Lou also saved me some time by pointing out the IN STOCK sign so I look at what is actually in stock.Katie is very professional and kind. I typically am not the type to take the time to write a review, but I just had to give credit where credit is due.My husband and I were ‘window’ shopping around for a whole new house set. Although many places had beautiful furnishing options, what set home zone apart was the sales team’s transparency and the dedication to helping us on a friendly/caring level. Then months later I call back wishing to find a rare piece to replace the one I broke in my home. My husband’s favorite of course. Becky helped me so kindly and was able to find a store for me that did. Thank you home zone!!

Couldnt be happier with my experience at Home Zone. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the prices were much better than competitors. Luis took care of my fiancee and I like we were family. No pressure to buy, answered all of our questions and made the process easy and efficient. We went in searching for just a couch but ended up with a couch, full dining room set, and full master bedroom for our new house because of the prices, nice designs, and enjoyable sales process with Luis, and again with no pressure at all to buy. Buying a house has been very stressful and I figured buying furniture would just be more stress and money, but the staff at Home Zone (especially Luis) made it completely enjoyable and affordable. 5 stars is not enough, I would recommend Home Zone to anyone.

Bought a leather recliner from here, much cheaper than living spaces and all of the other big name brand furniture stores.

We got there right at closing not realizing the store hours, they graciously let us look. We found just what we were looking for at fantastic prices after looking at so many other stores before with no luck. Great experience and will definitely be back!

Love the environment here. The staff is friendly when you walk in, not over the top pushy or too in your face. They ask you what your looking for, and where to find it. They didnt follow us around or linger next to us. They let us look and come to them with questions. I love that! We originally came for a small kitchen table and left with a table and a new couch. The check out process was smooth and there were no crazy hidden fees when we got to the end. The other great thing is that they were upfront about all delivery dates and items in stock. We were working with Belle, who was friendly and quick! 5/5 would recommend.

Great store, great prices IMO. Family referred us to this local family owned furniture store. From the time we walked in we were treated right. Angel started us off. Then Lou handled us with white gloves a few days later. So much more than what I expected. Employees are not on commission (which I appreciate). Its much less stressful than your usual furniture shopping environment. They manufacture their furniture themselves, from what I was told, and they pass those savings on. We found a sectional here that we are in love with but it wont be back in stock for about 2 months. Its perfect for us so weve decided to wait for it.

I was in the market for new bed room furniture and mattress. I did some research on line and and picked out a style I liked on Home Zone I went to their Arlington location on 8/19/21 to see the style on their showroom floor. Nayeli greeted me as soon as I entered the store. I had a screen shot of the set and showed it to her. She knew exactly the name of the design and took me straight to it. I loved instantly for its uniqueness. Then she i inquired about the mattress and platform I wanted. I really had. not thought this part through, so she asked a series of questions to determine what I wanted in a mattress and the type of sleeper I was. We starting at the beginning of the mattress display and worked our way to the end. She had me test each one and asked my opinion of each one. She wanted my honest input after I tested each one and not steering me to what she liked or didn’t like. She was very professional. I ended up choosing the first one I tried. My decision. When it was time for paperwork and finalizing the sale, she was very precise and thorough. She remembered to tell me about the mattress cover. I had intended to inquire, but had forgotten to inquire about it. Glad she reminded me. I bought it also. I enjoyed my shopping experience and look forward to working with her again in the future.Also I love the accessories in the showroom. When we walked in the door, we were greeted by Freddy. He was polite, professional, and very patient. I wanted to see every platform king bedroom set and he took me to each (on opposite sides of the store) explaining the benefits. He was a great representative for the store and I appreciated his help. I ended up finding the bedroom I really wanted. Once the sale was made, he sat down with us and went through every page of the paperwork explaining delivery and the like. From the moment I walked into Home Zone my experience was awesome. Arthur, assistant manager greeted me. I had several questions and received answers without hesitation. Arthur show me the love seats and couches with the features that I was seeking. Arthur even offer up a few suggestions. I received honest and friendly customer service from Arthur. I purchased a couch from this establishment back in 2013, I am now just replacing that couch. I have two dogs that have been laying on the couch, scratching on the couch and licking on the couch and it is held well.

We went the store just to spend some times, we were not even looking to buy anything, Nayeli Santos was such a great communicator and informative about all question we have. Bought a bedroom set this past weekend with the help of Tasha. The store and sales staff is great! I would definitely recommend the Home Zone to anyone as they have low pressure sales and financing for all credit types.The furniture as I understand is priced as is with no wiggle room however I searched multiple furniture outlets and thought their product was better or equivalent to other branded stores.I haven’t received my furniture yet, however I don’t expect any issues to foresee. I elected for the insurance and delivery which are added costs but I think will be worth the fee. Overall I give them my highest rating and plan to purchase more.Thanks Tasha for your patience! I do not do reviews but I had to do this one, I bought a furniture here from the Arlington office and we had some issues when picking up my furniture, I was very upset and disappointed But the Arlington Manager made sure I was taken care of. The reason I took out one star was my delivery isnt going to be here on time like I had wished😔 but overall, I would recommend and surely shop here again.🙂

Ricky S. was great! He was the first to offer help, after passing three associates prior, which was surely not welcoming. If Ricky had not greeted us, our time wouldve been short and spent elsewhere. Ricky was consistent, yet not annoying, when checking in on us, throughout our hour in the store. He provided all available options to fit our needs, and explained everything throughly. His superior customer service skills, will definitely be the ONLY thing that will have me recommend this location to others. As far as the other associates.... they may need further grooming, as NO ONE else, spoke to us or asked if we needed assistance throughout the time we spent in the store.The prices are reasonable and quality of items seems to very well made.

Please be weary of their sales team and the acima credit option. First off the offer acima to you as the same as 90 day cash which acima well say after it is not owr the lease agreement. Then the sales team says the 50+ dollars to start goes towards your payment. Then the manager said sorry for the mistake but its so they can report to the credit burrow which then acima says can take up to 60 days to report. Then after all this they charge u an additional 50 dollars on to lease for entering. So essentially to do an agreement its 100+ dollars to actually start. Then thats taxed. So an 850 bill ends up a 1000 dollar bill that gets the 90 pay option and each wkly payment is taxed but only the principal is deducted from the balance.. then pay out amount taxed again.Home zone quality of furniture is sub par and refuse to recognize their faults or fault furniture leaving to just accept as is.Its a RIP off just as progressive leasing was. Trust acima will get caught too and be sending refunds in due time.

My husband & I went into the store on 6/3/20 as the company came highly recommended to us from the pickiest people we know, my sister & her husband. I had done some research online and liked what I saw but didnt want to commit to such a purchase without seeing the furniture up close and personal. We had a budget, but that was about all we had. We didnt know what we wanted, and as per usual we both liked different things. Out salesperson, Gilbert was extremely patient and helpful without being remotely pushy. It took time, but he helped us find something that made both of us happy, stayed within the budget. We have loved our Home Zone & Gilbert, purchase experience, look forward to more in the future and will recommend to anyone who is looking for great, solid furniture at a great price.I have attached a pic of the set we chose, we added the chair and ottoman plus the 3 yr warranty. We cant wait to receive it at home!
