Worked with Vanessa Adame at Arlington Nissan to purchase a used MINI Cooper Countryman and it was an efficient experience. Im a no-nonsense customer, straight-forward negotiator and have little patience for wasting time. Though I had to wade through all the usual dealership tactics - add-on fees, waiting around while the manager in the back room provided any price adjustments, Vanessa was adept at steering the sales process to a final agreement and she did her best to push the paperwork side of things for a speedy close. In this sellers market, Vanessa and the gang at Arlington Nissan are doing all they can to maximize their profits, as anyone would expect. But the team was pleasant and I feel I got a decent deal on a good car considering the challenges of the used car market.

After looking hard for a specific make and model (and working hard for my money) I found the car I wanted at the price I wanted with the lowest mileage I had seen anywhere else at Arlington Nissan. It sounded too good to be true so I decided to check it out. It was definitely worth the hour drive from my home and I’m really glad I made the trip. I called and they had it ready for me at the front when I got there. Andres was ready to go, very happy to let me test drive it. Overall the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Down to the music that was playing. I felt very comfortable and they were very accommodating. They answered all my questions and Zack gave me a good deal and some great advice too.
