Does anyone wondering why we can not rate 0 star on Google Map? First 1 star I ever rate on Google Map. The pharmacy employee manager Lam had a awful attitude, yelling at me in the store. I will not attempt to this store ever again.

Super inefficient place. First there are 25 people here waiting for their prescriptions and it looks like they have been here for hours. But even worse than the slow service, my prescription was phoned in 3 hours ago but they say they dont even start working on it until you come in. Thats right they dont even start working on your prescription until you walk in so basically there is now reason to have your order called in. And when I came in there was a line for drop off of 30 minutes. Finally they said it would be an hour wait and it took all over 2 hours

CVS promotes checking history for medical allergies.This CVS has a record of my medical allergy and regularly prescribes the wrong medicine. Each time, I have to call back to have it replaced. They verify that a note is on my records, but do not change thier practices.

The lady who answers the phone at the pharmacy is very rude and condescending. I dont know who she is because she never introduces herself. She should be fired!This place is also very slow whether you pick up or have your meds delivered. I asked to have my meds delivered 4 days ago and I still havent gotten it. AVOID THIS BRANCH!

A very BAD temper pharmacist called Wilson workinh right here， which is absolutely arrogant and not willing to help the patient，he speaks so Ruled and UNfriendly， I dont know why he wants to be a pharmacist if he did not want to help the patient.

The people in the pharmacy were very impatient, even I asked politely for sending a form to my family doctor to change a prescription...

One of the best CVS stores around. They carry most everything in inventory that CVS has. Highly recommend for any the thing youre looking for. The only thing they wont have will be the white enamel grab bar. I got the last one.

We shouldnt have to wear these masks anymore. Were going to get health problems. Carbon monoxide poisoning. And Im sick of it. I havent been sick all year absolutely ridiculous.

The store employee, Eden, is really an excellent worker. She knows how to help and sell cvs membership. She is so patient and friendly. I found out that she is completely different from some employees in other cvs stores nearby. Best wishes to her in her career with cvs.

I went to this pharmacy for the first time on April 2, 2017 due to the urgent care that I went to stating that they were the only CVS that would fill the prescription per my insurance. I literally waited at least 40 minutes in line. There were two women working the line but they just seemed to have no sense of urgency; despite how long the line was. One of the women named Kanya, left the drop off line and started taking people from the pick up line. I asked her if she could work both lines; one at a time to get the drop off line down. She commented; Im working the pick up line. Well, I already knew that. That was the reason for my suggestion. Then I went to the main register at the front of the store and there were at least 10 people in line up there. Management REALLY needs to get this store in check. Improvement is GREATLY NEEDED!

CVS is remodeling the store which means chaos in finding anything now, but at least they are open and have a fairly large selection for a CVS, even if less now than this location used to have.

The pharmacist tech just went out of her way to find multiple medication on other CVS stores so my daughter can get better. Thank you so much.

Went in to buy a charger last night. Read a sign and advertisement price of 5.99. Grabbed the charger and got in line. Rang up as 14.99 and I notified manager ERIC that I saw 5.99. He went over to the rack and saw 5.99 as well and when he got back to the register he said oh well, it’s 14.99 sorry. I then explained I’ll buy it and leave but if it’s defective for this price can I bring it back. He said yeah charge your phone up and bring it back got damn people. I was in awe of his response I had my 10yr old daughter with me and how we were treated was beyond crazy.

Lazy and very rude customer service.

Every time I got a prescription filled they tried to charge me full price even though I had their prescription plan. The last time I went I left without one of my prescriptions because they would not give me the price they had promised when I bought their plan. When I got in line for the prescription, there were 18 people in line before me. I asked the pharmacist why the line was so long. He said the company did not want to hire enough staff to accommodate the need.

I tried to call this pharmacy to ask about my son’s prescription-I was held for more than 20 minutes and still no one answered my phone call. This is really bad service...

January 30, 2020, at 4 PM, went to pickup a refill. The pharmacy staff and the pharmacist were unfriendly and arrogant. Not a pleasant experience. I only gave a star because Google does not allow you to post comments without at least one star--they dont deserve one.

Long lines that move very slowly. Be prepared to stand in line for 20+minutes because there is no self-checkout.

DONT ever use this stupid pharmacy. The stupid philippino lady that works here requires 2 forms of I.D. just to pick up non-controlled medication. She acts like any loss is coming out of her purse.

Very rude and hast lost prescription orders sent by my doctors at least 3x. I cant even get the medicine I need that I was prescribed and they are so rude about even filling the written ones properly.

One dis-honest employee there and he screw up the whole company reputation, watch out for this guy. He break the package of the merchandise, took something, and put it in the bags with other things i brought, so i did not notice at that time.

So they got one star because you cant give them zero. Or negative stars for that matter.This is the absolute WORST cvs I have ever been to. Unfortunately I have to go to this location because its the only one that carries or is willing to fill my prescriptions. However, every month I come in, nothing I need is in stock so thy have to order them. I call back in the next day or two and they had forgotten to order it so they have to do it again.The lines are always extremely long. The customer service at the pharmacy is AWFUL. They are totally incapable of doing their jobs. Most of the time theyre just standing around talking to one another. Or they take 15+ minutes with one patient and none of the other workers step up to help thin the line out. Its absolutely ridiculous.If you dont have to go to this store, then I would definitely recommend going to a different location. This is the worst cvs plain and simple.

This pharmacy is the slowesr i ever been to. 5 customer took them 35 mins and still not up to me yet, i guess it might take 50 mins to get to me. False advertise,this pharmacy does not care for people.

Took my daughter here and did some back to school shopping. its open 24-7 but the price isnt cheap.

The Pharmacy service is very SLOW at this location. I have gone at all different times of the day and Saturday evenings appear to be one of the worst times to go. Some times their computer system is down so they have to charge me full price and then give me 7 days to come back in to THAT location for my refund?They need HELP.....

Pharmacy staff is ignorant and rude: I was denied over the counter insulin because I didnt bring my prescription, even though their own website says that a prescription is not required for over the counter insulin. This pharmacy has hired an emotionally unstable assistant that is confrontational with customers, and deliberately gives false information to customers which would delay patients from receiving their medications.
