Juan the owner of the shop did an amazing job on three of my cars he fixed my sons car top to bottom and got it ready in time for his return from Dayton university and it passed the Ed missions test with flying colors he also repaired my car brakes and tires and my husband’s I highly recommend his shop he is honest respectful and pricing is affordable thank you for everything you do for our family all my future business will be at your shop

Juan is very kind and was able to get me an appointment last minute! He did a full pre-buy inspection in only about half an hour and it also wasn’t much money. Lastly he wrote up everything the car needed and I was able to use that in negotiations at the dealership. Thank you!

We were in town on a long vacation trip and on the first cold day we found that our heat wasn’t working. I saw all the positive reviews for First Point and gave them a call late in the afternoon and was able to get in the following morning. In less than 2 hrs. We were on our way again with working heat. The communication during the repair with updates as to the progress of the their work was commendable and at no time did I feel that I was being sold something that wasn’t needed.
