Good service & fast order picking

Interacted with 2 salesmen on the phone, both were super helpful and got me what I needed promptly and with care.

I went in for a quote on doors and trim for my basement Tuesday of this week. I spoke to the gentleman at the counter on what I was looking for. He was professional and knowledgable at the time as we got everything on paper of what I needed. He took down my phone number and email so he could get me the quote. I asked him, “when will you have the quote to me by?” He said he would have it back to me later that day (Tuesday afternoon). The day past and no email or phone call. I waited until Wednesday afternoon to call back. He answered and claimed emails were down yesterday and today - why didn’t he say this when I was there yesterday? and said he could not get quotes to anyone. My thought was that if this was the case, why wouldn’t he or anyone at WBS make a quick phone call out to the customers stating the issue. Thursday then past with no quote and I called back again today (Friday). He answered again and said he still does not have the quote and claims emails are still down. He also stated, “he is not trying throw me under the table but others are waiting on quotes too.” No time frame was given again and no knowlege on what the quote would be as apparently he can only get quotes via email rather than picking up the phone and calling. Overall a poor experience with low quality customer service at this time.
