We have visited this place to buy a king size mattress. The customer service is really great and I specially thank Adam for providing excellent information on every product that falls with in our budget and gave valuable suggestions on each of them. Adam clearly explained the deals and discounts that were trending at the time of purchase. The Delivery was made on time and installation was very smooth. We are completely satisfied with the service. I strongly recommend this place.

I had a specific need and called the AH mattress firm clearance center. Adam answered and he was able to get me a great deal and a box spring and frame for me the next day. He was knowledgeable and worked quickly. I am definitely coming back to purchase a new mattress soon.

Nothing particularly impressive. Its a mattress store. Salesman was a good guy, seemed reasonably knowledgeable. Lead time for orders seems ridiculous. Almost 5 weeks for a bed and frame, 6 weeks for a queen sized pillow and 4+ months for a king sized pillow!UPDATE: New bed was supposed to be delivered today (Sunday) between 3:30 & 5:30. It is now 6:44. I understand delays happen. No problem with that. But maybe someone should invent a technology that would allow a delivery team to communicate with customers when they are going to be over an hour late! Oh wait, its called a cell phone!!

Ive never had a great experience shopping for a mattress until 2 days ago when I visited this location on a whim right after moving into my new apartment. Prior to coming into the mattress store, my girlfriend and I have spent countless hours reviewing and researching mattresses online. I was thinking about getting a rolled up mattress mailed to our new home out of convenience sake. So, although the bed frame didn’t work out, it had some defaults in my particular instant, they gave me a new bed frame. This was really nice because I’m a college student just trying to get by. The second one broke and I was fully refunded. This was such a relief because I was worried I wouldn’t get a refund and I’d be without a bed frame. My husband and I purchased a mattress over this past weekend and worked with Eric T. Eric made the process easy and really listened to what we were looking for. He gave us our time and privacy to discuss each mattress as we tried it. We could tell he genuinely wanted us to get a mattress we would be happy with for serval years to come. Eric explained all of our options for financing and what promotions they had going on at the store. When we finally chose our mattress, it was a little after 8pm when the store closed. My wife had done some research and we ended up at Back To Bed because they sold the higher-end beds that we were seeking. We were greeted by Mike who has been in the business for many years. He wasnt pushy, but he was knowledgeable and he was available to answer our questions. My wife is a light sleeper, so having a comfortable bed is very important so she gets a good nights sleep. A happy wife is a happy life! It was a no-rush experience. We ended up spending more than I originally planned, but purchased a king size BeautyRest mattress and foundation with a 20 year warranty. Mike also honored a coupon that reduced our price by $150. We purchased the bed on Tuesday night and the bed was delivered and set up on Thursday, as he promised. All in all, it was a great experience and I highly recommend.
