I had an absolutely great experience with a fun and knowledgeable staff today. They took all the stress that normally comes from a visit to a cell phone store and made it disappear within minutes. Thanks again for all the help everyone!

I went in yesterday to switch to US Cellular from another provider and was blown away by the professionalism of the staff, the affordability of services, and how quickly everything got done! When we arrived a staff member beat us to the door and held it open for my family and I. That impressed me! We felt like VIP customers walking in the door. We had no wait at all, and we were seated. I told the woman I would like to start prepaid services and get a cheap phone. She didnt try to push me to get a contract phone, a more expensive phone than I wanted, or anything. She got me EXACTLY what I wanted and was super fast and efficient! While she was setting it up she was talking with my 8 year old son and showed him a cool trick on the swivel chair. He was so entertained that I hadnt have a single problem out of him. Hes a rowdy kid, hes hard to keep calm! I was SO amazed by her speed and efficiency. It couldnt have been but 15 minutes and $60 and I walked out with a nice new phone, full service, and a huge smile! I dont know why I didnt do this a long time ago! Thank you guys SO much!

Everyone is incredibly friendly!! Nathan i believe is who we delt with directly. He went way beyond above and beyond!! Our car was in the parking lot stuck in park come to find out our brakes somehow got disconnected. He went out got underneath our car and fixed it for us. And before we figured it out he even offered to give us a ride home! Nathan you are amazing and thank you to the other workers who tried to help as well!!

Agent was fine but U S Cellular site is misleading on their phone pricing.

They have done nothing but screw me told me a price my bill would be every month and it has been 50 dollars or more higher every month my suggestion would be to keep driving at&t is right up the road and at least you will pay what they agree to and not 50 to 100 more every month on top of that we have the worst service ever
