He was super polite and thorough with printing my booklet which I immensely appreciated as it was my first time printing this project Ive been working on for months. I highly recommend this Office Depot location for your needs due to how friendly and helpful the staff are. My family and I have been on a hunt for a desk for a long time. We found one at this location, the girl that works at the furniture department was very helpful and kind. She’s also very knowledgeable and even looked into other desks and locations for us. We purchased one at this store. She made it a great experience and also helped us along with other staff members at the store to carry the desk in our car. Thank you for the great experience. Walked in and was greeted by staff. They moved from a space down in the same mall. Cleaner, brighter and friendly staff.

I desperately needed a print and literally entered the store at the last minute. On request, the store employee politely obliged and let me in to take that print. I was out of there in 5 mins.

My experience this morning was incredible. Jackie is a great team player. I had a print job that I needed help formatting. Jackie helped me and was very customer friendly. Here I was thinking it was going to be complicated and Jackie made the process seem smooth and easy. This kind of help to start my day has made my day great!! Thank you Jackie 😊

Wish there was a way to pay for small copy & faxing jobs. I dont like to charge just 1.50 for a single fax

I could not even get my turn at print and copy because the employees were so overtasked with other jobs. While Im not happy that I couldnt get what I needed done, I dont think those workers are getting paid enough for the chaos thats going on back there. Bad management!

I needed the washroom after I found what I wanted, but bathroom stall was DISGUSTING! Is there even anyone assigned to do janitorial duties?

Very disappointed.I came there for HP printer cartridges. They were out of stock for at least 80% percentI questioned this and was told China makes the product and they are only sending a small amount of products

They returned the filing cabinet that missing parts. so I bought a 3 shelf cabinet . no assembled required

Came in to look for legal forms. They were out on the shelves so I was directed to an employee employee with a ponytail at print, who was happy to assist me. At first he needed a bit of assistance finding the document I was looking for, but a rather rude employee with messy, medium hair (Ben was his name I think) came in with much reluctance. He seemed immediately upset that he was being called on, and when his suggestions werent working he was getting frustrated at the ponytail employee instead. After we found the document the messy haired man stormed off and the man in the ponytail apologized profusely. He was able to print the document with surprising speed and the check out was very smooth. I really appreciated this gentlemans assistance, but the man with the medium hair has an attitude problem and seems like he would rather be somewhere else.

I tried coming in last weekend to look for some supplies, but no one was around to greet or help me. I saw three associates behind the copy & print counter mingling to themselves, but none of them even acknowledged me. I distinctly remember a young, skinny man look directly at me for a few seconds, then go back to ignoring me. What rude employees! Im taking my business elsewhere.

I went in to get a new office chair, and was surprised at the selection they had. Much better selection than Ikea. The store itself was clean and modern, and the staff was friendly and helpful. When I decided on a chair they brought it up from the back room. I had found the same chair on Amazon for about $40 less. I asked if they would price-match, and they did - that was an awesome bonus! The staff was friendly the entire time, and even offered to help load the box into my car.

I work on the same plaza so always stop by when I have computer questions or to get some supplies. Tim is usually the one who helps me with my technological questions and I am very appreciative of his expertise. The first time I had a major problem with my computer, he was very patient with trouble shooting. I trusted his opinion and ended up buying a laptop at the store mainly because of the trust Ive built for his advice after he helped me with my questions.

This store is always kept to a high level, and exceeds any of my expectations, the team is very friendly. Store is clean and always stocked well. All encapsulated in a modern persona makes it a shopping pleasure.

Not just for office supplies, stationary used in home and by school students are available here with superior quality and acceptable prices and has a good rewards programs free, 2% back is really great deal for a regular purchaser. Wide range of printers not seen in other places!

Had what I wanted at a good price, but it was 84 degrees outside and when you walked into the store it was very warm and stuffy to the point it was hard to breath. Maybe a little A/C would fix that problem!!
