However at this particular time Don Davis body shop were unable to do work on my vehicle because of the backup of bad weather and accidents and the covid-19 situation

I love the customer service here! Unfortunately my brand new jeep was rear-ended. However Jose Munoz was there to save the day! He made sure that my jeep had new parts and painted perfectly! We had the body shop work on one of our fleet vehicles after an accident. We were kept up-to-date throughout the entire process and were very happy with the repair. Rick and the team did a wonderful job and I wouldnt hesitate using them again!

I was in a car accident. Took my truck here for repairs . I was told it would take a couple of days because they had to order parts... now it’s been 4days. I was told it will be ready probably after the weekend and the middle or end of the following week . Not too happy about it so far .

So many misatkes, for just a little ding in a bumper! Ken took care to make the experience as good as he could. He is the reason they received 2 stars. I think next time I will find a no name shop.I am still fixing things they screwed up, inside the truck. Never got an answer as to why my after market pieces were in such disarray.Three bumper orders and 3 months later, it still looks a tad bit off.Upside, they did help pay for a week of car rental.

Took my wifes car to Don Davis Body Shop to have two doors repaired due to damage I caused. I was greeted very friendly and quickly by the office and then the Estimator (Rick Beason)- Thur out the process Rick kept me informed everyday of the stages the repair of car was in. Car returned looking like we just bought it- cleaned in and out and two great looking doors and on time.

Best body shop around. I recommend them to everyone, they have never let us down. You can get it towed there anytime day or night.

Got rear ended on the highway and took my car here for repairs and Im so happy that I did. My car looks amazing now, even better than it did before the accident. I was emailed consistently on the repair status. 11/10 would definitely come here again.

My car look really good after they fixed it. My car was with them almost a month due to a part in back order. That is the only thing I did not like. Waiting for the part was well worth the wait because my car looks amazing!

Do not EVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! the only reason I give them one star is because they fixed the body parts, but did not even check the engine, or wheels, or ANYTHING else for damage. How can you not even take a car on a test drive to make sure everything is properly working? They are the WORST

Rick Beason has hands down been the most helpful person Ive ever done business with. He has gone above and beyond anything he is required to do. I would definitely recommend him, and this body shop to anyone. I will be going here for any kind of work I need done in the future.

I have used Don Davis body shop for years with great results in the past but this time after wrecking my 2016 F-150 with only 650 miles on it, I half to praise the way Rick Beaman handled my situation. This was a very difficult time for me and his professionalism and customer service was invaluable to getting my problem resolved. I will recommend them to anyone and I also letting my insurance company know that they should too.

This is the worst place to get your car repaired at! They have had my Nissan since December 2015 and I have been waiting for updates and call backs from my rep and rarely I get it. My car was supposed to be done on Friday and it is now a week later. He took almost a week to get my paperwork done and one last part to get installed. I dont understand the point in keeping my car this long. Do not come here find another collision center. Then he waits till 15 minutes before 6 on Thursday to say to pick up my car and we cant be late! Are you kidding me? It took you over a month to get my car ready when the appraiser said 9 days and this is how I get treated? You cant stay work late one day? Worthless....and imagine I still have to pay for this crappy service and I trusted he would take care of me. They dont even deserve one star.

I was hesitant to bring my car here because of all the negative reviews, but i am so glad I did. I found everyone to be very helpful, and they did good work. My car looks brand new, and they kept me updated through regular emails throughout the time they had my vehicle. I would definately recommend them.

Appointment set with adjuster for 1:30pm. I got here at 1:15pm to be sure I wasnt late. Receptionist told me the adjuster was at lunch but would be back in time for my appointment. 2:05pm still no adjuster. Unacceptable. Then the guy finally gets there and decides to wait on another customer that got there after us and probably did not even have an appointment. The whole time this guy was gone to his hour long plus lunch he never called in to tell the receptionist to let us know he was running late or anything. The receptionist was very nice and she was the only reason I considered not driving off while he was waiting on that other customer. But I did. I knew I wasnt going to be able to not say anything to him about it and figured after I did the estimate probably wouldnt be favorable. Back to one of the Vandergriff body shops I guess...

They returned a vehicle to me with only half the repairs done. they didnt bother to order replacement parts and just hoped Id miss the cracks in the body work and dents in the wheel. vehicle is less than a year old, no prior damage - had minor damage from a kid side swiping me. Absolutely no pride in their work. The labor must be like a sweatshop, and the management doesnt seem to care once they get the insurance check

Great service, auto body repairs and great service and people.

They did a really good job, but what REALLY impressed me is the way they took responsibility. Though they represent the dealership, when they couldnt get the replacement glass needed for my car for three months, they paid for my loaner car after my insurance company stopped. They didnt make any money on this deal but I will continue to be their customer.

Theyll try to rip you off. They wanted over 1200 dollars to repair a small dent and paint scratch on the decklid of my challenger. They said Id have to replace the stripes as well because of how close it is and needing to blend. I went to an independent body shop and had the work done for 175 dollars and didnt need my stripe replaced.

Horrible place i simply called to see what i need to bring in the car the dealership even told me everything was coverd and there manager acted rude berly wanted to answer my question and then hangs up on me while im talking horrible place horrible service will not recommend to no person.
