My Honda Accord was havingbrake issues and i had to take it to the Honda Dealer where they recommended to replaceall the parts ( Calipers, Ball bearing, Brake pads, etc ) related to my brakes with an exorbitant charge.Then I googled this place and drove my car. Eric who spoke with me was really friendly andhelpful. They just Cleaned and lubricated the parts and they were able to rectify the brake issues without even replacing any of the parts .I justpaid for the service alone which made me very happy . After service the brakes works really fine.I really appreciate their professional support and clearly explaining the issues with photos of the parts which are damaged.

I recently received a flyer in the mail and thought I would try it out. This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. I took my SUV in for an oil change. Upon arrival they quickly pulled my car in and began service. They even replaced my wipers that I purchased elsewhere. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Very professional team.

The men were so helpful, insightful, kind. They did not know removing a mouses nest in my cabin filter would go. Long story short, they may have had to take out the dashboard. They did an incredible job, made sure everything was clean, smelled good again because that dead mouse did a number on my nose hairs, and they thanked me for my business which is refreshingly imperatively reflective of their personalities and kindness. Great job! Excellent diagnostic service and communication. I brought in my BMW X3 and they did a great job identifying things that needed to be fixed including changing the drive belt (old one was original with 85,000 miles) and other needed repairs. They sent pictures of any issues after the diagnostics so it was clear what work needed to be done. I will be back.

I took my 1998 Mercedes SL500 in for a suspension upgrade using my own supplied parts. Eric was extremely nice when speaking on the phone and ver professional when I came in to drop off my car.While checking me in, Justin, the mechanic that serviced my car, came out and greeted me. He grabbed the keys and brought the vehicle into a service bay and put it on a lift. After a few minutes, he called me out to the shop and went over everything that he inspected and covered what his game plan was. I asked him some questions about other work I was planning on doing and he was very honest in voicing his opinion about what needed to be done versus a why bother doing it.I know my way around cars, especially this one. I take it to a pro if the job is too complex for my shadetree mechanic ways. He did not try to feed me unneeded services, he did not try to convince me that additional work needed to be done, he just focused on the bits that were causing the issues (valve cover gaskets and rear differential mounts).All in all, I am extremely pleased with this place. Honest, nice, timely, and trustworthy. They even got me an Uber ride home after I dropped my car off. Thanks Eric and Justin!PS, as far as pricing goes, the rate is $140/hr. While I would not say that is cheap, it is Mercedes service. Unfortunately, with these cars, you have to pay to play. And its cheaper than the dealership.

Eric and Justin! You guys are awesome! Front office is clean and well lit. The shop area is as clean an auto shop that I have ever seen. Eric never made me feel like i was being upsold on things. Eric is so easy to talk to in person, over the phone or via text. Communication is 5 stars! Work is always done on time as promised. I got a free ride back to my house and was picked up as well from my house back to the shop. I had a power steering rack replaced using my extended warranty and Eric dealt with that terrible company for days and got the work done on my car. Justin is a PROFESSIONAL. Justin is the best. Dealing with Justin made me feel like I’ve known him for a long time. Each time I had work done, Justin would take the time to take me to my car and show and explain to me what’s going on and what he’ll do. I can see that Justin really cares about the quality of work he does and it shows. Eric and Justin were more than accommodating when i had to replace my exhaust system. They allowed me to have the part that I bought be shipped directly to the shop. It was a big heavy box that contained a full cat back exhaust. The guys at the shop received it and stored it until the day I can get my car in for them to install it. Cat back exhaust system was installed perfectly! Recently, I had some knocking noise coming from the front drivers side and after another shop took 2 hours to make a WRONG diagnosis...Justin and Eric took 20 minutes to find the culprit and fix it. I am so glad that this shop is so close to me because I wouldn’t go anywhere for my cars now. This is my go to shop. I wold refer Real Autohaus (Eric and Justin) to everyone I know without reservations. Come here with your car and you will be taken care of with respect and honesty. The best!

Service is everything and Real Autohaus knows service!! Check engine light was on and I brought it here. They went above and behind, fixed the issue and found another issue and found that the second item was under warranty with the manufacture AND schedule the appointment for me AND brought it there AND brought it back, and all of this was just part of their service at no extra charge. Prices were incredibly fair and the team there was very friendly. They even offered to pay for an Uber to come pick me up if I could not make it back to the shop to pick up the car. Will recommend to everyone and will come back.

Came in for a simple oil change....left with a “possible oil leak” said Eric. Before I left they asked if they would like a quote on that repair...I declines because I have never had this issue before and wanted a second opinion. Next day I got a text from the guy who changed oil checking in on a OIL CHANGE?! weird. Next few days I noticed oil on my garage floor..Took it to someone I could trust to find out that 1. The oil bolt was so loose it was taken out by hand2. There was also red gasket in the the bolt indicating it was stripped and some one attempted to fix itAlso had no oil left....End of story my guy said to not go back to this place. They saw a girl by herself and saw an opportunity make some extra money..So thanks Eric.

Took my Mercedes there for repairs and I’m glad I did. Tbh I think it’s actually better than going to the dealership. Prices are fair and comparable to dealership, but these guys will update you every step of the way. They even sent me pics of where potential problems could be. And sent me pics of replaced parts and compared the with the new part.

2011 Audi A5The Mechanic was very friendly and informative. Showed me what he was working on and how to identify when it needed to be replaced. Did not hard press me for all my brake pas to be done at one time.Front desk offered a ride from my job. (not one to work so no point but still nice) I had the district manager follow up after my visit, which was a very nice touch.reason why they did not score higher.1. The price on the parts were marked up. Being a shop they should be getting them for cheaper. Classic major chain shop tactic. Went to auto zone and took a look for the most expensive brakes you can buy and they are still cheaper... (For my car)2. They charged me $41.45 for shop supply and disposal fees... Really to change two rear brakes pads/disks? Would have rather took my materials with me and dropped them off at a scrap yard were they give you money... I mean give me the fluid and ill drop it off at a parts store for FREE. (Fluids not a big deal it only costed $1.50)3.Lastly they charged me for two hours of labor... for just a rear brake job. They should take half the time. Maybe if they never did a brake job before...4. On my invoice it says a set of front brake pads were purchased but I got the rear worked on... (smaller thing but had to note for when looking for professional qualities)I work on my own cars for the most part, so its no big surprise I was disappointed. I didnt want to work on my Audi since I dont have a device to reset any of the codes...My suggestion to you?If you are in a pinch or are illiterate when it comes to mechanic or lastly just have money to spare. I can recommend this place. Otherwise, fine a local shop and build a relationship with your mechanic.

I moved and due to distance was in need for a oil and service place more local to me now. I did have few other experiences prior to this around the area but not satisfied with each. I saw Autophaus received some decent reviews and location was perfect. They went extra steps with a number of things at my services. They were helpful and did not try to push any extras they just made me aware of options and services needed in near future. There was talk of upgrading but not pushy and were honest when it it was not needed. Very fair and decent price for oil change. Will be my go to place for future oil changes or other small maintnence needs.

Great guys, they helped me out on my land rovers blower motor. Prices were way better than the dealer and 3 years warranty. Inspection was free and they also got me a loaner car since my car took longer than expected. Wish they had better parking situation tho.
