Terrible service. I have spent several hours in the last few days, the problem remains unsolved.

Very efficient and pleasurable experience. Everyone I spoke to or dealt with was well informed, helpful, and had great overall customer service. The activation took a little longer than it should but thats technology. The technician was patient and positive the whole time. The only downside was the pitch to upgrade equipment and services. I didnt need Ft. Knox so I turned it down and the technician was not pushy.

They lied in the door trying to get a sale. My alarm never worked. Day 2 I request to cancel the service and come get the equipment. 6 months later they call me everyday requesting payment. I talked to so many departments all the do is pass the calls. I informed them I am in and out the hospital and please fix the problem as of today nothing has been done.Bad Business.

Our guy Robert who installed our system was AWESOME! He was on time, explained everything very well and did a great job. We are feeling very safe, I hope we never have to use it. Thank you.. Getting Safe..

Short Version - I tossed him out of my home this evening and called the police to ensure he left.The sales guy showed up this evening to discuss a quote. We had called ADT for a quote and the folks on the phone were off-putting enough that we did not pursue the inquiry. They proceeded ​to stalk us over the weekend by phone and After calling from a different number this morning, my wife answered. The gal who called was apparently nice enough and offered a decent package, so we agreed to meet a technician for a little more information after work. Our mistake.He showed up with a toolbox​ and was rather insistent that our best decision would be to sign up right now versus talking to several providers and weigh our options. He also bad-mouthed a company with whom weve had a 20-year relationship.After an hour of decreasingly pleasant conversation and an ever changing price structure which started at $2,100 for equipment and wound up at ZERO, wed heard enough. We told him we were not going to do business whatsoever with him or ADT.Shortly thereafter I took his stuff and put it in a box for him and carried his toolbox outside. He had been told NO continuously for 30 minutes. He also never offered a business card, and repeatedly refused to write specifics in a manner which would offer the​ ability to compare it to another offering from a different vendor.He was busy screwing around outside our home and glaring up our driveway so we called the police department and asked them to send an officer.The company appears to be nothing but a bait and switch operation and apparently Im not the only one with this experience. They do not deserve a one-star review but Google does not allow for less. Yelp and Google reviews both paint a nasty picture for this company.Under no circumstances should you allow these people into your home. Theyre harmless enough at first, but exceptionally rude and insultingly thick in the end, with zero respect for your actual needs or desires. Thank you for letting us see your real colors so quickly.

I have never worked with a worse business in any field of service.Main points:- ran up a bill installing equipment I didnt want or need, never explaining price up front- said I need you to sign for the installation and put that electronic signature all over a contract we never discussed- would not present an invoice to reconcile differences in payments and credits, stating we do not do those- they will not let me cancel the service in spite of numerous attempts over almost two months- rude customer service, who in addition to punting to a loyalty department that never actually calls, says things like I cannot cancel for no reason, like you thinking you paid too much.

I want to thank Jason for his time and thorough understanding of the system to guide my husband and I through the learning process. He was patient with us and showed commitment to the product and the east of its use. He also recommended alternative solutions that would better suite our needs. We are very happy with our decision.

I havent much to say other than the installer was very nice and he took the time to explain all of the product features to me. He watched to see if I really understood before he left. So overall he was fantastic.

- They did not explain that there would be a significant difference in billing because we want to use our cell line.- The installation specialist just kind of showed up and started drilling holes, then broke down the costs. Way overpriced. He was nice enough to toss in some free sensors when he saw that things were going south, so they earn one star for that.- READ THE FINE PRINT OF YOUR CONTRACT. The cancellation terms are buried deep and very unfair. Make sure youre comfortable with them. We are not, and now were stuck. We may involve our lawyer.- They sent us very generous promotion terms 2 weeks after we had our system installed. They wouldnt offer them to us, which is kind of a dick move but fine, were not technically new customers. Getting them to just stop mailing us these offers was like pulling teeth. Customer service was incredibly rude to my wife.- We know the system works... because they made a mistake. Our installation specialist told HQ to activate our account a few hours after he left to give him time to finish the installation, but HQ activated right away. After he left, the police showed up. I was very frustrated - I dont like wasting the time of people who have much better things to do.

I am very satisfied with the service I received when I got my service installed. I was called and emailed and texted the time they would arrive, and the installer arrive on time, he explain everything about the alarm system, cleaned up before leaving made sure I knew how to turn on and off the alarm . He was very friendly and kind and made me feel safe about the installation.

The installation went very well, the technician was very knowledgeable, he was a very nice young man. He was very friendly and helpful. He answered my questions did an outstanding job.

Very reliable and timely. Professional in work and installation. Explained all we needed to know so as to make the desision to come on board w/ ADT. Thank You. Sir. Anthony sold ADT.

The Technician/sales Rep, was friendly and knew his stuff. it was a big job it took time, much longer that I thought it would take. But he didnt even stop for lunch. I have someone coming out today to take out some of the kinks of the new system
