Great customer service!

They have the worst customer service skills. Talked to three idiots and they all said different store policies. Wasn’t able to do my return that was done in store. Honestly, your corporate should rethink who they hire. Very disappointed

Small retail store, I came to return some purses and advised they don’t do in store online purchases but website stated that all online purchases can be fully returned at a retail location. That right there from Kevin was poor customer service, all you had to do was do your job and provide best service because that’s what you do, don’t pick and choose your battles it’s not your name on the store and on the merchandise don’t forget that. You can act all uptight you want but let’s face it it’s not LV or Gucci and they have very great services.

Overall nice store. I think the sales rep can loosen up a bit more and be more personable

Pretentious and overpriced. Was only here for my daughter to use gift card for Christmas. Found what she wanted fairly quick. Employees were courteous.

I went in with a friend to pick up a watch that I had purchased online. I drove 30 miles for this watch because it wasnt available online and that was the closest store that had it. We were never acknowledged when we walked in. After being ignored for about 5 minutes. I walk up to 2 girls that were busy merchandising to inform them in was there for pick up. The older female in olive skin told the much younger girl she would get it. A few mins pass and she comes out with it. Hands it to me and tries to walk away. I stopped her and asked her to resize it. I pull the watch out, she determines how many links she needs to remove and comes back with it a few moments later. She hands it to me and walks away. I never got a hello, can I help you with anything else? Much less have a thank you good night. I was very disappointed with this interaction. Especially considering that I drove 2hrs in traffic to get there. Walmart provides better service than she did. Thats just too bad because theres so many other brands competing with the same quality if not better in the same price range.

Good prices especially at outlet stores

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MK. They just want you money and you can not return or exchange the merch from their store or online. Because they do not tell you until the receipt print out.

Wonderful service and the staff is very kind and attentive.
