Staff was nice but didnt provide all details regarding devices and plans so ended up with surprise costs on bill. Network doesnt work where we live even though they said it would work on their map. Very disappointed long term customer of sprint
As I had gotten a new Oneplus phone here about a week ago I returned on Friday morning July 16th as I was having some issues getting things all set up. The team working that day was more than supportive and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to make my new phone work the way I wanted. Its a bit further from home to go here, but it is so much worth it for the service and I will continue to do so.
Bought a brand new pixel 4a from google unlocked and useable on any network. Took it to T-Mobile and I was told it wont work on their network it would have to stay on Sprints network. As sprints towers get worse and I have horrible service as they are converted over to T-Mobiles network I contacted google who said it will work with any sim on any network and checked T-Mobiles website with my meid number and there it says my phone will wok on their network. So go back into the store today with my google transcripts and printout from their website. Rep didnt care to look at them he just looks up my phone and says it wont work. I ask him why he said he doesnt know it just wont. I said I am gonna have to check with other cell providers to use my phone because I need a reliable network for work. His Response was alright good luck with that. I thought he would try and help me figure something out since I had been a customer for almost 10 years and just wanted to get the service I was paying for. I was willing to do a trade in or something to work with T-Mobile but clearly they have enough business that they dont need to retain their customers. Now I am a happy customer with Cellcom.

I want to thank Maryalice and Lance for their great help in reactivating a phone for me, helping get my info in the proper places and just making this a good experience. Their patience and kindness in guiding me and answering dozens of questions and help with password problems was greatly appreciated. Being a senior citizen, I get frustrated with all the ways to handle these wonderful phones and I felt these two people did a great job me!! Good folks to work with😊. Had a very faulty phone that no one could figure out at other locations. Maegan was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Got the phone and plan taken care of and left the store very happy. She deserves 6 starts honestly!
If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst customer service Ive ever had in a T-mobile store. I have been 12 years with T-mobile and never had any bad experience compared to what I had with these people in this store. Stay away from them, if you can go to a different store please do it.
Best T-mobile store in Appleton. Corporate store on West College avenue near mall is terrible. I have had very poor customer service from the Corporate store but have always been treated great at the Darboy store. Would greatly recommend to go to Darboy store.

Very disappointed by lack of knowledge at this location. Your better off calling support and/or doing any business online. My phone would not connect to the network, so I stopped in. Was advised my type of phone no longer compatible with the network. How I would not have been notified of this prior was the disbelief. So I called customer support. They reconnected my phone to the network and all is working again. I went to inform the store of what they clearly were not aware of only to be continuedly met with ignorance as one rep said to me Oh...so my LG phone can still connect to the network? Really?! you work here, why are asking me that? There is a list on T-Mobiles website stating what phones are not working, mine was not one of them, yet they continued to insist its on a list. Further I called customer support and asked about this list. She said the list the store may be referring to may have been regarding phones capable of receiving 5G Access, which my phone cannot, but it can still access the network (4G). Thats a big difference between the list of phones that cannot access the network at all and ones that cannot access 5G. #knowthefacts. The fact - the reps didnt even try to figure out the issue and just assumed = lazy. I did more work, feel like I should get paid to figure out my own problem.

After trying out sprint a few years ago at this store and having a poor experience, Im glad to report that our experience this time was excellent. Josh and Eric were very friendly, patient, and helpful. Our signal is a bit inconsistent sometimes but we are willing to deal with it for a better price and connected watches.

Good people doing their best. Its not their fault that dealing with cell service makes me want to bang my head on the wall.They only have newer models available in store but can order others. Also, they only have cases for main models, so Amazon is your friend for those.
I have never been to this location before so I thought to give a try. I had the worst experience ever in this location 3719 East Calumet Steeet. I have never had any issue with sprint customer service up until now! I had waited patiently for an hour for them to finish their customer because I know the process takes a while. I was in front of someone and they just skip me and one of the other guy who made an appointment with them! They decided to help the other person who needs a return! The worst customer services ever! Never come to this location.
I am a new Sprint customer, I was previously with Verizon for 5+ years and made the switch of my 3 lines to Sprint about 2 weeks ago. I worked with the Store Manager Shannon at this location and I must say I was very impressed with her knowledge of not only the products but the industry in general. She was very knowledgeable of the industry as a whole and not just her own carrier (Sprint). I believe that is very important when selling a product you need to know not only the industry but also the competitors. She was very friendly, efficient and personable. It was a switch I was very pleased with making and am glad that I went to this location! I will definitely be coming back to this location with any future needs I may have and recommend anyone reading this to stop by and just see what they can do for you! Multiple issues made my experience severely disappointing overall.I started a new contract with Sprint during their promotion of trading in an iPhone for an even swap (covering the retail price) of the latest iPhone.Here is my experience:Due to their promotion and giving them my iPhone 6 Plus, I was promised the monthly cost of the device excluded from the bill ($44); however, my first bill still had the additional fee (total of $131 rather than the original $86).Normally I would sort an issue like this over the phone, but their customer service phone support wasnt understanding the promotion I was given. They claimed I upgraded my phone when Ive never had a contract through them? This required another trip to the store.I spoke with a different employee at this store the same day, explaining what I was promised while showing him the bill. He issued a credit onto my account, telling me that I wont have to pay a phone bill for a couple months, and my bill will return to the $86/month I was guaranteed to begin with.Next months bill comes in at a total of $130, including the $44 fee of the phone AGAIN. I figured that this would end once the credit was used up (Sprints way of equalizing their expense for giving me the incentive), but that wasnt the case. Sprint continued charging the additional $44, and once the credit was used up, sent another bill for $130.I visited the store this evening to dispute my bill, speaking with the same employee that previously provided the credit. I wont mention names, but this man began arguing with me, contradicting what he previously told me, saying I was supposed to be paying the cost my original bill ($86) the entire time while the credit was active. This didnt add up, because the company was still charging the incorrect cost the entire time.I found the service to be quite unprofessional and severely lacking. I regret my decision of choosing Sprint and this store for assistance as they only made things worse.
Ive been a customer of Sprint for about 5 years and have done business at numerous locations. This store is by far my favorite. Mark is a wonderful service tech and does everything he can to help me every time. Ive never left this location feeling that someone didnt do everything they could for me. The entire staff deserves 5 stars for their knowledge and customer service!

After having the WORST interaction and customer service experience at my local Sprint store (WAUSAU) where I just purchased 3 iPhone 11s and one of them started malfunctioning 6 days after out of the box, the sales associates and manager of this store made 2 days of hell disappear. SHOUT OUT to Eric & Maryalice for providing excellent customer service, and for their understanding and professional demeanor to help me, after the store I purchased my phones from kicked me out and lied to his GM and DM about my situation.IF YOU NEED ANYTHING... GO TO THIS STORE!!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and will treat everyone with RESPECT! Thank you for the help today in replacing my iPhone 11. I almost decided to return all phones and discontinue with Sprint, until I met Eric and Maryalice!!!!
Went to Sprint store on Calumet St to see about changing my plan. Called ahead since it is New Years Day, store said they were open 12-5. Got there at 2:30, closed up tight. I dont have a problem that they were closed, but I do have a problem that they did not update their voice message or web site saying they were closed. Since they are somewhat in the technology field, this leads me to look elsewhere for business since they dont keep up on technology.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Getting new phones set up can always take a while, but this staff makes the process seem better with their positive attitude and friendly conversation as they work

The Sprint store had the device I was looking for and provided great service in switching me to a great package at Sprint.
Sprint as an entire company is a scam! Been with this carrier for almost 3 maybe 4 years and every turn something on my account doesn’t seem right. One minute I had Apple Care the next I don’t. When I called to complain and find out what was the issue my calls would be put on hold for 10-20 minutes at a time with no wait music nothing. Was never sold the correct insurance, my phones were stolen and I’m paying a bill for 2 phones instead of one. This company is a joke, once bill is paid will defiantly be going elsewhere
Absolutely piss poor customer service. If I could take stars away, i would. couldnt give me a solid answer. Had to repeat myself countless times. Couldnt believe how much time I wasted on the phone.

Corporate Sprint stores are just horrible. I went here to activate my new Pixel 2 XL. They tell me it will cost 10 dollars for a new sim card, after waiting about 2 minutes. After strangling the salesman several times over in my mind, I said ok. She would check on it, if they had it in stock, but wanted to check my account for specials after 13 years as a customer. Low and behold, I can get these speakers for all these great prices because of my loyalty but nothing else. Lady get my sim card and activate my new phone. Finally tells me, no sim card compatible with the Pixel 2 XL. Then, goes all over this whole thing about credit union bonus but finds that I have a larger discount through work. Wow complete waste of my time. Then called the other corporate store, got put on hold for 5 minutes while they looked for a compatible sim card, had to hang up and call again. Receiver said no. Went to an independent Sprint dealer store, salesman were pleasant, sold me the sim card, activated my phone, transferred my data and didnt try to sell me anything. I ended up buying 2 USB C to USB A cord.
Not helpful, seemed inconvenienced that was there askinh questions. Went to the one on college, got amazing service and all my questions anwered with no attitude. Just go to the sprint store on college, its worth the drive over!

Worst customer services. Turned away for a phone activation that could not be handled online. Told it would be over 2 hours and store would be closing. Told to make an appointment. Said okay when Sometime on Tuesday, maybe Thus is on Tuesday. Really!

The store says that they open at 9 so we get there 2 minutes early just to try to beat the line. We have been sitting in our car for 30 minutes and the store still isn’t open. If you say you open at 9 then open at 9. We left before we could even see when someone decided to open the store
