Called and scheduled and installation of a residential garage door, I spoke to Tim. He said they had one in stock and would be able to come out Friday to do it (I called on a Tuesday), I was very pleased and excited for the work to be done. Friday, nobody showed up, nobody called, I moved around stuff in my garage and my entire day for nothing. I called and asked for an explanation of the problem, and was told that I was never on the schedule for the day and the door I needed wasn’t even in stock and they had to wait for a shipment the next week, the nice lady who answered said she would have Tim call me back that afternoon, it’s been a week and a half and I have yet to hear back. Absolutely do not recommend working with the oshkosh branch.

I called 30 minutes prior to closing. I couldnt get my garage door to come down. I knew it would need repair and was just hoping to get help closing it so it could be repaired later the next day. The technicians who showed up - despite it being 15 minutes past closing time and negative degree temperatures - were polite and cheerful. They felt that the repair was simple enough that they just took care of it. Fifteen minutes after arrival, my door was fixed. I couldnt believe it. I was so thankful. This is the second time I have used Fox Valley Overhead Door and I will not hesitate to return! Thank you guys!

I use this door company on a commercial account and there always fast! Been there same day all 3 times, and fix my doors quick! The woman that answers the phone is always really nice and pleasant to talk to (thanks phone answer lady, your awesome!)

Very poor service.Got a garage door from home depot on 5/20. Fox Valley Overhead door came and measured but then never got back to me. On about 6/20 i called home depot and they got fox valley to schedule for 6/23.6/23 they show up and i open my garage door with the opener to let them in. They take my old door down and put up the new one. Only to tell me now my 1.5 year old garage door opener no longer works since they have been messing with it....... Its my problem and i should call whoever installed it is what i am told. Well, they installed it.....Most of the decorative hardware is also missing. only have a handle. They said they would come back with the rest but never did. No i have a busted garage door opener but the door is installed. Then i look and the door is WRONG. The TOP decorative panel is not installed on the top. Instead in the middle of the door....10 calls to home depot and being passed around and promised time after time a call from Fox Valley to fix it. They never call..... I have to pay someone else to fix.Update: Updated to 3 star. Dec. 2020 i received a follow up. They are working hard to try to fix the communication problems they have with the store and Colplay. I appreciate them calling to explain even though it is about 5 months later. My frustration came from not being able to just call direct and get the issue fixed.

I called this morning after my garage door opener broke. The repair person was out within an hour and did an awesome job. Thank you for helping me get my car out of my garage so I could go to work!

Very impressed with this local company. Affordable pricing options, great follow up and install was easier than expected. Seemed less expensive even than some of the box stores, and they solved all of our problems with the new install. :)

We just had technician Scott over to fix a broken coil spring. He was timely, courteous, and answered several questions. I had called the day before and they were able to get here to fix it the next day. And, the price was right too.

Called on a Friday afternoon at 3pm as I had gotten home from work and the garage door spring had broken, they had a tech at my house by 4pm and he had the garage door fixed and working in a half hour, I would recommend them to anyone that needs garage door work and will be using them again if the need arises. Very reasonable pricing too.

I called because 1 of my garage door springs at my home broke. I called and explained that to the woman I spoke with, and I asked how soon they are next availability to do the repair would be? ... Her response was sometime the next afternoon. Once given the price on (1) or (2) spring replacement cost options, I ask if I could be given a call ahead of time before their arrival, so I could leave my work place to get home to let them in. My question was, what window of opportunity would they arrive? Her response was sometime between noon and five, its hard to say when they will be in your area Im still waiting to hear from them and that time has come and gone.I received a call the next business day at 8:23 am. Yet another service facility I left a message for the previous evening when closed, because I hadnt got a call from Fox Valley overhead door called me at 7:03 AM the next morning and was already in route to my house by the time Fox valley overhead door was calling. I myself work in the service industry, so I know that things come up and unforeseen circumstances occur, if I had any communication to know they were not going to arrive when stated I wouldve not had to seek services elsewhere.

One of my coil springs broke early on a Monday morning. They were able to spare a couple guys and had it fixed before 9am. To top it off, they replaced a bearing they noticed was bad at no extra cost.

Great company, price is right, follow up on repair is excellent, highly recommend for home and business.
