This gap location is very well organized. It’s more lowkey and small if compared to other gap stores. It’s true, they don’t have men’s section. But women and kids will definitely benefit from a more personalized experience. They also have items that may not be online or at the retail gap store. Sales are good and neatly displayed. Because it is smaller, the staff members go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and help you find exactly what you need- plus suggest other items that would go well with your goals. Adeline was the one that helped me during my visit, now I can’t wait to wear my new jeans! Thanks Gap San Ramon!!
