Well the store it self is ok the salesman heavy set white guy salesman go to different store he bring the store to receive low rating. I never had this bad service from metropcs ever. He truly is the bad apple of the store. If the owner remove him I would glad give the store on memorial Dr. A 4 or 5 star rating

This is the best store ive ever went to .. the lady i worked with was so amazing and very knowledgeable. she fast and easy and everything was on my phone before i left.. if anyone is looking for amazing service go to memorial get yourself a free phone and amazing accessories .. 5 star rating i would do a ten..

Only one employee in this location, don’t even know what he is doing. He asked me I can not switch to T- mob if I have iPhone 10 device. Surprised me. Wrong information about data plans too

If I could give them zero stars I would worst experience ever I purchased a LG g40 from them I got home and the phone doesnt work says it needs wifi when i payed for data i tryed downloading an app and for 3 days now its been saying download pending i called every single store and not a single person picked up after leaving a voice mail i will never come back to this store this was a complete waste of my time and money now I have to pay another 200 dollars to get my phone switched to another company if I were you Id stay as far away as possible from this store also when I tryed to add a phone I already had to them they said they couldnt do it and wanted me to buy a whole other phone Im so disappointed and upset rn Ill never step foot in this place agian

Metro is the best pre paid service available. You can be on the phone in the internet at the same time boostMobile does not have that...
