When I came here to upgrade my phone I was treated fairly and received good customer service, however other members of my family were not. Before my experience, my brother and father purchased a phone here from a salesman who seriously misled them about costs and exactly what they were paying for. They left the store thinking they had completely paid off the new phone and would have a much lower monthly bill, but this was not the case as I found out later. My brother and father are intelligent people, savvy customers and not likely to misunderstand clear communication. It is obvious this salesman misled them. I and my family are disappointed we were mistreated by this shady salesman as we have been loyal US Cellular customers for many years. Buyers be careful.
Ridiculous COVID Precautions!Went to the store with my wife to look at upgrading our iPhones. The sign on the door said no more than 10 people in the store. We of course had masks on. The female salesperson who greeted us said the store policy was only one person in the store at a time. My wife point out there were several customers at the counter, under ten however. She said that it was only one per family. So I guess US Cellular’s new motto is “Breaking up families, one phone purchase at a time.”
They are taking walk-ins over people that have scheduled appointments and making scheduled appointments wait in thier car for 30+ min. Very poor service.
COVID PRECAUTIONS TOO EXTREME!Went in with my wife to discuss upgrading to a new phone as this phone hasnt worked properly since purchasing it!There was only two other customers in the store (as a couple), so not busy. We were at least 12 feet away from anyone else yet, the employee said one of us would have to wait outside or they couldnt help us! Again, plenty room in the store to follow social distancing and everyone was wearing a mask!My wife and I dont make purchases without a full discussion with each other. We bounce questions off each other and it helps us become fully aware of the possible purchase!I can understand having extra precautions if the store was busy and maybe have ab option to set up a scheduled time to be helped but this was B.S.!

We loved it! The people there are super nice! They are understanding, welcoming and patient! They tell you and explain the best options for you and your family and they even walk you to the door! We worked with Tiffany Zentrich, she was great! She did a wonderful job explaining everything and she even gave us a few tips on the best things to do!
I NEVER write reviews, this is actually my first review. I had good customer service the first time in. The second time in I cannot express how low the customer service was. I was being blamed and essentially yelled at for not disconnecting my watch from my old phone before sending it in from the lady working here. She was saying, “it was my watch and I should’ve known” however I purchased the watch from US Cellular and was never informed of this when getting a new phone. I will never return to this US Cellular because of this lady.
Can us cellular ever not mess stuff up when getting new phones or switching plans? Too many issues to even bother listing. But if youre debating between using them or another service and happen to see this review, save yourself and try somewhere else!
I had an emergency situation. They were extremely helpful and sensitive to my situation. Especially, Jordan, he went over and above in helping me. I was in the store 4 times that week and every time he was kind and courteous..thanks!
So helpful and greeted by three different employees as soon as I walked in door! So helpful! Instantly got help with my phone. Also brought my baby with me and the lady who helped me was keeping him busy with posted notes.

Here on a Sunday. Customers standing around and the associates are calling names. No sign saying sign in. I finally went up to a girl working and asked the procedure to get seen. She said I will take your name, she was not real friendly. They need to have signs with checking in. There was a few people waiting ahead of us and the manager his name tag said Choi he was just standing behind the counter looking at what the employees were doing and then left and went in the backroom. If he sees customers standing waiting why not open another service station and help. After 20 minutes he came back and started helping customers waiting. To his credit when he did help us he was friendly. It was a Sunday so I am sure it gets a lot busier weeknights. Go in knowing you will be waiting, be patient and hope you don’t have to go back for atleast 2 years or if your phone craps out.
Extremely poor customer service and showed zero sympathy towards my situation. The customer service rep gave me one option as to what they could do for me and wouldnt look into any other options. Would highly suggest to use a different US Cellular store.
Dealt with Aaron Miller. He fixed our problem in one hour. I gave Verizon 2 weeks to fix our issue. Never fixed the problem. Needless to say bye bye Verizon. Very happy with our service

I went there because I wanted them to stop unwanted phone calls and was told my phone doesnt have that feature. Had 16 calls yesterday and 6 so far today.

Staff were friendly But very slow. I waited almost 45 minutes for someone to help me. When I explained that I only had 15 minutes before I needed to be somewhere. I was told that they could not help me in 15 minutes.
I was having trouble with my phone and Jennie was there and did a GREAT job showing Me what I needed to do!Now my phone is working like a new thanks to Jennie!!
