We had a great experience shopping at Mattress Firm! Everyone we talked to was very knowledgeable and patient thorough the selection process. So much so that we recommended the location to family members. We ended up purchasing a Purple mattress after learning about and experiencing a wide variety of mattress types sold in the store. Would recommended the experience to anyone in need of a new mattress.

I had a positive experience buying a mattress here. They were able to match pricing of other stores and in some cases even reduce the cost of some products and services we were interested in buying. Chris was outgoing, a pleasure to work with, and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in buying. While I mainly bought a new mattress so a woman Im seeing would be more inclined to sleep over instead of sharing my twin. I am excited to see how much better of sleep I can get with my new purple hybrid premier 3. Ive wanted to try it for a long time and finally had a reason to spend the money on it. Chris said its so popular he sells one at least every other day and everyone Ive talked to said they love their purple mattress. Looking forward to a better nights sleep.

April 2021 moved and started my journey looking to find a mattress that had the comfort, cooling, and sale my previous mattress shopping experience had. Mattressfirm came to the rescue 4 months later providing relevant information from 2 wonderful sales guys. No pressure, led me to 2 stores that narrowed down the best mattress for the best price. I purchased my first mattress with Edgar at the Arlington Heights location. He made the process very simple and easy for me. I didn’t know much about the different types of mattresses but he explained it very well and let me test them out. He was very patient and gave me great recommendations. I love the tempur-pedic pillow he recommended. I used it for the first time last night and it’s a total game changer!!

The salesman Edgar is just amazing when talking about customer happiness and good experience.He really knows about the products and is very helpful to give explanations and support for customer taking the best choice in a purchase.the mattress for testing and viewing could have an extra cleaning and care. but generally the store is also nice.

Was helped by a wonderful gentleman by the name of Adam. The store was clean, the salespeople masked, and it felt like it was a completely safe environment. This was the 2nd store we went to to look at mattresses. Adam helped us immediately. We already knew what type of mattress we were looking for and he showed us a few options. We were hesitant due to sticker shock but Adam got us a really good deal! The scheduled delivery was on time and they were able to install the adjustable base and mattress in less then 15 minutes!

Walked in not expecting to purchase a mattress today but with the help of Haley and her answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable buying the mattress she thought was good for my price range! My husband and I had a very good experience here. We came in on the Saturday before Memorial Day. The salesman was very informative and attentive without being pushy. We told him what we wanted and our price range and we got exactly what we asked for. The price for the bed we were looking at was originally over a thousand dollars but they were having a half off sale. The queen bed we wanted was $699 but that was still out of our budget. But he worked with us (dont be afraid to haggle guys! Its like buying a car! Dont take the sticker price!) and we ended up getting the mattress, box spring, mattress protector, bed frame (a nice one with head board and foot board), 4 pillows, sheet set with fitted sheet, top sheet and pillowcases, a blanket, and free delivery and setup all for about $850 bucks which left us with enough money to buy a rug next door at Ross. It was such an easy going experience and even the two guys who delivered the bed (on Memorial Day) and set up the bedframe were nice, funny, and professional. Overall pleasant experience and didnt go over my budget at all. I was previously looking at getting a bed from the flea market and a frame from Ikea! I did the math and it wouldnt have come out that much cheaper and I wouldve had to move my own stuff up to the 3rd floor and also assemble it myself. This was much better. Very pleased with Sleepys

This place is kind of quirky you thinking you’re going to go in there and get a deal on a mattress the only deals they have on mattresses are use the ones that doesn’t make any sense so plan on spending $2000 before you even walk in the door I’m sorry but no mattress in this world is worth $2000
