A cable on our garage door snapped on a Friday in the late morning - leaving the door cockeyed in it track. We sure appreciated a service man coming to our house within a few hours, so that the door was fixed before the weekend. The service man was prompt, courteous and professional. He quickly made the repair and also noticed a preventative maintenance issue to avoid future problems. All in all: a job well done!

Service was both quick and friendly. Had called late Thursday afternoon on recommendations from neighbors and by 10:00 the next morning the work was complete. Before he left he offered some advice on preventive maintenance which was very helpful. Overall it was a great experience and felt very good about the service. I needed a new garage door opener and Overhead Doors Unlimited provided me with a Genie garage door opener. The unit works great and it is really quiet. The Overhead Doors Unlimited Service person did a great job, was knowledgeable and installed the unit is a very short time. He was very good to work with and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working correctly with the entire garage door system.

Extremely pleased with Richs visit. Responded to my call within two days. Initial issue related to the drives reception of a signal from outside the garage. Richs thorough examination from his service call found several other potential problems on all 3 doors. He worked on the tension, lubricated all the doors and added a bracket to protect the most used door. Couldnt be more pleased.

I was in a pinch and I needed my garage doors installed ASAP. ODU came through for me! I didn’t have the 8 ft rail extensions for the new openers I bought and because of covid I wasn’t able to find them. They had genies in stock with 8 ft rails so I went that route! LIFESAVERS! It doesn’t get any better than my recent experience with overhead door unlimited. They did what they said they would, when they said they would and at a fair price. They even came over the wkd as we needed our some work done before we listed our house for sale. I can’t say enough about the guys at overhead door.

I had a great experience with O.D.U. The entire staff was professional from initial phone call to installation. I wanted a quality product and service, that is exactly what they delivered! I would recommend O.D.U. to everyone.

Bob is joke. Comes out to give me a quote. I wait for months to hear back and call multiple times . I was told one time that they never came out and gave me a quote and have no idea what I was talking about. I found the actual quote and called Bob. He said oh my quote got lost hut he found it. I asked why it took 4 months and he never returned my calls, he just hangs up. Wow. So Bob drove out to Waupaca and spend an hour doing a quote and an hour and a half driving, doesnt call me back and then refuses to apologize about blowing me off. No wonder they have horrible ratings. Also the quote I got was for 1/3 of the stuff I wanted done. Not sure why bob likes to waste his companies time.

Love these guys, from new installs to fixing older models, broken springs, hinges, damaged panels, remotes, opener parts or emergency service. Doesnt matter which brand or who did the original install. Prompt! Courteous! Knowledgeable! Efficient! They save our property owners money and keep our tenants to 1 phone call 😉

If this is the same co pany that has a Green Bay branch, I called them multiple times to come look at my garage door which had a problems opening and closing. After 3 attempts I gave up. The 3rd time the person on the phone even tried to get off the phone with me saying, let me call the employee who was at your house. I followed up saying, nobody was at my house, Id know it if they were. He then said, let me call this guy and Ill get back to you. Never received a call back.. is this even a legit business? Their address listed is questionable too.

I have no idea why ODU is getting such poor reviews. I have been using them for years with complete satisfaction. Just ordered a new garage door opener from them (11/16/17).
