First off, most places just ask you to give your personal review for a discount or chance at winning something. This place TELLS you to leave a 5 star review.. So Im changing mine to a 1 star. Took 2 weeks to get my part in after saying 3 days. Got my grandsons phone fixed finally and now the mic isnt working on his phone, nothing wrong with it when I took phone in to them! So he still cant use his phone.Had my screen fixed here, and now it doesnt let me swipe correctly and does random stuff on its own like opening n closing apps, even if Im using one! Waste of money on 2 phones I had them REPAIR!!!!! Plus lack of communication here. Will not recommend to any one

I got my phone screen fixed here a month ago because my screen would come on but, wouldnt allow touch. I have since had nothing but issues out of my phone. it makes random calls, clicks on things without being touched, the screen cracked in less than two weeks. Ive had this phone for three years and have never had these issues. Ive even had the screen fixed previously and had no problems. Im extremely frustrated with this experience and the phone screen now needs to be replaced a second time now that half the screen no longer responds to touch. I work full time and have a child and I rely heavily on this device ad its so aggravating that i cant use it at all without having it glitch out completely

Absolutely horrible customer service, definitely do not recommend using this place. I took my sons iPhone X to get his screen repaired...I had called ahead to ask about price’s, I was told it would be around $200 to get the screen replaced, waited over 45 minutes just to speak to someone in person, whoever the lady was that came to “help” me was unreasonably rude for no reason....when it was all said and done I paid over $300 for my sons screen to be fixed, only to get the phone back and not be satisfied with job, screen is not working properly, there are several black spots that have no lighting at all....DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, YOU WILL REGRET IT

I have used Smart Repair several times on personal phones and company phones and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their services.

I had them repair my phone screen the prices we discussed over the phone were completely different than in person over a $60 difference. When I picked my device up there was a spot in the middle of the screen that was messed up and my face recognition wouldnt work so after bringing these issues up before even leaving the store the woman behind the counter proceeded to tell me they arent machinesThey offered to put my old screen on and still charged me for doing that!!

Went to get my screen fixed. Called ahead of time they told me it was gonna be $200. When I got there they fixed my screen and told me it was gonna be $300! Then I looked at the new screen it was dented and all the functions wasnt working correctly. Told the lady and she was very rude. Told me that they arent perfect. Then charged me $25 to put my broke screen back on. This is the worst place ever. They are very rude and liars! DO NOT GO TO THEM!

Tried getting my phone fixed here. If I didnt know left from right, I would have thought they did a good job. After I caught the woman in a lie the 3rd time, I asked that they give me my phone back with the broken screen back on it and they still charged me for their work! Haha wow! What a business model.... This place is owned by liars who will pirate your money. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SCREEN REPAIR!!!

Liars.I know what phone repair is, my buddy owns a phone store in Florida. This place quoted the wrong price over the phone and sold me something different. iPhone XS Max screen repair was supposed to be Apple oem and the serial was supposed to be loaded to the screen so the True Tone would work. They sold me a cheap lcd that had an indent in the middle of the screen because they didn’t tighten the shield plate all the way. They charged me for the more expensive screen and if i wasn’t savy I wouldn’t have known. This place will truly rip you off . I’m a tech geek this place is horrible stay away .

I have had several phones fixed at Smart repair and have always had great service with a quick turn around. Same day service on two iphones and the only one that took a while was an older out of date galaxy s4. They told me this screen would have to be ordered and it took a few days. Then 3 weeks later that screen started to go un responsive and smart repair said to bring it and they will put another new on it and the phone has worked great ever since. I Highly recommend this place.

Dont come here if you are a Android user. Very slow service most of the time most of the people their dont know what their doing. They first told me it only took two days for the screen to come in. Then they told me it would be a week. A week later and we still dont have it.
