth the price, but the uneasiness makes it a questionable experience.BTW its cash only, so come prepared.

After deciding to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed here, it was a tad bit too late before I had realized the Apple Store was offering the exact same price to get it fixed with the actual parts that assembled the device. However that wasnt the worst part, even though you are given a decent screen, it will mess up your screen configuration & sensitivity. I cant text like I should nor search, applications are randomly accessed and pulled up as though someone is pressing on the application. The list goes on, and so I tried to be compliant the day after experimenting with my phone but the process took about a month before they claimed to receive the actual part. Upon receiving it, they have decided to charge me yet again to get the screen swapped not even letting me keep the screen purchased.Now I decided to save up and invest into my phone yet again ($109) but with a reliable company, one they possibly cant compete with, Apple. So Im just saving everybody I possibly can from their poor service and product, trust me youll thank me tenfold.

My cellphone doesnt charge. The problem is in the charger port. I stopped by this store to fix it. He told me that I have to replace the charger port by a NEW ONE. He told me the cost is $35+taxes and he need 25 minutes for that. When I took the cellphone, it is charging BUT HE DOESNT REPLACE IT BY A NEW ONE!!!!!!! HE MAY CLEAN IT OR REPLACE IT BY USED ONE!!!! I TOLD HIM THAT BUT HE DENIED!! I SHOWED HIM THE DUST INSIDE THE PORT AND HE DENIED AGAIN.IT IS THEFT UNDER SUNSHINE!!!!DO NOT GO THERE.....

Please do not go here. Horrible place, they ruined my phone and I hate to say I paid a lot of money to fix it here. The lady who was working the front desk was rude, unapologetic and said, well this is what I can do, even after I showed her the damage done to other parts of phone which were fine before the repair and unrelated to the repair area.

Worse place to go get cellphone repair. This place was a about 20min drive away for me. I brought in my phone to get screen fix and that was the only thing broken since I know a little about phones, they told me it will be ready at 1pm. I came back at 1pm and they try to say that something else was broken and say it wont be ready until next day. I told them nothing else was broken and that if something else was broken that they broke it, after awhile they did admit that they did broke a wire while taking phone apart and they can fix it today but no one wants to drive and get the parts. I told them I want to talk to owner, they say no and if I dont like it take my phone and leave. This is because none of the employees want to get my part that they broke to fix my phone and have already told me it will be ready at 1pm. Dont get your phone fix here, they are unprofessional, especially the big guy that is there and the girl who sits behind the cash register.

Awful, awful place. I already left a truthful review on Facebook as well in which the owner replied very unprofessionally. This place offers lower prices for screen replacements, but gives you cheap replicas and damages youre phone in other areas. They also take cash only and inside is very sketchy. Save yourself the trouble and just go to a legitimate place. Youll pay a little bit more, but at least you know your phone is in good and honest hands.

Asked to get screen fixed, and they said it woyld be done next day. Turns out that meant 1 week to them. I got phone back and screen broke the next day. They use cheap material to fix phones, do not go for repairments. In addition, they reset my phone and I lost all my photos and contacts.

I came here a month ago with cracked screen and lcd chip.. they fixed my phone and a week later i had a signal problem. So i brought my phone in and explained what was happening and they simply fixed right there on the spot .. 2 weeks later i brought it back due to my power button being broke and they immediatly fixed..Jeanette and Abigal have been nothing short of AMAZING as well as their customer service being SUPERB..I strongly recommend if you have a phone issue and live in the area to let these young ladies have a crack at it..

Took in an s6 with a bad battery and asked if they had samsung-made batteries. They said yes and the repair takes 20 mins but couldnt give me a receipt. 20 mins later they returned my phone saying they mistook it for an iphone and the repair would be more expensive. Incompetent and cant be trusted with $700 phones.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer assistance and company service I received from this repair center. They repaired nothing..... My phone had a cracked screen, but it was still working great! I come to this local to get the broken screen fixed, only to come out with even more problems: the touch of the screen did not work effectively after the repair.I came in to the local multiple times to show them how my phone was not working and maybe they should take a look, but each time my phone decided to act fine. Finally, I come in to get it fixed because the phone screen is no longer working at all, and they say that it is passed my warranty and need to pay for a new screen repair full charge.They did not own up to their mistake of not fixing the phone correctly, ignored their customers needs, and did not abide by their businesses guarantees.DO THEY REALLY THINK I AM GOING TO PAY TO HAVE THESE PROBLEMS AGAIN? They fixed my screen, but now my speaker barely works and it was working fine before.

Im very disappointed in this place. Let me explain:I brought my LG G3 in about a month and a half ago because I had been clumsy enough to shatter the screen. Obviously my fault. The price seemed in line with the place that I had taken it to before, but with a location thats much closer. I went and ate lunch close by, and when I got back, the guy handed me my phone and told me that Id need to bring it back next week. When I powered it on, I saw why. The Touch screen had been replaced, but the previously OK LCD screen had been trashed. Im assuming by stress. It had wide swaths of the screen that were washed out. Also, all of the touch points werent working right, although I didnt realize this until later.When I went back on the day they asked me to come back, they hadnt gotten the part in. SIGH. Fortunately, this isnt my only phone, so I was able to live with this.For the next 3 weeks, Id come in a few times a week and have to remind them that my phone wasnt working. I got all sorts of stories about the part being sent wrong, or being on back-order.Finally, after those 3 weeks, I was told that they had the part. Mind you, I was never ONCE contacted, even though they had my number. I had to go into the store every single time. I dropped off my phone, and they told me it would be ready in an hour. Well, I couldnt make it back in that day, so I went in the next, and was told that it wasnt ready, but it would be in.... drum roll... an hour!Needless to say, that didnt happen. It took about a week for me to get back in, and at that point I was informed that they had to order a sensor for the phone. I also noticed that the back cover wasnt snapping on right, and the clerk noticed me noticing... more on that later.Fast forward 2 weeks, and me walking in to a tense situation happening in the store. 4 Firefighters and 2-3 police were talking to this guy with gang tats (tear on the face, and tats all over his arms). He sounded like he was high as hell too. They were trying to talk him into a ride to the hospital, and he was slurring all sorts of BS.The only reason I mention this is because it made me want to get in and out quickly. Im not one for stupid drama, even though this review might make the reader think otherwise.I took my now completed phone and left. I got in the car and drove to another parking lot and powered it up and everything was working. But thats when I noticed that they had replaced by front screen with a white facing! I have the black phone, or at least HAD the black variety. When I pulled the sticker with my name on it off of the phone, I noticed that the back cover (You remember the back cover, right?) wasnt mine. It had an AT&T logo. I have the Sprint variety. They had put a cheap back cover that lacked the antennas on it! That means I cant use NFC or wireless charging. Kind of a big deal for me, as I actually use both. I ordered a replacement at my own expense. That still wont get me a black front face of course.Ive decided to cut my losses and not go back in to deal with these people. Every time they touch my phone, they disappoint me. Theres no way Ill ever darken their doorway again, and I even considered a small claims court action. But Ive decided to simply put this message here so that the next person who looks these guys up has some context as to why I rated them so low.TL;DR - Caveat EmptorEdit: I just went through their 5 star reviews. Im UTA student and needed my phone ergenty. The store next to yhe campus, so it tooks few minutes to get there. Get my iphone 5s screen repaired within 10 minutes just for 55$ before tax. On the way they fixed my camera with no additional charge. Very kind service, Im super satisfied. Definitely going to advise this place to my friends. And no, Im not fake account, Im real:)

Awful business, they lied about price to get me to come out to their store, I had a crack screen that was 35.00 they lied and said I needed a special part that would make it 120! I went to another store and the guy did it for free!.I also must say they took my battery out and swapped it with another for god know why and then when I was leaving to go to another store I noticed they didnt even put my battery back in! I went back and they gave me a battery that didnt charge! I seriously dont like these guys. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Brought 2 iphone 5s in for repair. One they told me they replaced charger port but just scratched it to make it have contact a bit longer, other they replaced my screen with a used off brand LCD that lasted 3 weeks. They use cheap replica parts and DO NOT accept returns.

They are thieves, I bought my iPhone in the apple store, then I broke the screen and took it there and these guys changed it for me, I realized yesterday when I took the phone back to the apple store and there they told me it was rebuilt, I had it bought universal and they gave me a T-Mobile and to top it off, I have to unlock it!

They take a long time to fix and apart from everything the employees are too rude and arrogant, if they dont like their job I dont know what to do there.
