Love 7-11 they have so many good things there.

Extremely disappointed in the service I’ve received from the cashier. An older male with a beard who works in the night time. I am not one to write reviews or complain, but if someone is disrespectful, especially if it’s unwarranted— it is something that needs to be brought up. Though I honestly don’t think there will be any reprimanding of the worker as there are plenty of 1-star reviews for this specific location with the same worker; which is a shame. Sigh.You may not enjoy your job and it is understandable how draining it can be to do something you have no passion in to make ends meet, especially during the pandemic, so it is especially emotionally straining.. But do not project these negativities onto others that are just customers going about their day, especially if they are kind to you and have given no reason for you to be rude.

I’ve been visiting this location for many years, but my last three visits may be the end of an era. On each trip my attempts to use my 7 Eleven App points with my phone number were denied by the cashier. Same thing each time with different staff: Phone number goes in, discount pops up, cashier hits a button and cancels it. When I inquired, I was told I couldn’t use it…. Which was the extent of my interaction with the staff. Store hasn’t really seemed to stay on top of fresh coffee (three cups in a row that were cold/stale) or wiping the countertops either. What happened to my go-to store?

Went to get a hotdog this afternoon for lunch I kid you not I threw up the chili only I felt so sick got a fever, chills, lightheaded and nauseous. Worst feeling ever I felt better after I threw up .

Clean, well stocked and the clerks are helpful and friendly!

Rude, impatient, slow working staff....I was just asking/confirming something with the rewards. There was not even a line. But he was hurrying me! He even said, yes. There, okay. Leave!

An evil lady owns this place.thats what happens when you sell people lottery tickets, which is used to fund public education.

Service was fast but no public restrooms? Thats horrible and I have been all across the US never had a problem. I work driving all day, and this is just selfish on the owners part.

Good place to get quick food from. The service is rude though.

I live in the same street, I wanted to park run an errand and get coffee on my way back to my car but the owner asked me to pay $10 for the parking (half empty) because of the parade in Baldwin. Ill NEVER go back there. You are rude and greedy.

Standard 7/11, get scratchers here on occasion since bowling alley down street stop selling them.
