I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain from this dealer, the agreement was that I pay full price and they’ll fix the exhaust problem. They didn’t not fix the problem bc it turned out to be the catalyst converter, I’ve been waiting almost a month for a part to come in but they were telling me to just leave my vehicle and it’ll get fixed but how was that going to happen if the part still isn’t in. I’ve contact legal representation because they sell lemons cars and give misleading information for solutions. I thought business was going to be good, turns out they’re Shiesty dealers 👎😔 love my vehicle hate the customer service and misleading information.

He said the check engine was for o2 sensor but it was timing chains ALOT different!!! Never buy from him.

I bought a van through this company about 4 years ago and it still runs well to this day! I recently went back to purchase a car for my 16 year old and found a great deal again. I love this place and the people and wouldnt shop anywhere else for a car. They are honest and very helpful. They also go above and beyond when helping find what you need.

My son got a car from there and it literally lasted two months the head gasket is bad the engine is bad, brakes had to be replaced, along with the radiator! My husband got a truck from them as well and it’s costed us over 2500 for various issues! nice people terrible cars business!!!

Just be aware of the possible issueswhen dealing with super small dealrship. They were ok to work with but my experience was not great.

Bought a 2010 Jetta M/T for $3800 and the drain plug wouldn’t come out of the oil pan, $400 to replace, week later while coming off the freeway I held the clutch down and put it into third, and suddenly the clutch failed, throwing the car into third going 60 mph causing $2300 in damage. Good car but was abused and that fact I think was deliberately hidden by the salesman.

WARNING to all! Please read if considering buying from this company. This is from someone mechanically inclined and an auto body tech that spent years building salvage title vehicles.After reaching out to the salesman we were informed that this vehicle had been fully rebuilt only needing a seatbelt and then to reprogram it so the airbag light would be turned off. We agreed on the price of $8000 over the phone before driving 5 hours from southern WI.Upon arrival, no surprise to us, the paint job was extremely poorly done with no clear in several places along with nothing being jammed out. Upon looking the vehicle over we found a total of $1700 in parts that were not there, didnt belong to the truck, or damaged including many supports and other items that would not allow this vehicle to pass inspection (hence why they dont have them inspected before selling). They had self tapping screws holding the headlights, wheel liners and other items in place. My personal favorite find was that we found 3 sets of wires stuffed into holes so you wouldnt find the truck had NO AIRBAG SENSORS! The third wire we were not sure what it went to but Im assuming the hood latch which also did not belong to the truck.After all of this, the salesman called the owner (the guy attempting to fix these vehicles) told us the lowest he would go on the truck is $8500! After the salesman reminded him he told us $8000 only 3 days prior, he repeated $8500 and hung up the phone! Be warned of these people. They are out to screw you, dont be taken for your thousands of dollars!!

I bought an SUV here and the first time I saw the car I was very interested however It needed a lot of repairs including oil leakage as well as Check Engine. They told me they would repair the fixes before I can buy it. Three times I checked on them and they claimed they repaired the car, but it was still in the same condition when I first saw it. I bought the car and they claimed they fixed everything. After a few days of buying the car the problems started aemerging again. Apart from the amount that I paid for the car. I wasted more than $2000 in repairs. I totally do NOT agree with their services. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend to buy cars in this place.

I bought a Honda Pilot at this place, a used vehicle yes, as is yes. But a car sales place sells a car from 2005 with no air conditioner and with a DVD not working that is something, because my money is from work no selling drugs. I will never recommend this place to anybody. Very nice when you come to buy, but if there is a problem they have a very hard face. I will send an email to the BBB.

These people are awesome, and do what they say they will do. Please remember your buying a used car and they can’t control what will happen after you buy it. I have purchased three vehicles from them and have very few issues. Not untypical of a used car.

They sold me a car that has a major coolant leak. I drove it home and I woke up to a huge puddle of coolant under the car. They also covered up numerous areas of rust and also a large spot on the roof that is almost rusted through where the antennae should have been.

Got a Ford 02/F150 4x4, Works and drive wonderful! The owner along with the people that work there were awesome! Very nice dealer shop! If anyone looking for a car this is the place for you!

I wouldnt recommend putting any effort contacting these guys. Trying to get the neccessary information to make a decision is impossible. You ask for a vin they send you over to someone else and act dunce. You then ask them if you could get the vehicle checked locally and they hang up the phone on you. These immoral practices wont do and they will probably run out of business.

Bought a Mazda 3 here. After talk with the Sale rep for the price set and then the sale manager trying to raise the price up. So I decide to walk away and then they told me they can sell to me for the price that I had set before.BE CAUTION if any one you want to purchase a salvage vehicle here. vehicle need a lot of parts and some parts are missing that they dont want you to know.

The owners son posted a car for sale by owner. Went to Bloomington to the sons apartment to look at the vehicle. Decided to buy it. Was told that the title was at his dads place. We went to this business in Apple Valley to do the paperwork. We were told that the seat motors did not work. We brought the car to get looked at and the drivers seat is broken and only 2 of the 4 bolts were there and the seat is so broken that the other 2 bolts cannot be put it. I have tried several times to call the number and left a generic message for a call back. Have been ignored. When I called the son he said he currently has a car for sale but has not sold one in the past month.

Sold me a car for $2,200, said it was great and in good condition. Had to repair 3 Spark plugs, water hose, 3 coils, emissions valve and gaskets. If I would have done this at a shop it would have been $2,100 in repairs but luckily I have an uncle that could fix all of it for $600. Otherwise, they lied about the conditon and never mailed me my plates when I asked them too. Engine light was not on when I bought it but 50 miles later I ran into problems. Uncle told me they can wire lights to be off and turn on later. Would not buy from here.

Got a car from them & the guy clamed that there was nothing wrong with it. Brought it into where I get my cars fixed & turns out there is over $5,000 worth of stuff to fix on it that he did not tell me. Also, the tires were in no shape & found out from my mecanic that the law is your tires cant be low to a certain number where its dangerous & they were low. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

They did amazing, at first when I had called, it was quite loud in the background but when I had driven there to talk in person, they were very nice and knowledgeable of the cars they were selling, great job!

I took a loan on a vehicle they had, I booked a hotel to stay in and planned a weekend around picking it up. Late evening before I was supposed to go pick it up someone I hadnt talked to before called and said the vehicle was in an accident. I tried leaving messages about buying another vehicle on their lot but they never called me back. I ended up buying a vehicle from another lot near them and found out they sent the truck to the auction to make more money in it. I had to pay interest on a loan for a vehicle I never got. I wouldnt recommend this lot.

Found his ad on Facebook on a BMW, we asked questions before hand and asked if there was any issues that we should be aware of, the answer was no. We drive an hour to see it, and much to our surprise, we find out hes a dealer, and he never disclosed it. Legally he should have. And, you could probably have guessed it, but the car had a check engine light on showing it had a misfire! There was rust too that was not mentioned.

Scan artist! He sold a vehicle to a family member with a salvage title (not yet received from the state when they signed the title) and said it was clean. Ran a Carfax later to find out it was totaled. Joe is a professional swindle and thief that has been ran out of every real dealership he has worked at!
