Rob and the crew at Just Tires Arl Hts are the best. Theyve solved some issues that other service shops couldnt figure out. The whole crew is courteous and more importantly, knowledgeable. I know I can count on a straight answer and a quality job every time I go to them. Yesterday when I was there to pick up my car, I saw Rob handle a clearly impatient customer like a real pro. By the time the customer left he was just thanking everybody and was obviously a happy customer. Very impressive. I definitely recommend these guys on Rand Rd !

Just Tires is our go-to for any issues with our cars. They are always pleasant and honest. Recently my front tire was making a horrible noise so I brought it in for inspection. They took the time to see what was going on and cleared the debris from the wheel that was causing the problem and checked my other wheels to make sure they were okay. They didnt charge for the service. How many places can you find that do that? If you ask for a cup of water somewhere they charge you a dollar and these fellas took time out of their schedule and fixed an issue for nothing. I highly recommend them.

Given my car for breaks testing. Suggested to change only front wheel rotor and break pads. I paid $345 to change the rotor and break pads. But still breaks not fixed correctly. Next day I went and asked them that it’s not fixed and breaks not working properly. I asked them to test at least but they are not ready to do test drive also. Very poor service.

Honest, hardworking and straight forward.I have taken my vehicles to Steve at Just Tires for a few years now. It was mostly been oil changes and simple stuff and they have always done a great job and the price is fair. I really like that they will look to see if they have any special coupons to use.Recent visit was for an SUV for Oil change and the brakes were squealing and making a rattling sound when accelerating. Currently have 50k miles and I figured it was time for a brake job and the heat shield needed to be fixed/ replaced. I dropped the SUV off and was ready for the $1000 charge. Much to my surprise when they called they said brakes still had at least 50% left and no need to change them. I was told the heat shield was loose but it was near some fuel lines and they did not feel comfortable working on it. I thought I was going to have to make a trip to a full auto shop but they said they recommend the CarX next door and would bring it over to them for me.The Guys at CarX walked over picked up my SUV and looked it over. They realized it was something simple and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. The manager said there would be no charge. They could have easily told me it was going to be $200 and I would have accepted that as I knew that heat shields can be a problem.What I thought was going to be over a $1000 job ended up only being an oil change. They could have said I needed the work but instead were honest and that says volumes to me on the professionalism and overall integrity of both shops.The honest and integrity of those men and the shops they work for has earned my future business.

I had a flat tire and driving with a spare, to my luck the tire i needed replaced was no where to be found. After calling about 10-15 tire shops and dealerships no one had the exact tire brand and size i needed. Not a single sales person that answered the phone tried to help me find it until i called Just tires in Arlington Heights. Steve answered the phone and after hearing about my struggles, he didn’t hesitate and offer to call and locate tire i needed. Sure enough within 5 minutes he called me back and had tire sent to his shop same day! Unbelievable to me when no one else could help me! I live walking distance from Just Tires and bought 4 new tires from them two years ago.Today, I stopped by with my bike and asked if they could put air in one of my tires. They said they dont deal with bike tires. Really? Go figure!!I walked across the parking lot to Car-X Tire & Auto and was immediately met with employees who were more than happy to give me some air.Guess where Ill be going for tires next time........What ever happened to being a good neighbor?

I definitely recommend going to this location!! I stopped in the other day for a tire pressure check, not knowing what I needed to do and having a sleepy toddler in the car, the manager (Robert) made sure that it was checked and had us on our way in no time. He was very friendly and very knowledgable. Definitely going back!

Had my tires changed yesterday. Steven was really great. Very honest straightforward and on time. We scheduled an appointment over the phone. The whole thing took under an hour. Highly recommended place. One of the best I’ve ever been to. And that’s a lot to say for an auto tire place. Most places I’ve been to try to sneak in extra charges for miscellaneous fees. The price they quoted me was the price I paid.

4 pm on a Friday Rob and Max got me in right away for a tire that picked up a nail and was going flat. They got me fixed and back on the road in record time. All the stars for Rob and Max !

Had to get an alignment and new tire on my car after my husband hit a curb pretty hard in the rain. I called in and talked to Dave who said I could bring the car right over and they would get me right in. When I got there the manager rob got me right in the shop like they said they would. He had the tech check for any additional damage that my husband may have done and they had the new tire on and alignment done very quickly. They also put the spare away for me. Im definitely going back, my son loved the fish tank in the waiting area too!

I called this morning to make an appointment to install my OE tires onto a set of OE wheels today. The person I talked to asked for type of vehicle and books me for 4:30 this afternoon. I leave work early to make sure Im not late for my appointment. Upon my arrival one of the employees takes my wheel out to take a look at it and puts it on the pavement to be scratched while checking to see if its aftermarket. After telling him numerous times that its original wheel, he states that hes going to have to decline working on my car due to the size. Why didnt they decline when I made my appointment and asked for what type of car I have? I immediately called Discount Tire afterwards and they laugh hysterically how Just Tires cant work on my vehicle. Luckily they were able to schedule me later that day. Go figure, the one and only time I take my car to someone else but Discount Tire and I have a horrible experience. Upon my arrival at Discount Tire, not only were they more professional, they were swamped with customers. This just proves Discount Tire is the place to go to.

Got 4 new tires installed and the alignment checked today at Just Tires Arlington Heights. The price was fantastic, the service was amazing. Had a nail in one of my BF Goodrich A/Ts, and they took me as a walk in. Considering I didnt have an appointment, they were able to get it fixed and turn around the repair in less than an hour!Some tire damage is inherently unrepairable based on where it is, but I would definitely come back for any tire service!

I was in a pinch after a flat tire and with only an hour before their closing time they were able to replace my tire and get it back on my car with no problems. It was awesome that they had my tire size in stock. What impressed me most, they took the time to put my spare and all the jack parts back in their place. Its the small things I love. I left a mess and they were sweet and cleaned it up. Great service!!

I’ve been going to Just Tires for over 10 plus years and never had any bad experience whatsoever. They always have great service. I had an issue with a tire, I called and spoke to Rob he said they would like at it right away. I brought my car in and I was in and out within the hour and it was fixed!! Was there on Monday...July 8. They did oil change..about 55 for the special oil... THEN. When doing my free tire rotation they found I had a BIG problem with my back left tire. The tire was wearing away on the inside. I have to get the alignment rods etc fixed then get a new tire..maybe from them. Rob knows his stuff.

I highly recommend going down the street to discount tires. Customer service is 10x better. Theyll have you out the door quicker. Prices are much cheaper. Dont go here and be disappointed. Head a few miles down the road to discount tires. You wont be disappointed.

I went in for a simple flat tire at 8 am on Saturday and Gus the Manager RUDLY told me they cant get it done till 5pm. I was the only one there, isnt this a tire shop? I went somewhere else and was kindly serviced within a hour. Dont patronize this place for any service I recently moved here and was looking for a neighborhood place and this Manager and establishment isnt it I assure you I have been in customer service for 45 years !

Gus the manager is always great to deal with! Gives it to you straight and I never have to worry about being sold things I don’t need. They are usually super busy so probably best to make an appointment. I don’t mind waiting a little longer when I have piece of mind from a shop I can trust!

Thomas Littledale helped me. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. He gave me tire replacement options, comparisons to all top rated brands, even explained tread variations pros/cons. This man knows his products. Selection is wide while prices are kept competitive. The crew also checked on my air filters. I didnt ask them to but its like they read my mind. My little girl has allergies so I had them replace my filthy air filters plus clean/disinfect all air vents. Today Im pleasantly surprised to find out JustTires does much more than just tires, in your next ad you should put that up. Ill be back here to also replace my breaks soon. These guys are great and honest! I had a tire pressure sensor that I thought was faulty but turned out to be okay and still functional. They retrained my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) and I was on my way twenty minutes later. Thank you Rob for the quick and knowledgable service, Ill start getting my oil changes here for both cars as well!

I went here for a wheel alignment and it took over 2 and a half hours. The technician went to test out the wheel alignment and came back with car parts. Why use customer vehicles to run errands. Just do the wheel alignment and give it back please. Avoid this place at all cost.

OMG, If I could give this place a 0 review I would went in for a simple flat repair on my Escape and Gus the manager told me they couldnt do it to try next store ?? They had one car in their bays and three guys that I say standing around ? Doesnt sound like good customer service. They lost mine after 5 years ! Funny thing is a guy walked in with the same problem on a Range rover and they wouldnt take care of him and we both went next store to a different place of business. This management is the worst lasy bunch of people and loosing customers left and right as I hear !

Guy behind the counter had a very bad attitude with me, I was trying to look through the window to see what they were doing to MY car and he kept insisting i sit back down. The guys actually working on the car were very nice.

They broke my wheel lock key while doing a rotation. This means the matching lug nuts are garbage too. They wouldnt replace the key and lug nuts for me. The best he offered was the tire rotation service at no charge.Was a regular customer, but now never going back.

Not happy! Visited this location to get my tires filled up, after having got my tires from a different Just Tires location. They told me I couldnt fill my tires with regular air and had to deflate each tire and refill with nitrogen for $10/tire. Only to find out that this was completely unnecessary and a scam! My tires didnt need to be filled with nitrogen. Will not be returning.
