Very organized store, space well. Cashiers were nice, and helped me with an exchange. One thing that I noticed though, that it was hard to tell who works there if you have questions. They just blended with the rest of the customers and are not that friendly. But overall a good shopping experience.

This store has the worst customer service, not to mention messy. The Manager was very rude her attitude was horrible, this store is badly managed. I love Zara so much but being treated like this was a total turn off and now I won’t be shopping at Zara

Worst customer service ever! No one employed at this location moves with a sense of urgency, waited in line for 30+ minutes to make a return even asked if they could open another till to help clear the line faster & was told no. Meanwhile, the other employee was slowly doing go backs and the line was to the elevator.

ZARA is having a great sale. Have patience searching for great buys. They are extremely busy and the clothing is disarray but worth searching for your favorite clothing.

Everything in this store was a mess, nothing in it was neatly placed. I wouldnt go back, i bought something online but they sent me something i didnt even order so i tried to return but they wouldnt accept it. They told me i had to call customer service to get a new receipt showing what they sent me.

Great place to shop for clothing. Sometimes they have sales price and indeed to purchase.

The men’s selection for my style is always almost non existent

One star for being open. As a loyal, long time shopper, I was thrilled when they reopened. Until today. I figured fitting rooms would be closed (not sure why) but I did not expect that I couldnt try on a jacket I store. It was a raincoat that I was putting on over my clothes to be sure it fit, and a person stopped me and said it wasnt allowed. I said, Youre joking. She said firmly I could buy it and return it but I couldnt try it on...essentially saying I couldnt touch it. So...why are you open? Seems hysterically extreme after I was told to use their hand sanitizer, was wearing a mask and came through the only open entrance. I can touch the hanger and hold it up, I can pay for it, but I cant try it on. It will be a long time before I go back, if ever.

I bought clothes two days before Black Friday. I bought a big one and put it in the car. I don’t have time to say that there is a smell of smoke.

Really poor managed store. We were all waiting in a long line and they just opened one cashier and had staff leave the cashier to move cloth around 🥲

Most of the female staff are unfriendly or to be more particular: Rude. Always gotta go look for the clothes you like on your own, they will not always help you to check if they have clothes in stock or not. There is no customer services,no hospitality.

Always nice clothes and shoes for me..never a dull moment at Zara. Santa Anita and Pasadena are the only locations I can say has the best items.

I love the perfumes at Zara, The only thing I didnt like was when I tried to pay for my items I kept being told to go to different cashiers went to three and when i got to the third cashier I was told to go back to the one i went to from the start, I was frustrated... I had only 2 items I just wanted to purchase my items and leave. The people at the registers look like they were frustrated with there jobs, Like they didn twant to be there.

This pants I bought on July 26, the band on the back of the pants was broken, I come to the store want to exchange, but the staff in the store told me the pants can not exchange because the pants was broken they can’t sell it in the store. They just gave me a customer service number and told me to connect with them. I tried, but the customer service told me go back the store to exchange it. I don’t know what to do right now. I feel so upset!!!

The buyers used to do a really good job at this location; however the diversity and selection just isnt there anymore. They are out of a lot of sizes; the displays are not well kept...not my favorite location at the moment.

The worst customer service ever, met the manager called Cannndy, tried to return their defected product which reads Zara on it and she told me yes this is ours but I dont find it on the system, simply they denied their products. Told her I have nothing to do but complain to the business bureau she replied no problem go ahead, sure I will do

Very rude and bad attitude cashier leader and store manager here in Arcadia store but other employees nice and patient.

One of the associates was super rude. She raised her voice at me for asking if the register was open! She literally said, “go stand over there and wait to be called.” Not even with a please!

Bought 2 leggings for my baby and after 1 wash, one of the legging looks strange, 1 side is significant short than other like someone just chopped it off. Picture shows the defective one in blue compared to the regular on in dark grey. Plz note that we did followed the care instruction label but the legging still come out looking like that. Poor quality.

Extremely rude cashier and manager. Dealing returns with inappropriate language and attitude. The item’s fabric is bad so it looks messy and the cashier and manager blamed on me for that and can’t make return. Then use horrible language and attitude toward the how situation. Will never buy from Zara again. Shity company! They don’t care their product quality and customer service!

Fitting room had too much dust and so dirty, my nose are itching now, don’t want to go there anymore.

Worst experience! after paying $250 they said they ran out of garment bags and asked me if it is ok?How else can I carry around a suit without a garment bag? such a disgrace for a big brand not to keep stocks in stores. Should have ordered online.

I will NEVER shop Zara again as I have just found out from various news sites that the brand does not pay the people who make the clothing. The factory workers have been slipping notes into clothes asking buyers for help. Now I feel sick wearing anything from Zara.
