We have been waiting for a Credit Memo to be emailed to the office for over a month. I have called both the office and Dominic but no one has returned our calls. This is an on going issue our dental office in Mount Prospect has had with Imperial Surveillance and their customer service. We are waiting for this be to resolved.

Because of his attention to detail, the actual installation went super smooth and according to plan!!Chris, and Dion were timely, professional, and walked me through the entire process the morning installation began. I am a community manager at a multilevel condominium association in Buffalo Grove. We worked with Imperial on a test bed system due to increasing package theft from our vestibules. Not only has this been a huge success for the community, but we caught our first culprit within months of installation. The police said the pictures/video we provided to them was the best looking they had ever seen!The staff at Imperial are courteous and knowledgeable. They never pushed their equipment on us and they were willing to work with the Association through a test system. Training on the programs was done via the phone and was easy to follow even for the less tech savvy.They are always available for questions and they have excellent customer service. I have recommended them to other Associations in Lake and Cook counties. I have worked with about a half dozen different companies offering similar services and this was the best and most reasonably priced out there.

I wish we could leave a 10-star for this outstanding company. They did an expert job of installing our system, and even integrated it with an existing system. When our digital interface was lost because of a computer crash and failed hard-drive, they restored the connection, guided us on the setup and even installed it on my smart phone. They are also spot-on with preventive maintenance visits, and they keep us up and running with software updates and other maintenance. Weve compared many other companies in this space, and even worked with one that was nothing short of incompetent and unresponsive to any requests. Our Building was in need of a very elaborate security system. I goggledand Imperial came up first!My Husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the price for a very upscale system that Mark Peregrym presented to us. He was extremely detailed and helpful with our needs. We signed and the system was completely installed in 2 weeks. The installation guys that came out were Dylan Reiff and Daniel G- I highly recommend them. We have a very large building with commercial and residential tenants so it was challenging for them not to inconvenience our tenants. They were FANTASTIC. Working with imperial surveillance was an exceptional experience. My salesman Joe was out for a free quote days after my call. He was very professional and explained the system into great detail. His quick response was part of the reason we decided to use imperial. Installers took less than two days to install. Didnt bother my wife and baby around the house while working. Hid wires adjusted cameras to our preferences. After install they showed us in detail how to use there system if there is any problems they have a 24 hour customer service to help you with anything. Imperial Surveillance did a great job from beginning to end. Up-front, the sales people were able to show me the best options to get my old (and non-functioning) CCTV system operational for the least cost possible. I should mention the old CCTV system was not something I bought from Imperial. They also gave me great options for how to upgrade it to gain better coverage of our facility. Their Installers were very knowledgeable and very efficient. The system they installed has been running for months now and I havent had any real issues with it.

Highly recommended for residential use. Imperial provides excellent customer service in all areas: sales, installation, as well as quick follow-up tech support. The equipment provided is state-of-the-art and easy to use. I love the surveillance system for security, to see who is/was at my door, as well as for identifying the annoying little critter that has been burrowing into my landscape.

Things couldnt have gone any smoother. They performed excellent work and were very attentive to my needs. I met with Joe on a Friday and he explained the packages he had along with showing me the quality of the video taken by their cameras. I was very impressed. I told him I would have to think it over so he gave me his business card along with his cell phone number. He also stated if I went with his company, installation could occur in about 2 weeks. The only issue I had was the 90-day warranty and the quarterly fee covering the equipment and labor. Joe and his supervisor quickly extended the warranty to 1-year and told me I could start paying the quarterly fee after the 1-year was up if I wanted to. After I signed the contract, I was pleasantly surprised to learn my installation would take place 5 days later. Joe and his installation crew arrived early and went over the installation plans. Joe stated he would call me when the installation was over to find out how if there were any problems. The crew worked tirelessly in the cold and their work was impeccable - not a wire in sight - and they did an excellent job of cleaning up any debris. After the installation, the crew installed the necessary software on my computer, tablet, and phone. After making sure I could operate the software on each device, they proceeded to show me how to record and export the recordings in the event I wanted to save them. Overall, I was very pleased with the work Joe and his installation crew performed. I will be highly recommending them to anyone in need of security cameras or alarms. They did an excellent job!!

Talk about great customer service!! we had a security camera system installed at our house, and they were absolutely wonderful in all phases- the price was competitive, the scheduling was convenient, the installation guys knew exactly what they were doing: they made sure to match the color of the cameras to the color of its surrounding, after the installation was complete, they walked me through the technical aspects of the DVR, and made sure I was satisfied with the whole system. I later called to have the system setup on my smart phone, so that I can view the cameras on my phone when away from home, and the proprietor of the business came to my house to set that up- how many businesses would have had the actual owner show up to do that kind of work! not many I would think. Just a great experience all around, and highly recommended.

We have worked with Imperial for many years. For the company that I work for, GoldMax/JS Enterprises had over 200 locations nationwide. 100 of them where local in the chicagoland area but then we also had other locations in other states & cities. From Atlanta, GA, all the way to Los Angeles, CA.Since we were in the Gold business we had to have the best security for our staff, customers and product that we purchased. Some of our system ranged from 4 cameras to 25 cameras. We have used Imperial to help us with our tech support and installations. They were always there to help us and able to give us the best advice.I would strongly recommend them as they were able help us even when we were opening 10 stores a month. Most companies would have slowed us down. Instead they worked at our pace and helped us with anything that needed.Give them a try! It is worth it.
